The food was ok. I ordered takeout, Chicken and Shrimp Pho with Spring Rolls. I was very disappointed with the Spring Rolls, shrimp looked like they were sliced in half and they were already so small. Way too much lettuce and noodles inside. The Pho was ok. Overall I wished I would have chosen another place.

Probably some of the best traditional Pho and spring rolls I ve ever had here in Central Texas area. Food there is simply amazing! The place is very very clean and nicely kept for such a small building, atmosphere is always on point and everyone there is super nice, you can t help but to always leave a generous tip! They deserve 10 stars !

This place is phenomenal and authentic. They have great customer service and delicious food. I love the portions given here and also the simplicity. I recommend going after the lunch rush so you can unwind and enjoy your food properly. They also have boba smoothies and sandwiches available which was great to see. We will be back in the near future for the awesome experience again. Our family loves pho and it was great to have one near us. Thank you and thanks for having professional customer service. Dietary restrictions: They accommodate if you have allergies since there was a huge sign upon ordering your meal. Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs and can accommodate kid portions for your child. They don t have specific kid menu options but they make due for you as the customer which is appreciated too.

I love nothing more then a Mom & Pop vibe! Take it from me the really picky eater ..I loved it! From the warm Hello from EVERYONE when I walked in the door to the sweet young lady at the counter my encounter was awesome. FOOD WAS ON POINT! Took my sick day at home to a fat and full day with a satisfied smile. Thank you I have enough food to eat more later today and for sure tomorrow.

Let me tell you that this is my favorite new spot for PHO! The natural taste of the broth requires ZERO additional toppings. Super tasty! The quaint spot is super clean! The popping tea was delicious, and our spring rolls were made to our liking! I dont normally eat peanut sauce, but I ate the last drop to the container they gave us. I will be back for sure! Sorry, there are no photos because I ate it all before I thought about the pictures.

The owners are super sweet and friendly. The cashier was super helpful in recommending items and I don t get pho anywhere else in Killeen. They may close at odd hours sometimes lol but it s worth the wait. Their smoothie bobas are so good too. And the prices are amazing.

This is truly a hidden Gem! The menu isnt big at all which means they can dedicate their time to making a few dishes really good. That they do! The sandwiches (Banh Mi) are the best in town hands down! Doesnt matter which one you get. The Pho is aromatic and savory. You can smell and taste those hard spices and get that savory beef flavor though as well. Very good. The beef stew is on point. I would say they are in the top 10% of knowing how to make a decent beef stew. Such a simple thing and a lot of people mess it up still. But this place has it right. The drinks are standard for these kinds of places and they are made very well! Full flavor and completely enjoyable! Then the two young ones working behind the counter are very sweet and kind. Very respectful and accommodating. Which goes a long ways in my book. You couldnt ask for better service or better food from a whole in a wall like this. Dietary restrictions: They have a sign that says if you have a food allergy please let them know before you order. Parking: Park is plentiful Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available.

Delicious delicious delicious!!!!!!! Thr restraunt itself was very clean and tidy and I didnt wait long for my food since I ordered my food to go, thank goodness for their bags, I had my food on the floor and the cup had fallen, the bag kept all the broth in it. I got the combination phó and it was bomb! The fresh vegetables were a huge plus and the broth was amazing. Will definetly come back for more! (And hopefully with a photo)

Theyre good, but be warned that they close randomly even during their stated business hours. Be sure to call first to ensure theyre open, its a family-run business so life happens and its okay. The staff are extremely sweet and friendly, like the other reviews say. Best boba in town, but thats my opinion.

Ordered the combination pho. The broth was rich full of flavor. The best pho I have tasted outside of Asia. The bbq pork sandwich was amazing think of the red ribs at an Asian buffet shredded and put in a sandwich with way more flavor. The mango peach green tea was pleasantly flagrant. Floral notes lingered after a hearty sip. Will be coming back tomorrow and the next day too.

Tried their pho and banh mi, honestly their pho isnt great, other places do it better. As the only place, so far that I know, that does bang mi, its okay. The carrots need more pickling and it also need pickled daikons to sweeten it up some more. Had the grilled pork and the meat of the sandwich is actually pretty good and the bread also nice and fluffy and crisp. TLDR more of a sandwich shop than a noodle restaurant, though sandwich need improvement.

This is my pho place here in Killeen for the last two years. The broth is a little sweet BUT delicious. The owners are so nice and they have a huge selection of boba smoothies. I cant wait to try the pork sandwich one of these days, but the pho beef always smells and looks so good that I get side tracked! I love this place and I cant wait to keep eating here.

First time at this place, I ve gone a few times before during their supposed business hours but they weren t open. The place is small, however, very clean, owner is very nice, my bahnmi took awhile to be brought out, but everything was delicious. I ordered a shrimp pho and grilled chicken bahn mi that I shared with my 3yr old daughter, we also ordered a mango and peach smoothie with the flavored boba, it was yummy. Their menu is small, I will go back to try the rest of their sandwiches and smoothies, definitely sold on their pho, the broth was really good

Chaus is one of those hole in the wall type places that exceed expectations. I ordered a regular beef pho and thai tea with boba to go and when I got home, was not disappointed. I took a turn a little too hard and the broth cup toppled over but did not spill so I was very happy that they took care in tucking everything away properly. I havent had pho in years, so I dont really have much to compare it to. It was delicious however, and they set me up with so many toppings that I dont know what to do with them. Bean sprouts, limes, cilantro, jalapeno slices, green onion, more than I would really need! The thai tea and boba are also delicious, creamy and sweet. Chaus is a highly underappreciated hidden gem. Now if only I could manage to get my husband to like vietnamese food, then wed eat here more often!

The chicken pho is among the very best Ive ever had. It is super tasty. The meat is similar to peppery teriyaki chicken, and the broth is amazing. You can actually buy extra broth, which is good because its that yummy. The fried spring rolls were delicious, and the sauce that came with them was so good I took some home. My family wasnt crazy about the regular spring rolls, but I thought they were great. They are heavy on the lettuce, which I like, and the sauce for those was also great, and came in a large container, so plenty of leftover for that too. It is a small place, so you wouldnt want to bring a huge group. There are 2 tables that will seat more than 2 people. The staff was really friendly and patient. I will definitely be back!

The customer service was HORRIBLE, I informed the cashier that this was my first time there, she wasnt help at all. I stood up 10 mins trying to figure out what I wanted before a CUSTOMER, came up to me and told me what everything was and what she recommends. She should be the cashier instead. Came here to get a authentic Vietnamese sub and they didnt have it . That was disappointing. The pho is strange. Broth is dark as hell and they serve it with dark chicken meat or the same meat used in their sandwiches or something. Doesnt taste like Viet pho.
