The hosts here tonight are trash. We had been passed up on our table for another group that more then what they said one of the hosts had an attitude. Waited for over an hour for our table. Finally had to go up and say something so we can get our table. Front of house needs to be ran better . Food is always great.

Came in to dine and treat myself after a long day. I love that when you come in and are seated you receive a fresh bread basket with cinnamon butter and let me tell you the butter is delicious!!! I ordered the Cactus Blossom for $6.99 Sweet Potato that is baked for $2.99 Apple Sauce $2.99 Mashed potatoes with brown gravy $2.99 Apple pie w a scoop $6.99 Water as my drink! The blossom was amazing it has made me fall back in love with fried onions!!! The Sweet potato was perfectly cooked and melted as eating. The apple sauce was apple sauce. The mashed potatoes and gravy I asked to ensure not cooked with meat products was excellent! Overall great service and food made for a great self date! Thanks for having me, The Traveling Truck Show

When my daughters went to use the Women s rest room they returned to inform me there was a male employee in there fixing his hair. This is unfortunate Texas Roadhouse tell your dudes to use the correct bathroom and stop intimidating little girls.

I love Texas Roadhouse..food is always good. but the service at this Killeen location is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I always return because of the food. & Ive expressed the service to management every time I go & they always try to offer a discount or gift card, im not asking for anything free i want my service to be great. i should not have to keep looking for my server to ask for straws, bread, napkins, an alcoholic drink, etc....I was a server for 4 years, so I always expect great service. & I tip very well!!! The management really needs to re train their staff or something cause the service is always horrible. I wish I could give no stars for service!!!

Went out to celebrate my husbands bday. We ordered our food which I was so looking forward to it because we go every year for his bday. I ordered my favorite dish the beef kabob. And I took my first piece of the meat, started to chew it and felt something hard in my mouth. I searched for it found it and it was a small piece of metal like what comes off the brushes that you use to clean the grills. I was horrified had I not continued searching for that and actually swallowed disregarding it. Thinking it could have just been a small bone or just a piece of cartilage, I would have probably been in the emergency room later on in the evening or sometime after when my body would have reacted to that foreign piece of metal. I alerted the staff they sent a manager over who I showed it to. She then took a picture of it and took the picture to the back I guess to ask them what it could be. She then came and told me it didnt look like anything from the back I suggested it could be from something like the metal brushes used to clean grills she said it couldnt be cause theres are screwed in really tight. Which made me confused about what she was even thinking. Anyway she said my meal would be removed from the bill. She took my plate and the small metal piece. She asked if there was anything else I would like to order. Well no I like only that really so I reorder that and brought it home because thats how long everything took from the back and forth to the reordering being complete, my husband was already finished with his meal. But let me say I am afraid of eating the meal I brought home. Even if I would have ordered anything else its still made on the grill. So I was nervous about reordering anything. And to add the person who brought me my order apologized but SHE even said it was probably what they clean the grills with. That made me feel like yup I knew it. I mean thats the only thing I could think it could have been too. Im just so glad I didnt swallow it. I used my better judgment. The reason for this review is to make TRH aware of this because what if it was a kid and he/ she would have just swallowed that? That would have caused alot of health problems for something so small. Texas Roadhouse has to think of a better way to clean their grills I would suggest. This cant be the first time this has happened. Or use better quality brushes. Im sure a change can be considered.

Food was decent. Service was poor. We were in the restaurant for probably a good 2 hours and most of that time was spent waiting. Medium well steak was dried out. Didnt get any butter with our rolls. We ordered 2 drinks at the time of our food order and NEVER recieved them till after we finished food and were about to get up. They apparently gave our drinks to the wrong people. Very poor service and lack of responsibility and awareness with alcoholic drinks.

Not really a review leaving person , but this experience was unique . My sister came down after not seeing her for 6 years & we took her out to road house her first night here We did come around 9pm a hour before closing staff was noticeably upset , understandable . We get seated and they severs / dish guys are cleaning around while we re eating , They were cussing a ton & didn t have any care that we had a kid at the table very unprofessional when we re spending large amounts of money to dine . Fast forward a few days , we actually decided to come back as a family this time with my mom and celebrate my sisters birthday who had traveled down , our server was excellent Luna I believe she was a shift leader , when it came time for the happy birthday song Luna informed us that none of her co workers wanted to sing happy birthday it really was a let down as we were looking forward to it & it made things super awkward for Our sister Road house is our family favorite restaurant never had issues like this at any other location .

I took my two daughters there for dinner tonight and we had an amazing time and our waitress Trinity and the two managers Jordan and Mckinly were amazing. Food was great and we can t wait to go back again! First class. Food was perfectly done and it is just a better place to eat dinner with the family. Very fast service and they have a lot of workers. We had Ginger as our server and she was amazing. She was very attentive to our family and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The manager stopped by our table and introduced himself and checked in on us. The server that brought out our steaks ensured that everything was prepared to order. Went there about 245pm, and we sat at the bar. We had side salads, an entree (steak and broccoli) and some appetizers (rattlesnake bites and grilled shrimp). Food was yummy & cooked to order, and didnt take long to get our meals. Just be careful the rattlesnake bites are spicy! Manager Kaitlyn (not sure the spelling is correct) was super duper nice and served us with a smile even though it was jammed pack and extremely busy. We will always go back!

Every single person we interacted with were kind, polite, and attentive. Ginger was AMAZING! One of the best servers we ve had in Killeen in the two years we ve been here. Keyman was one of the managers and he made sure to speak to every table and was very receptive if we needed anything. If this is a requirement, it was completely transparent to us as he seemed to truly enjoy his job. Definitely excited to eat here again! Oh and LOVE the hats, wish we had been there on Hawaiian day!!!

Sehr gutes Essen und schönes Ambiente, aber immer viel los. Leider wurde der Wartebereich im Inneren zur Abholstation für Außer-Haus-Bestellungen umfunktioniert. Dadurch stehen im klimatisierten Restaurant keine Sitzplätze mehr zum Warten auf den Tisch zur Verfügung. Bei derzeit ca. 95-100F macht das Warten draußen auf den Bänken keinen Spaß.

LOL okay maybe not folks I dont know personally but I have way too many fam and friends who frequent this place who havent emphasised how much I missing out by not eating here when Im in town! Ive eaten at a lot of bougie places and have had some darn good (and some darn horrible) ribeyes. This place is hands down one of the BEST ribeyes Ive had! It was cooked and buttered to PERFECTION my goodness. Our server Alicia was one of the best Ive had the pleasure of, in many many moons. Those shirts that say I love my job! is spot on. When you can feel how much folks enjoy their place of work and their coworkers, it literally makes the whole experience that much better! Came here with my youngest and her family, and we had such a good time. I was shocked at how low our bill was for 4 adults and one pre-teen! I was expecting to shell out at minimum 250 but nope. Super reasonable, super friendly, and Ill mosdef be back before I take a flight home on Sunday

We usually really like Texas Roadhouse #30 however today was just not the best experience. Im fine with waiting. I actually didnt complain about the wait time to get silverware I did not complain about the time that it took for us to get our food or that our appetizers came out at the exact time that are main course did, no complaints from my side at all I sat there with a smile on my face and I understood that its a little busy what I dont understand is staff going out of their way to tell you something will be removed for your bill because of an inconvenience that they noted was an inconvenience on their own, tell you something will be removed, not remove it from your bill realize it was not removed come back tell you to please wait longer so that we can have this adjusted and have this removed from your bill only to have a manager stop at your table drop a $7 free appetizer coupon and softly say sorry it took so long I was fine paying with my whole meal I didnt ask for a discount , I was fine with the fact that I was told something would happen that didnt happen ,whats not okay is then making me wait longer only to brush me aside,

Prepare to be deaf after eating there, impossible to go there to talk with someone, even the waiter can listen to the customer, Waiters and all employees should prepare to legally claim your employer when you get a deaf disability for work there. Overall a good experience at this location. It was a bit noisy but we were seated quickly and the food came out timely even with how busy the restaurant was at the time. The grilled salmon was a little dry but the lemon butter sauce saved it. The steak was well seasoned. The whiskey coke was well watered down, I would ask the server how much alcohol they put in a mixed drink before spending on overpriced water.

So the service we experienced with Annette was phenomenal. She made you feel very welcome and like you ve known her for a while. She was very attentive, kind and friendly. However the the food. Everything was great until we got to my wife s main entree. The steak was extremely salty. Annette was kind and took the steak back and kept us updated on how long it would be to come out. After waiting for an extra 20 minutes we asked Annette if they could just put it in a Togo box for us. We did taste the steak before we left and the taste was much better but over cooked. I would come back again and ask for Annette because she made the experience great. And I love Roadhouse maybe it was just a little off day for them.

June 20, 2024 Was told 10-20 min wait. Was busy long line. I had issue cause they kept on getting people that came in way after us. 24 minute mark I went to counter she said they just get people standing in stations 2 to 5. If that is the case why did I give her my number to get message. Sat for 30 minutes before I could order. Would be nice to be in an out in hour, (with food of course). Opening up at 330 sucks!!!! Open at 3! Like other locations!!!! Anyway, we wanted to sit in the upper level area, the booths are bit longer and we didnt want to be right under the loud speaker, the hostess (very very tall one with long hair) said that area was closed....then 2 minutes later, started seating people in that area. So that was rude. Also she could smile and act like she wants to be there. She literally had RBF and didnt seem excited to sit us (we were the first people in) The waiter was great, no complaints with him. Food is always good! Except the kids mac n cheese...did yall change it? Its white now and doesnt taste like the yellow Kraft kind yall used to have! My kid didnt touch it. Also, if its not mascot day, clean the sidewalk chalk off. My kid thought he was gonna see the Armadillo and get a balloon....nope....guess that was old news.

This was a lunch with my 6 and 8 year old boys. I love the road house, but they actually suggested we eat here. I enjoy the atmosphere and the service is always outstanding. Great vibes and an amazing waitress! She was so funny and interactive with the kids. The food never disappoints and is more than enough, so you can always expect to take some home.

Tonight was an amazing night! We celebrated my grandmothers 82nd birthday and what a wonderful way to end it. Our server Jay was phenomenal. Such an amazing individual who ensured everything was great and frequently checked on us. Shout out to Sean who made my grandmother feel even younger everyone was kind and food was great. tonight i had exceptional service from Aurora! she was amazing, had an answer to every question i had about the menu. my drinks where never empty and an empty plate was never on my table for too long. the bread stayed stocked and never stopped coming by to ask if everything was fine! she is the reason i keep coming back

The wait was long but worth it (I do recommend going when they open because the place gets packed fast) I got the pulled pork sandwich and was delighted to ok see that the peanuts are back!!! Their bread is irresistible and their tater skins are good too. The manager was there engaging with customers to make sure every thing was good and she was very polite. Parking: It has a big parking lot but it was very packed. Kid-friendliness: They were very patient with my kids and have a good atmosphere with them.

We ordered our food to go and picked it up, trusting it would be correct without checking. We got ribs, chicken fried steak, kids mac and cheese, and cheesecake. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese wasn t cheesy despite being advertised as the cheesiest mac in town. They also forgot my son s fries and drink, and there was an empty box in the bag, presumably for the missing cheesecake. I called and spoke with a Kyana (if I remember correctly), who offered to either let me come back to pick up the missing items or receive a voucher via email. I chose the voucher since I live far away. She took my email and assured me it would be sent before closing. It s now the next day, and I still haven t received anything. I understand this Texas Roadhouse gets busy, but I just wanted my cheesecake. I hope they read these reviews and learn from their mistakes.

Decided to get dinner for my break at work, on a Thursday evening around 0430. When I got there , there was no parking. I went to the TO GO Window and asked to order to go I was told she had the tablet so I can t take your order you have to come inside in a very rude way. I came inside and stood around for about 15 min. I decided to go to the seater and ask her what s the hold up with the ordering process. She then told me I don t know you have to go outside to the window I said the lady at the window told me to come in here she replied well I can t take your order on here your gonna have to go outside . When I FINALLY placed my order I was told 25-30 min wait. Now I fully understand that servers cannot have 100% accurate time frames for the wait however when your told 30 min and it turns into an ENTIRE HOUR! That s ridiculous. When I got my meal she said your order is ready but we don t have any rolls I took my food and left because at this time I spent more time waiting on a to go order when I could ve went inside , sat down, had some rolls and enjoyed a meal. But I wanted good, fast, food. When I finally opened my food it was put together so sloppily. And was missing items. Definitely never spending $27 on a place with staff like this again.

Had the chicken fried steak w/ Brown gravy, broccoli & sweat potato on the side. It was so good. My Mom had the catfish, mashed potatoes & green beans & she said her meal was also very, very good.. We ordered a full rack of bbq ribs to have on hand for lunch the next day. The meat was super soft, fell off the bones & the sauce was tastyyyy! ... Ok so, my Mom has passed away and since then I have been back to eat here three times. The first time I went alone and got up and left before my food arrived because I was so sad and lonely without my Mom but, since then; my good friend Mindy has gone with me to eat and I am happy to report that; I got through my dinners with laughter, good company, excellent ribeye steaks and gratitude that Mindy has helped me to dine with my memories and be ok. Update: Had dinner with a friend here on 21 May 2024 and the food was excellent, however the staff doing the loud, happy birthday chant thing every few minutes was so annoying!! We were subjected to hearing it siz ((6)) times while we dined... so, prepare yourself.. Vegetarian options: The broccoli wad a pinch hard...
