A 5 star for Heidi and Scott. We need a divorce decree (1975) for an immigration client who is petitioning his daughter. I contacted Scott and Heidi and they responded to me on a weekend and processed my request promptly. On the 4th day I got my clients decree. They are awesome, honest and prompt. Very reliable.

I needed a citation served, I contacted few companies in my area and decided to go with Compass Process Servers and Im glad I did. Heidi was amazing and very knowledgeable about what she does. She gave me the best price to pay and had my document served earlier than what she had told me. She also filed my affidavit with the court so I wouldnt have to drive there to file myself. Overall I am happy with the company and the services Heidi provided for me and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you Compass Process Servers and thank you Heidi

I am with a law firm in GA and serving defendants out of state is always a gamble because you dont know what quality of service you will receive. Not the case with Compass Process Servers! Price was fair, updates were given without asking, affidavit was notarized and emailed back same day as service was perfected. All around a great experience! Heidy was communicative through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Compass to anyone needing a process server!

Defendant from California fled to Texas and was avoiding service. Compass served the defendant within a couple of days. Very good, and reply to inquiries promptly. Ill definitely use them again.

For the past three weeks I have been navigating the Collin County Court process with one frustating outcome after another. Today, I spoke with Scott @ Compass for the first time and explained to him my circumstances. He walked me through the services that his company provides and what I needed to get from the court. He was patient, knowledgeable and responsive. He went out of his way to accommodate my specific requests, to include working late for same day process service. Writing this review gives me great pleasure. During an incredibly difficult time Heidi s kindness coupled with her desire to help gave my family and I renewed hope in this situation. Not often do we find true kindness over just doing my job . I cannot express the gratitude I have for Compass Process Severs and especially Heidi. Our journey is quite from over, but with the service accomplished my husband and I move in confidence that we will prevail. Our firm is from California and we needed to have a Defendant who resided in Texas personally served. We had contacted a server company who after two months was not successful in serving the Defendant. We reached out to Compass Process Servers and Scott had the defendant served on his first attempt. I will use Compass Process Servers for any of their services next time we need service in Texas. They are wonderful! Highly recommend.

I hired compass to get a job done for me that I had hired another company to do but they could not get the job done after two months of hiring them. I reached out to Compass and they got the job done within a week! Our firm is in Alabama and I needed the person served in Texas, We were on a strict time limit of getting the defendant served and they got the job done with no problem. Thank you again!
