THIS WAS SO FUN !!! I went there with my grandma cousin aunt and sister to the light show and looked around this was amazing I love it 10/10 highly recommended for anyone who is looking for smt enjoyable to do if ur really bored or anything so pls come to this place if your looking for anything to do!!!!

The information and presentation was very well planned. Being on a field trip with different ages of kids can be hard to keep everyone interested The kids all enjoyed it.

The floors were an amazing first experience, seeing the constellations there on the floor and learning the patterns by looking at them. Theres a touch rock here. Pretty neat. I love all these little facts everywhere! Learn while you wait.

Absolutely wonderful! Took my 5 year old son to watch on of the kid shows. They included the rollercoaster ride after the show. Definitely a great experience and we plan on coming back as many times as we can.

I was a chaperone for a 7 class 5th grade field trip & even with all of the chaos, the employees/students made finding out about the planets & Earths creation very wonderful experience.

We attended the Candle Light Concert featuring Trevor Helt after the lighting of the CTC Bell Tower. It was outstanding and so relaxing.

I went with my daughter-in-law cause my grand daughter was having a field trip. Everything was so so nice except it was freezing in there. Some of the students were so cold that they started coughing and some got a running nose. Otherwise everything would have been perfect.

I noticed some hateful and mean reviews on here and it completely shocks me. My family LOVES this place. I love that my kids would rather go here than to a movie theater. I got the groupon family membership for 50.00 and think that its well worth it. The laser shows are still free to members, she was wrong on that. There are discounted tickets to special events. I even got discounted tickets to geek fest with it. The schedule is listed right on their website so there should be no reason for anyones time to be wasted. If going to their website is an issue they do have a phone number, maybe instead of just showing up and being pissed that no show is playing call first ? Phones are good like that. Also why get a membership and then complain about their scheduling? Research what youre buying first and you wont have an issue. Look at their schedule and youll see that shows are normally only on weekends and that they play the same things throughout each month. The membership also gets you free or discounted access to planetariums, museums, and aquariums. I dont see how it isnt worth it. I love that my kids are learning to love science, history, and nature and are getting excited about it. The staff are always really friendly. Where she got off saying they were rude is beyond me but judging by her review I can kind of understand if someone getting defensive with her. The theater always smells like it was freshly cleaned, it has a smell of fresh cleaners every time we go but with people (especially kids) coming through often I can imagine that its hard to keep it like that 24/7, every theater, every store, every business (especially those that entertain children!) deal with these issues occasionally. Its definitely not the norm. Ive never written like this defending a place, I have complained about places quite a few times. I really love this place. Weve been going regularly for about a year and it bugs me to hear anyone talk down on it. Weve never had a bad experience and have always been treated well. Its one of the only decent things to do in this otherwise boring area.

So where to start, the theater smells of urine and feet, not slightly but horribly bad, the oder is so strong i cannot believe they havent done something about it already. I understand you get school field trips but do you not clean up after the kids have left? When was the last time the seat upholstery and carpets were cleaned or even changed out? My kids love the shows, when they have shows, we just went in and found the staff member who claimed he wasnt on the clock was napping, stated that Friday night laser shows were discontinued and was very condescending while explaining he wasnt on the clock and there was no show so we waisted our time. We did get the membership so we could enjoy the perks of it and with the idea in mind that the amount of times we come here it pays for itself. But in the end its pointless because we only came to the Friday night shows and now the only ones available are the special event ones and those we would still have to pay half of the price. Yeah there are other perks like museums and the likes of such but we would have to travel to do those and the only reason we got the membership was, like I said for the Friday night shows. Clean the floors and the chairs, update the website and put up signs that are explaining the changes at the front desk, and hire staff that isnt so rude. Why did you discontinue Friday night shows? In the end I feel we have been cheated out of the money we paid for this pointless membership since even though we paid a good amount of money we would still have to pay extra to see the Friday laser light shows you now only show as special events...... Pointless waste of our time and money.
