I spent over 50 bucks on pizza . The pizza came not fresh at all. It also made me sick . I had the pepperoni and bacon . The pizza did not have good quality taste at all .

I just ordered a pizza online paid in full, and I had someone pick up the pizza on my behalf. Tell me why they were trying to have someone illegally sign for someone else s card and they refused to hand over the food when the pizza was already paid for before hand. BEWARE!!! They are doing illegal acts and should be punished my the law for trying to get signatures from someone who is not the card holder. This is NEVER an issue at other establishments. I will not be buying from here again, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

We have been ordering pizza from this place. Been ordering the same toppings(personalise). Previous orders were good, but for somehow the pizza we ordered today is soaking wet with garlic sauce. We spent $42. Pizza and the box are both soaking wet. It s like someone pour a 1 galloon of garlic sauce/oil on it. Called the store and spoke to their manager A very unprofessional, she sounded like she didnt care. Non responsive and didnt even take my number. Have a poor attitude and very unprofessional. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This whole order and customer service is unacceptable .except for the pepsi! Eating this pizza is like halloween!

Mason and crew had amazing customer service and good energy. Mason was helpful when it came to adding an item to our order last minute, I appreciate his patience. This was my familys first time ordering here and we had an awesome experience overall (food was also amazing...especially for a Friday night). Let me start off by saying I genuinely like this pizza spot. Marcos s has great food. BUT, the customer service here SUCKS CHEEZ BALLZ! The girl by the name of Crystal has a MAJOR attitude problem. My boyfriend came in to pick up an order for uber eats, and not only did she mess up the order, (which puts my job in jeopardy) BUT topped it off with a derogative personality and hideous attitude. I mean; like you could SMELL the attitude.from outside. Sucking her teeth, and just being DISRESPECTFUL. If you don t like your job, maybe you should find a new one! Good pizza though

This place used to be great. Last few times though everything has been over an hour late, because they say they have no drivers. So called tonight an hour after our food was said to be delivered, they told us it would be another 30 to 40 minutes before a driver would be there to get the food for delivery. So I drove up to pick up our food, which was sitting on the low shelf of a rack with other deliveries, no heat or anything on them. Glad I picked up or would have been waiting almost 3 hours for cold pizza. Then as I left looked back in to notice every staff member playing on their phones. All they could offer was to return the 4 dollar delivery fee....

I will never order from this Marcos again. It used to be really good, but I have no idea what has happened. I ordered delivery from here said it would take 30 minutes. Instead it took a total of 2 HOURS to deliver. And then it was delivered by Favor for some reason not by them. So by the time we got our food it was dry and cold. We called up there and spoke with the manager supposedly and he explained everything and we want our money back. He stated they can only give half our money or a full credit to my account to use for another time we order. We took the credit. So I call up there another day to order and use my credit and the lady has no idea what I m talking about and there is no credit and said they usually give full refunds not credit. She said since there is no record regarding this she could only give me a discount. So I said fine, which was a huge mistake. I ordered it carry out went up there 30 minutes later and she said I don t have an order for your name. Explain I literally just talked to you and ordered. She goes to the back comes back and says oh yea we are really backed up and it s going to be another 40 MINUTES smh. I come back again she says I don t have an order for your name. Ma am again we just had this convo and you said you found me, which she lied about. FINALLY she finds me and she put my order under the wrong name. I get my food and is again cold and dry, probably because it was ready when I went the first time and lied about finding my order. Please don t waste your time and money ordering here.

This place used to be Top Notch, Not anymore. I ordered from here last weekend for my usual Drive thru pick up. The woman at the front kept ignoring me over and over. Attending everyone else that came after me but used the front door for pick up. When finally came over, literally 4 ft to the left of the cash register, started complaining and telling me the drive thru was close. There were no signs, or anything stating it was close. I guess she was expecting customers to read her mind. How lazy a person that gets paid to work can be. Food was not as it used to be. it was cold and tasted old. Will not and can not in good faith recommend this joint. Save your money and buy elsewhere where your business is wanted and the treatment to costumers is worth your time and money. Never Again.

The ladies at this location are FABULOUS! Our football team traveled to Killeen for our varsity football game. Our booster club ordered 25 pizzas to be delivered to the stadium for our players for after the game. I went in store before game to double check they received my online order. Super friendly and accommodating. I was able to speak with the delivery driver myself and she took my cell number and called me when she arrived for delivery. It took 2 cars for delivery and they helped me load them in my car and even gave us extra supplies in case we needed them. So friendly and sweet! Thank you for feeding our boys! They were so thankful!

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received and lack of ability or desire to be more accommodating. The last couple of times I ordered through the app payment was messed up through my account and it took a month for it to be refunded so I dont like ordering through the app. I called to order and explained my issue and was hoping to use a promo code however I was met with no compassion or incentive from the employee to accommodate me I was told a manager might assist and when I went to pick up no manager was available. I could have gone to dominos and paid a lot less for more and received top notch customer service and care. I understand that most of these employees are young kids but they really should be trained to do better.

I paid for 10pc wings but only got 5. I spoke to the manager, Dakota, who was polite and told me to come in so the issue could be corrected. I went back, spoke to another manager (no name tag). She asked me, dry toned, What do you want? I told her I want 5 wings. This manager acted like I was bothering her. No apology or thank you. This was only the 3rd time I ordered from them and the last. Good thing I was having a good day because things could have gone bad. This is hands down the best pizza in Killeen. I have been ordering from them since I moved here 3 years ago and have never had an issue. I was excited to see there was a marcos in the area , as thats the place I always ordered from at home and it definitely met my expectations!!!!! I always get my food hot, delivered on time and its always DELICIOUS! I only order from this location so if I had to guess I would say the bad reviews have to be from another store. The delivery driver left my pizza on the ground, right in front of my door ( this was NOT a contactless delivery). When I opened the door to get my pizza from the driver, I didnt realize they put it on the ground and stepped on the box. Thin crust was way too thin than just your normal thin crust and wasnt hardly any sauce on the pizza. The manager had everyone lined up in the back working and barking orders like a drill sgt.. No one looked like they were having a good time being there.

Terrible customer service: waited at pick up window and no one came so I called while at window no answer. I go inside it s 5 employees a delivery person and manager all just looking at me. The manager was useless just fixing belt trying to ignore me. One female did say she would be with me but I continue to wait. Pizza was not worth the wait.

If I could give a negative review I would! Girl in the red shirt was the entire problem the whole time! We ordered at 6:17pm showed up at the restaurant at around 6:25. Our order was partially complete already. The restaurant was swamped purely because this girl couldnt complete ONE order! She was filling ONE item from each order going across the screen or receipt, that she managed to lose! Finally we get our order an HOUR later. This was after she was yelling at new employees to hurry up most of the time. Our order was wrong! The calzone had sausage and wasnt supposed to. Checked our pizzas and the flat crust was cold and our other pizza wasnt even the correct pizza or made correctly! We asked for no sausage on it. Then they took forever to give us our refund so we just took the food and left without a refund. We will never go to this location again.

So after being here (stationed) at Fort Hood, TX for a year. My husband and I have always managed to order pizza at least once a month. However, recently well the last 5 times I have ordered from this company my pizza was so sloppy the pizza literally fell apart. I ask for light sauce on all pizzas I order; sometimes if available I will ask for no sauce. Because the sauce gives me hella heartburn and is always messy. This time I ordered light sauce extra cheese. But when I got them I got light everything except the sauce. It s as if they either don t read the order right or they just don t care. The pizzas have been really greasy. The last time I ordered pizza from them about two weeks ago I got sick just from the grease alone. The manager is pretty rude she has no phone etiquette what so-ever. The only good think I can say is at least I get free cheesy bread from doing the surveys. I wouldn t recommend this particular chain to a single soul. I am half tempted to go see JAG about this place. But if you like extremely greasy and mostly sauce with a splash of cheese and rude, no people skills management go ahead and eat here it right up your alley. But for me I believe this company has just lost another costumer. You guys be blessed and good luck with your arteries lol

The only thing more disappointing than this review is Marcos Pizza. If youve ever wanted to try what is essentially a subpar, off-brand Dominos Pizza, this might just be the establishment for you. Dominos isnt good either by the way. Killeen just simply isnt a place you can really get a decent slice. But my god, avoid this place and give your business to a real establishment like La Gandola or Bobby Lupos.

I love this pizza but service is horrible I called the store and was put on hold then hung up on at least 3 times after calling back. And one time answering the phone and calling me some random name so My cheesebread was missing from my order after paying $45 and tipped the driver $6 on my card and $5 in cash so I called and they said they will send so over a half hour later I called and they said sorry they will remake and send back out like they never got it when they said they would send it just wow....bad for businesses there.

The worst pizza ever. We have tried them a few times every single time its been horrible. Marcos is not great as it is but this location is over the top bad. Today we tried one last time. Our pizza was so greasy it literally leaked out the box all over our table, there was zero sauce like they just skipped sauce all together & so many peppers & onions I took over 2 cups of pepper & onions off & there were still too many. Also it wasnt fully baked some of the meat was still cold which made us wonder were the green came from. So gross completely inedible. Never ever again.

I ordered pizza on Saturday 1/9/21, and it was at 11pm. I understand it was a late night order , and when I spoke to the manager who took my order, she explained that it would be an hour wait for delivery since she only had one driver. I agreed with the wait time and gave my order. The delivery actually got to me over an hour later, and all three of the pizzas were cold, and did not have the quality taste that we have come to love from this pizza place. The barbecue pizza was made with red sauce, and a drizzle of barbecue sauce on top.. hardly a bbq pizza.. I was wondering why our pizza was delivered this way when we only live about 6 minutes away, and made me regret not picking up instead. I tried calling that same night, but no answer, so I assumed they closed already, then I tried next morning in which the phone rang and rang. It rang so long that the dial tone went dead.. I tried again, and same result, so I figured I would wait until Monday. Monday comes, and I get a young sounding manager that said she would call the GM, after listening to the issue, and call me back. No call back after 3 hours.. I call while I m at work to get an update, and she tells me that the GM (Corie) said that I should have called that same night about the issue, and since it s been so long (Saturday to Monday is a long time ) she can only offer me a small discount, after I paid $60 for 3 pizzas.. At this point, I am no longer going to order from Marcos pizza, and will stick with the other chains, that know how to make things right. It s a great disappointment when you find a good pizza place, and they start slacking on quality and customer service. I will not get pizza here again.. not because of the pizza, but because of the customer service!

Im sad to report that after a lifetime growing up with Marcos Pizza ( Im originally from Michigan) I must divorce the company. I was sooo excited when they opened 2 locations here in Killeen and their product was beyond on point not to mention very hot & fresh when delivered all was perfect until 3 months ago and from there its been spiraling downward ...late on delivery , once they stopped taking orders more than an hour before closing, several times the pizza was cold and tuff and then I discovered they did a price change so drastic that I can get double the size for less at Pizza Hut & Dominos. Good Bye our old childhood friend it was an awesome journey while it lasted. This was the Stan Schlueter location.

Literally the worst pizza I ve had in my life and I usually like to come here. It s 12/24/20 (had last minute change in my birthday dinner plans so had to get a pizza) I ordered an XL pizza with extra bacon, extra cheese and Jalapeños. Super simple pizza with a side of wings and cinnamon sticks. Ended up paying around $42 to get home and to my surprise the pizza literally only had cheese in the middle and it seemed like all the topping were just thrown in the center and tossed into the oven we had to recut the pizza, redistribute the toppings and on top of that there was hardly any cheese on the pizza at all and even less bacon. It is what it is but I would ve been better off doing frozen pizzas tonight especially for that price for the trash quality I received

Ordered on Doordash. Doordash did their job. James, William, and some goofy girl who answered the phone at Macros did not. While being loud with the guys who were working saying give me the phone imma tell her while laughing quickly placed me on hold to say he called his GM who said this is doordashs problem. I dont understand how when doordash got my order correct Macros unprofessional young goofing around on the job typa crew screwed it up. Thank goodness this aint the location by my house. What a way to pass the buck and the customer is the only one who gets screwed.

This is my first time ordering from Marco s. The commercial was so inviting and the pizza looked so delicious that I opted out from my usual place I order from to order Marco s. BIG mistake! I couldn t eat it. I have a large supreme (expensive by the way) pizza sitting on the cabin that I can t eat. I have to say the pizza looked good but you know how you re driving home and the smell coming from the pizza has your mouth salivating ( didn t happen). Got home, ran over the dog trying to get to this pizza. Finally sat down to eat, bit into the pizza, Oh No, not good at all. Got a mouth full of mushrooms tasted like they were out of an old can, pizza dough has no taste, the pepperoni and sausage had no flavor and the red sauce had no taste. I liked the green pepper and onions. I don t know if this was a bad day or what, but I will not order from Marco s ever again. It seems since the pandemic, restaurants have fallen off with quality of food but the prices are high. I ll make my own pizza etc .... from now on.

They had me go thru the drive thru, told me my orders was in the oven and will be out in a few minutes. They ask if I can pull around and they will bring it to me. 25 minutes later I called and ask for my order and they said they dont bring food outside and that I have to go thru drive thru. All in all amazing cheese bread but pizza was a little soggy. Had to cancel first order since they ran out of XL pizza size. Got a large delux and the mushrooms were can mushrooms I think since they did not seem fresh. Seems like the pizza is lower quality than what I was expecting at the price point of $17. I would go here for cheese bread any day but not the pizza sadly.

Sat outside for 30 minutes more than the expected time. Took 45 minutes, even when it wasnt remotely close to busy, to finally get my pizza after being told they would bring it out once it finished. By the time I got the pizza from them it was colder than my drink. Worst Marcos ever.
