Love this local pizza place, owner is extremely nice. The drive through need a little maintenance but it was not an issue at all. Food was great. I recomend the 18 pizza special. Parking: There is a parking lot there. Parking is not an issue at all.

Ordered online from under 2 miles away. The whole order was cold by the time it arrived only 35 minutes after ordering. The price for a 16in pizza is very reasonable, but the crust is soggy and thin. The pizza was bland with zero seasonings, and the toppings on the Hawaiian were sparse besides. The mozzarella sticks had definitely been frozen and then just thrown in a warmer real quick. Garlic knots were stale and dry with almost no garlic on them. I was hoping for a quality pizza experience, but I wish I would have just stuck to one of the big pizza chains over this.

Personally speaking, anything below a 5 star rating, you dont know pizza lol. I have found the holy Grail . Joes Pizza and Pasta I have to say is absolutely delicious. I will be honest I grew up in Austin Texas and Ive compared A LOT of places to Home Slice Pizza and Joes Pizza and Pasta has exceeded my expectations I tip my hat and blow a chefs kiss to the chef . The food, the atmosphere and service are top tier. You are also right behind our house so, youll be seeing more of me there. If any of you homegrown Killeen folks are like me and judge Tex- Mex by the salsa and pizza by the marina, you gotta try Joes Pizza and Pasta marina its simple, delectable, sweet flavor will have you dipping more and more. Absolutely the worst restaurant Ive ever done business with. Im not sure where she learned her customer service skill but she needs to go back because she doesnt have any. I did not place my order through door dash, I placed my order online through their company, so Im not sure why shes telling me to contact door dash for the refund or telling me to contact the driver to tell him to bring the food back. Thats not my responsibility. Maybe they should make sure theyre delivery guys or third party delivery service is able to actually deliver on base. It is incredibly unprofessional to hang up on a customer not once, but twice when all they wanted was a refund and to cancel the order that was never going to be delivered. Pathetic. Please go somewhere else to enjoy your dinner.

Joes Pizza used to be alright for a quick bite, but lately, its just been disappointing. The pizzas come out burnt at the bottom, and the cannolis are soggy and bland. Whats worse, theyre clearly not made fresh in-house and cost a hefty $7.50 each. My friends and I have decided to give it a pass and look for better options elsewhere.

Most places close to base are nasty but not Joes! Staff was friendly and quick to get my order. The wait time for the pizza was not long at all. I got the Tuscany pizza and its delicious!!! These people were so kind. The one taking the order told the cook to make the dish big cuz we were sharing. Our dinner was so delicious. I left my phone charging and they were leaving early and hid it outside for me. And because my sweetheart only grabbed my phone and not the charging unit, the guy brought that back in for me the following morning. I was able to pick it up as I returned from work. My daughter went in with me and also ordered takeout dinner from them and absolutely loved everything they ordered.

I recently indulged in a slice of pizza that left me thoroughly impressed. The moment I took a bite, I was greeted with flavor from the hot, fresh ingredients. I thought itd be better. Pizza for my son looked awesome and the pepperoni I stole from him was full of flavor and deliciousness. I ordered the Pasta Trio which was underwhelming at best. It looks like a plate of yuck. It tastes like spaghetti soup. Luckily it came with a side of bread which is perfect to soak up the slop. I didnt eat much. Hopefully Ill find myself starving later and Ill find an excuse to eat some more. Wish me luck.

My 1st time there. My wife is from NY and we were not at all impressed with the slices we ordered. The dough was decent but as far as taste wise not so much. The drinks tasted like the machine hasn t been cleaned in awhile. The tea tasted sour. Not worth the price. We will not be returning to to eat here. Not NY style at all.

Incredible prices! The 18 Take Out pizza deal is awesome, I definitely recommend saving some money and getting some great pizza while doing it. I do really wish they would put some sort of Italian seasoning and/or at least some dried oregano on the pizza (I put my own on here), it would add just that little bit of extra flavor and it is an inexpensive easy addition. I asked for some extra buffalo sauce on the wings they ended up coming with barely any which is another reason for the 4 Stars. The second reason for the 4 Star is because we received the your order is ready for pick up text so we drove in and it was not ready, we ended up waiting another 5-10 minutes. If the text system doesnt work just take it out. Overall good pizza, great prices and a nice bright atmosphere to dine in. I recommend this place for Italian food lovers. Parking: Google Maps will try and bring you some sort of back way. Stay on the main road and turn into the front of the building right next to Taco Bell.

Been here twice and I m done. Both times I felt so uncomfortable because of the looks. They re not very friendly/cordial from the moment you walk in. They can definitely use some assistance with their customer service skills. The prices are ridiculous for the quality of food you get. One slice is damn near $3.50 and looks like it s been sitting on the display case for days. The chicken Parmesan Sub ($11.00) was atrocious. It tasted like they use frozen premade cutlets like the ones from the grocery store, definitely not freshly made, breaded chicken breast. The one decent item are the garlic knots and that s if you get them with extra garlic to give them flavor because they re very bland without it. And when I mentioned I wanted a Chicken Parm hero , the guy looked at me like I was from out of space because I didn t say sub instead. Very weird spot and would not recommend to anyone. This is definitely not NY pizza.

Our garlic knots were a bit burnt and our pasta trio wasn t all that tasty. The Mariana sauce was really watery/runny and had no taste/flavor. I had ordered lasagna and spaghetti from restaurant through uber eats. As a resident fat boy, I never had a lasgna (good or bad) that I was unable to finish until Ive ordered from here. The meat was minced so well and was put in such little quantity that you would not believe there was any, unless put under close inspection. The meat sauce also had very little flavor, and was very watery for some reason. The only good thing that I can note was that they provided garlic knots despite me not asking for any. Sad to say that although I was very excited for this, I will not be ordering food from this restaurant again.

Prices went up but quality and portions went way down. Philly cheesesteak used to be delicious. Now it is terrible and had almost no meat on it. It now consists of mostly cheese and very little of anything else on a burnt hoagie roll. I showed it to whoever the guy that took our order and served it to me and it just shrugged his shoulders without even an excuse or apology as he watched me throw it in the trash. Me or my family will never return again after being customers for the last 5 years. I will also recommend to anyone that ever mentions them about my experience and strongly suggest they stay away also. I m sure nature will take its course though and they will be closed down soon anyway if they keep on the way they are now. I doubt it will take long since we were just there during lunch hours and were the only customers

Won t go anywhere else. I m originally from the northeast where we have high standards and are picky when it comes to pizza. My wife, a native Texan from the area, introduced me to Joes. Honestly cheese pizza it usually bland and for little kids trying foods for the first times but THIS cheese pizza is ungodly good! You dont need to add toppings at all but you can if you want. However this just a very nice classic done the best there is! Okay so they painted the place and it actually looks like a working place kind of sad about everyone knowing it now but excited for them! Just tried the marinara sauce and oh good god. I hate sauce, specifically marinara/tomato sauce but they add meat flavor to it and Ive seriously never liked sauce besides ranch before. So definitely try the sauce even if youve hated every one elses, it will not disappoint I promise! Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel up to the door someone just needs to open it for you, the door is kind of heavy.

Food was great! Customer service is the reason for 3/5 stars. They not only failed to provide the price on the phone, but also failed to give a receipt when asked at the end. Was my initial review. Overtime I got like 5-7 pizzas from here. Price is NEVER consistent. They ran the same $15.99 special with 1 topping, I d always make it 3 toppings and the price was never the same. On top of that, I m not sure if they are into bad business ethic or they are just intoxicated back there or they just simply don t know any better, but I ask if there are any spice in their pizza sauce or beef or even they sprinkle at the end, they said no. So after a day of dealing with slow restaurant service while working DoorDash. I called in an order to this one for my own dinner. After stepping into this establishment I was pleasantly suprised. For now on, this is the only Italian place I will be going to in the area. Pizza is closest thing to New York style that I can find. Pasta sauce actually has flavor and they have all the shakers that should be at a pizza place. Idk why they fill their cannolis and have them sit in the fridge though. Cannoli shells should be hard, not soggy. Fill the cannolis the time they re ordered.

Ordered from Uber eats and it was disgusting. The pizza was not only cold but the toppings were all raw and undercooked. It tasted and looked like they just threw the toppings on and put it in the oven for two minutes and sent it out. It was the worst pizzas I ve EVER had. Do NOT order from this place!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered through door dash. The manicotti was clearly frozen at one point the cheese inside smelled strange and was seized up. The kids spaghetti was so watery it spilled out all over the bag. The tiramisu was so soggy it was complete mush. I called the store to ask if I needed to contact door dash or them to ask for a refund. The employee at the restaurant on the phone tried to blame the delivery driver which was uncalled for and I told him as much since the driver didnt make the food. He told me he didnt care and to shut up and he hung up. I dont know who owns this place but as a first timer eating their food and the way the person on the phone handled it was wrong and childish.

The pizza here is amazing. The people are friendly. The price is good. The chicken parm is pretty good too. If you want some good pizza definitely stop in here. The slices are huge. They have a good variety too. The cheescake is great as well.

The pizza was pleasant tasting but the owner had an attitude. No smile,no thank you when I thanked him for my change. I stood back and watched as others got their food and it was no different. As I stated the pizza was pleasant but the atmosphere was not. If you own a business be nice to others. I will go again though because we all deserve another day.

Joes has a great deal on slices or whole pies and we also love their Philly cheese steak sandwiches. They toasted our pieces to perfection. Krispy krust melted toppings awesome thank you plus the people that work there have always been friendly always. We love Joes. Even just their basic salad seems to be better than salad we make at home or get it other places.. Still great and servers are awesome. Just still Loving Joes

Closest thing youll get to NY style pizza in killeen area, I make it a point to search out pizza spots but didnt go to Joes after I heard someone say it wasnt good, lesson learned, never trust someone on where the decent pizza is. Prices are fair and the inside had desserts though I didnt try any this time. Give Joes a shot if you care for NY style, TX pizza cant even come close to the thin bottom with good integrity in the dough.
