When people see motel they run to want to stay in those expensive hotel, well to my surprise this specific motel, is so convenience close to everything I need and want the employees are, professional, and friendly not only that they remember you and greet you from my last stay, the rooms are clean, the minute you walk in you smell the cleanness, the shower extremely white the only thing is that bring your own preferred shower soap I always do, I was impress the price so reasonable and I get my military discount all I needed was somewhere to lay my head for the weekend that would not break my pocket and I found it, I recommend.

I have been to many Motel 6s. This one was one of them.The service was awesome it was by places within walking distance , they up kept our room with fresh towels and a made up bed while I was visiting my dad. Wife wanted coffee and they were making more and told my wife that it was ready. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Clean, nothing was broken, the staff were helpful. Its also close to Walmart, H.E.B, Starbucks, etc. My only complaint is that housekeeping is difficult to communicate with, their English isnt good at all.

The front desk girl is very rude and treats children with disrespect. She lied and said my nephew was screaming in the lobby and refused to allow a check in. She addresses a child harassed him spoke to him rudely. Angel was just a rude. Im calling to file a complaint and constantly getting Hung up on back to back to back. These people have no respect and need to be trained. I will escalate this as far as I can even if I call for months. She lied on a child and said he was screaming when he was being adventurous and exploring a machine. Pull the tapes and see how your staff treats guest. Pull the phone calls and hear how they respond unprofessional to a customers concerns. Angel raised her voice at me for explaining my situation and trying to get a resolution and had the nevers to tell me yea because I wont let her talk. Im explaining what the issue is and this is how I am treated. They lier on a child and prevented someone from getting away from a life and death situation. A mother pregnant with a small child in the middle of the night turned away over a lie. This place is a joke.

I just called up here to get a room my family and I are traveling from Alaska and it s 10pm. I was asking if there was a difference between the suite and just a regular room as I have a pet and kids I need a tad bit more space to not feel crammed. He then started yelling at me because I was asking different questions like did it have a kitchen, a livingroom etc. he was getting louder and louder about if I don t like the room I can look elsewhere and I was TRYING to tell him I didn t say I didn t like it I was trying to get a simple yes or no on if the room was bigger and then he harshly says you know what if you want to see come in and see for yourself I ll show you I then tried explaining we are still a few hours out and he just kept bring rude. I ended up just ending the call. Not impressed at all. we have been using motel 6 and everything s been fine. Rough night for him or something.

While trying to book a room before our ets move in the morning, I had gotten very nauseous from morning sickness. I rushed in and asked the girl at the desk if they had a restroom. She had an attitude and told me they don t. I told her my mother in law was in the car literally booking online if that had anything to do with it. She rudely said no so I left. I ve never been to a place that doesn t have restrooms in the lobby? So that s odd. Anyways we ended up going across the street to sleep inn because they were very nice there! So glad we are leaving this city of Killeen lol

Every time i visit Killeen we stay here, i have i reservation for today when i try to do my check in the front desk tell me she cant give me a room because im not available to stay there no more, because in my last stay i smoke in the room, just because in my last stay i throw a box of cigarrite empty in the trash that not mean i smoke in the room. Between that they just wait i show up to do my check in for let me know they cancel my reservation like really u guys can send me a email or a phone call. When i ask the front caunter to talk with her manager she refuse and tell me i need to wait to tomorrow. Nice way to treat a regular customer. God job! I want my money back!!!

The employee told me they only change the sheets every two days. We pay you your nightly rate, but we dont get your nightly cleaning.? Wright is Wright and wrong is wrong.your management Hansson Carrera. Lied to cover up his employees bad work habits. Instead they made us leave. Now we have no were to go. They kept being really rude and nasty to my daughter. Rooms: The rooms on 3rd floor are out dated Noteworthy details: It really dumb that even though we stayed multiple nights and the kept changing us for weerk ates and got angry weekends rates and angry when asked about it.they got upset and started making things up like we are dumb and dont know the law and rules about your company.

Let me say this so that Im not misunderstood. I can say honestly. I have stay in at least a hundred Plus hotel - motels in my 56 years on Planet Earth. Ànd there have been some that have made my skin crawl. And others that have made me turn right back the door and sleep in the parking lot next door. But tonight this Motel 6 has become my new #1 pick for the most disgusting, unsanitary, make you want to throw up in your mouth accommodations, with what appeared to be a bio health hazard statically left behind. Picture included. Somthing even Mike Rowe wouldnt touch with a 10 foot pole. Rooms: Priceless would recommend this Motel Ever.

The room had graffiti on the door frame in the bathroom. The walls needed to be painted. The television remote did not work. The general manager was rude when our keys did not work. Zero sound-proofing in the rooms. I will give 1 star for the staff professionalism and the cleanliness of the rooms, but these don t matter when the hotel decides to conduct maintenance any time from 1am to 5am. At some point it sounded like an entire door was being replaced from 3-5am. Add the constant slamming of doors from the other guests, audible midnight conversations and hookups, and early morning housekeeping attempts and this hotel will guarantee sleepless nights. Do not recommend.

Worst hotel and service I have stayed at in awhile. We thought it was a reasonable price with a pool and breakfast. We get here and the pool is closed. All the staff could tell us was because of a policy but couldnt explain it or show us the policy. The walls of the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room. Every time someone leaves the room, the door slams and wakes you up. There is also no breakfast like the website claimed. It was conveniently located next to everything we needed but it was not located in the best part of town. I will not be staying here again.

My family and I had stayed here a while ago and the staff was horrible. We asked to change rooms because we had ants coming in from the room next to us ( we had just got in the room). When they gave us a new room there was a roach in the bathroom we again asked to change rooms and they decided to kick us out because we were complaining too much. Angel checked me in and honoured my AARP card. She was so pleasant and answered all questions. Love her Looney tunes mask. Have a wonderful room with all the comforts. Would like to add that the gentleman working overnight watched me go to car when it was late, I asked him and he promptly did. Also the lady in morning, maybe Sara was very helpful. I just want to add that NO FAULT of any of these fine people that the DOG POLICY IS unacceptable for me. Tan into 3 different dogs in my comings and goings. Sorry dogs on leashes have about a 3 foot lead. Therefore because of this policy. I will never visit again. Iam horribly afraid of dogs, and there were too many during my stay. Also my 2nd floor window was unlocked with NO safety screen. Dangerous to say the least.

My daughter, 18 month old grandson and myself were between homes and stayed there for about 2 weeks, the staff was excellent, friendly, and did NOT give us a hard time when they found out we had 4 dogs instead of 2 in the room. They were understanding and compassionate about our situation which took away so much stress. Loved the staff and will definitely recommend this location to anyone. My only complaint is that they only have one waste station with bags for those with dogs. If they could add 3 more in the middle of the grassy areas more people might pick up after their dogs potty. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed us. Please make sure you keep the current staff you already have. It was the people who work there that made our stay so enjoyable.

First, as we walked into our room a horrible stench took our noses by surprise! The visual appearance of the room was dingy with the curtains falling off the rod. To no avail I checked the restroom where I found long wavy strands of black hair still lingering in the tub and on the bathroom floor. To top it ALL off we were placed next to an a adjoining room whose tenants were loud, obnoxious, and rude. We ended up checking out 2-3 hours before checkout time due to not getting any sleep that we tried to pay for. This stay sucked!
