Hands down best Mexican food in the area. We love real authentic Mexican food and this is it! I LOVE the tortilla soup and the shrimp quesadillas are the best I ve had they have so much flavor and shrimp! We literally drive 30 mins just to come here! The best! The breakfast burritos are bomb and so is everything else haven t had a bad meal or experience here ever!

Worst tamales ever! I wasted 35$ on a dozen pork and a dozen chicken tamales. Masa has no flavor and neither did the meat on the inside! Not only that, the tamales were burnt! The masa was as hard as the corn husk warping it, thats how bad they were burnt! Even the meat was hard, because they were so over cooked! That was just the tamales lets not talk about how long I had to wait just to get them. I was excited about the drive thru, but waiting 30 min for some trash tamales was ridiculous. Next time Ill just make my own!! Hmu if you want better tamales than this place offers.

The service in drive thru is always great I ll give them that, but unfortunately our experience this time will keep us from going back. I had a fajita torta and I opened it up to adjust the toppings when I saw something that didn t even look close to fajita. I called the restaurant to let them know and they offered a refund or something of equal value. I appreciate the offer but we will not be returning.

I order a plain Burrito cost 10 dollar, for a plain Burrito really. I could believe it , so I called 15 minutes later, and ask what a plain burrito cost. Now there told me on the phone 11.15 dollars. First it is 10 now its 11 dollars. Question whats wrong with that picture. My friend ordered beef Burrito instead she got the Burrito with hamburger meat.

20 dollars for 4 bean cheese and bacon aske for white cheese they put yellow on the taco and charged me for a side of cheese I actually wanted on my tacos the tacos are very small and it was cold and I just got them over the years I have watched the prices skyrocket I live in Willow but will drive to rancier just to not be ripped of and over charged for stuff I didn t ask for ..

This is my second time eating here and 1st time with my wife. The atmosphere is very different at dinner as opposed to lunch. The chips and salsa while good were quite hard. The salsa was quite good no complaints, would love to take some home. I ate chalupas. The beans were the best part and the chalupa shell perfect very crispy did nit get soggy at all. My sweet tea needed no additional sugar is was perfect. My wife had beef enchiladas. She declared they needed more seasoning and cheese. The rice was a bit hot temperature not flavor I tasted the rice and agreed, I also think they were missing more seasoning. Overall today was a little less satisfying than my previous visit. Service when we arrived was disappointing. The waitress may have been distracted and for a nearly empty restauraunt it was frustrating to wait so long just to be acknowledged. The drive-thru guy took our order only only messed up a little. The staff was polite and responsive once we gave our order. The meat market looks great and the wife is browsing the mexican candy section now. We may return again but it will likely be a while.

I got there and ordered 2 sausage burritos figuring they would be no bigger than a regular soft taco at Taco Bell (in comparative size only). The waitress who asked me 3x or what I say later brought my bill to sign. I signed it 1st mistake without looking at it (yes, its on me). Then they brought me a bag that felt like it was 4lbs of food. I asked are sure this is just 2 tacos?? They said huh you said 8. Now I know theres sometimes a language barrier, but 2 and 8 sound nothing like the other. The bill came to $49, I have no doubt they thought they were being cute cause as I was leaving, I turned around and the giggling like 6th grade little girls. Never again will I go back, and BTW, 90% egg maybe 10% sausage. Fool me once. Trust me, you wont fool me twice.

The food was not good at all bland. Half cold. Tasted like warmed up in a microwave. The cooler with the chicken has mold on it. The ceiling is disgusting. Mold and wet spots. Ceiling lights dirty. Filters in the ceiling are black. Staff was looking at me crazy. I had to call them to make an order and the waitress turned around and send someone else. Old grease dripping off of the display. A baby screaming behind the counter where you get your meat. I wouldn t come back nor tell anyone about this place.

I go in and ordered large horchata & Jamaica drinks then ask for a menu. I was hoping to drink my drinks while I decided what to order for to-go. I am sitting for 8minutes in an empty restraunt at 1:30 pm & the waitress just continues to wrap silverware. I want for her to look at me & she asks if Im ready to order. I told her I was waiting for my drinks. She said you can have them when you order. I asked so I acnt have them now? I was hoping to drink while I decide she then rolls her eyes and begins to speak in Spanish to the other employees who giggle as she makes the drinks. She was rude & I never had a rude encounter there before. I ordered a burrito fiesta with shrimp, spice pork, and steak. The shrimp was fried so hard like jerky. Then when I got my order of 2 chalupas they looked nothing like the picture they were flat and round like tostadas. The last time I ordered 2 breakfast tacos & they barely put any meat it was mostly jusJerry. So rude service + poor quality= $45 wasted This place use to be the best of all locations but based on my last few experiences Ill have to dine elsewhere.

This place is trash they charge over 4.00 for 1 taco. Then if you order 1 taco you get 1 sauce but if u order 2 tacos you get 1 sauce and have to pay extra for sauce! Make it make sense!! Then light on the meat!!

This place is awesome! The steak tacos and the chorizo tacos are great. The bean soup is amazing and the reasonable prices make it all the better! This is a fantastic place to get incredible food for probably the best prices around. If you have not stopped by and tried the food you need to put it on the calendar to do so. This is our new favorite taco place here in Killeen.

The food is good and you get a good amount when you dine in. You get a lot less when you do carryout. The customer service is awful almost every single time! There are children working there, and one insisted she was 18 and was the manager when I inquired about being charged twice on two separate occasions (made two orders a couple of days apart). I was never refunded even though I showed my bank account to the actual manager. I just let it go after calling a few times and being told someone would get back to me. They get combative whenever you point out that an order is incorrect and insist that it is made as ordered. The wait time at the drive-thru/carryout is very long, even if you order ahead. Oftentimes, the order is not started even an hour later, despite them telling you its a 10-15 minute wait. I used to go here often, but the food is not good enough for me to keep coming back. The two young boys that work there are lovely, though!

Overall Wonderful, outstanding food and drinks. Omgosh the tamales were the best Ive ever had and Ive had A LOT. Very kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Couple of things that were probably unavoidable.. it was warm in the restaurant but of course its mid-July in TX so idk if that can be helped and they were short staffed so wait time for some things was kinda time constraining but worth it!

I recently visited a local restaurant called Las Tapatias and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. This is only my 2nd time here and the food and service are amazing! Ive tried different Taquarias and the best one before I came here was on the other side of town. Now Ive found one that is close to my house and serves great, authentic Mexican food . The margaritas are superb as well. The lengua was not dry and the avocados were fresh. The Mexican BbQ was on point. My granddaughter ate her whole taco plate. The beans were hot and delicious. Im willing to come every paycheck and try something different!

The mexican food here is by far the best in the local central texas area. Ive had the carna asada, mini toquitos, and chicken chipotle. They all were very good. You will not find charro beans anywhere better than this place. The prices are reasonable and they even have a mini store inside where you can buy mexican candy and food/drinks. Horchata is very good as well. Service could be a tad little better at times, but I have had help taking food and several drinks out to the car and was very pleased with that. In reference to the service, Ive come to pick up food several times and waited for a few minutes before someone even noticed me. That would be my only complaint, but other than that, once they do see you, great service is provided.

(Which I have ordered before) so, when I get to window and pay and check my order they gave me small street tacos which I did not want so I mentioned my order again they come back with flour toasted tacos at this point I had to explain what a a regular taco plate is which was a fried hard shell corn tortillas with lettuce and tomatoes and cheese so they went back corrected the order when they came back they were fried but now no lettuce tomatoes or cheese so they had to go back and add it finally they got partly right the reason I say this is because they added beans I said no beans . Just so disappointed in this place

Best Mexican food we ve had since we moved back from California. Customer service was excellent && They Have a huge variety of candies and Snacks. Plus a Great Meats. We will definitely be coming back.

Do not order here, the prices are 2 dollars more than the cart they show. They are lies and when you tell them they say they changed but they never change the prices. Im going to find a way to report they are robbing people.
