The community that can be found at Eden Hill is second to none. My parents, who have been residents for 10 years, feel like they found a second family. The administration and staff take a personal interest in each resident. I have seen first hand how much they care. My Mother has had a few serious medical issues and spent time in the skilled nursing facility in the Eden Hill campus. The staff made sure that her transition to and from nursing care went smoothly. She was cared for with genuine care and concern. Even the CEO regularly visits my Mother to see how she is doing. My Father has been given support and resources to help him during these stressful times. I expect he will be able to take her home to their apartment at The Pinnacle (the independent living apartments at Eden Hill) very soon.

I ve worked at EdenHill for 3 years and it s a great organization! All the residents and staff are friendly and caring. The staff always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to the residents. The leadership is supportive and there is always fun activities going on. The facility and units are clean and beautiful. Overall it s a welcoming and enriching environment and I highly recommend it!

As a contractor Ive worked for EdenHill. They are a great organization to work with. They clearly care about safey, cleanliness, and having all things operating correctly. Friendly staff and residence always a pleasure to visit and work with.

My time here (since the first of Oct 2022) I have received excellent care and attention in general. Specifically, Larry and Maria have been great in responding to my needs. More SPECIFICALLY Rudy is phenomenal as a driver and aide.

Horrible administration that doesnt treat residents, family, or staff very well. False promises made by administrator. Too many events to list of why family member had to be removed, worst was being forgotten in room with no lunch, and put to bed with soiled briefs.

The community in the last 2 years has gone down hill..The last and Current CEO are nothing but number crunchers. The residents care has gone down hill due to the way they treat their workers and a no care attitude of whats best for the residents. They let a horrible HR woman run the show while the board and CEO does nothing. Do not put ur loved ones here...unfortunately, most nursing homes are like this..try to find a better place.do not let the positive reviews sway u. The staff are leaving by the droves and most family members only see whats on the surface.

I have worked at Eden Hill for 4 years. It is a wonderful place to be. I love the staff and the residents. It is a peaceful and caring environment. The facility is beautiful inside and out. I am very thankful to be a part of Eden Hill. We have great staff that works together to meet the need of the residents.I highly recommend this facility.

My father was in assisted living here, as he grew weaker they moved to skilled nursing. The last & final leg of this journey was Hospice., where after a week died peacefully in his sleep

Young lady at the desk walking out asked how are visit went. And greeted Us back to visit. Young Black Lady on Sunday September 1 2019 about 3:30 pm. This young lady made Us feel Special & welcomed ! I would have to give this facility a five-star because I went and put in an application to work there as a CNA and everybody in the building spoke to me smile had a great attitude. Even though I decided not to work there the staffing coordinator still called me and she was very friendly and very prompt very informative and I really believe anyone wanting to apply there or work there should because it seems like it would be a great environment for anyone. Just to far from my house.

I went one evening to visit a friend that works for the rehab care team on site. I was blown away by the grander and scope of the facility. It contains everything needed for those that need assisted living, independant living, and even rehab onsite. Plenty of social life for those living there. Beautiful landscaping and good views. I would go here if I needed it.

I have serious concerns about understaffing. My significant other is there and is not currently receiving the level of care i expect for him. He is paralyzed on his left side - wheelchair dependent. He cannot stand or walk, and needs to be showered in a special chair. Most of the patients on his unit are mobile. They can get up and down, get a drink of water if needed. They are able to roll down the hallway at will. He cannot. He had to sit in a dirty diaper for 45 minutes because the CNA had 3 patients ahead of him needing care. Ive pushed the call button and waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Ive expressed my specific concerns multiple times. I get the same answer and nothing changes.

I worked here for a home health agency. I would come to visit different clients, the lady at the front desk(Amy) super sweet and helpful. Loved my clients. Good community with many activities for the elderly. I couldnt say the same for their assisted living facilities though.
