Pretty good restaurant! Best that I have been to in the area so far! Good Horchata, very delicious! I really enjoyed the Carne Asada Quesadilla it was delicious! They also put cheese in the beans, its good. Thank you for the great customer service and delicious food!

I ve ordered here a lot. Never had an issue with my burritos. Carne asada fries I get once in awhile. They come with a lot of small almost taco meat like. Rather than the regular pieces you d find anywhere else. The Rolled tacos is such a SoCal thing, I love that they make them. Unfortunately they re always under-stuffing them. You eat more of the shell than the meat. And lastly just stay away from the guacamole & horchata. Both are the cheap store brands.

I always order from this place but today will be my last time going. First I was told I could not order over phone because 3 orders were abandoned by previous customers. Thats the cost of running a business. I went to drive thru and ordered a burrito with NO cheese. They charged me for cheese. I asked for two bags of hot carrots and they did not put it in the bag. When I asked the lady she gave me a dirty look and only gave me one. She didnt greet me and was not very pleasant. People like this will ruin your business.

I feel bad giving this place 1 star!!! But there isn t anything good I can say to this place other than a lukewarm customer service I got from the cashier.. so I guess, that s for my 1 star .I think there is also some language barrier that makes it a little harder to order or ask about the menu.. I m sad, mad, and disappointed. I wanted to like this place, I wanted to support it but it s just NOT it!!! I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito (about $10) and I even asked the cashier if it was beef steak and she said yes. I got home, bit into my burrito and surprised what I got myself into . I was pretty confused because all I got was hamburger ground beef NOT diced, not sliced, not anything that would pass as a steak. It s GROUND BEEF!!! If I had known, I would ve went to Taco Bell for it. The guacamole was a little questionable. I mean.. where was it in my burrito? Can t tell at all. It s watery! Was it a Guac flavored ground beef or what??! LOL. Usually, I will come back and try again or try another food on the menu but I m just afraid all of their Carne asada will all be hamburger ground beef. It s not for me. PLEASE GO TO LAS TAPATIAS #3 BY WILLOW SPRINGS TO GET YOUR BURRITO FIX.

The food is horrible. The only thing decent is the cheese enchilada plate and even that is close to flavorless. The carne asada is basically ground beef so don t count on good quesadilla, fries or tacos with that in it. The guacamole they serve is a liquid. Looks like it comes from a bottle. You can tell this isn t real Mexican or Tex mex. I ve given this place a shot a couple times and it s been a disappointment each time. Never again.

Went last night and came back tonight because I wanted to try more. I got the bean and cheese burrito and a churro the first night and both were amazing. Churro is nice and crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. Bean and cheese burrito is the best one I ve ever had and it s the size of my head. Second night (for multiple people) I got another bean and cheese lol, super nachos, big burrito, chili cheese fries, and fried ice cream. Bean and cheese was just as good as the night before, nachos are super loaded not only with regular toppings but the meat too and the chips stayed crisp, big burrito is the size of a newborn baby and everything in it tastes fresh and delicious, and chili cheese fries are smothered! Big portions, good pricing considering the sizes, and excellent food. We LOVED everything. We will be back again in the future. Thank you guys!

Thursday, 25 Jan, 2023 It was not bad at all. I had the Carne Asada Burrito. It was huge, flavorful and definitely filled me up. Sooooooo many options to choose from on the menu. I definitely want to try something else. It was quite a few customers in there all enjoying their meal. Girl at the counter was very friendly and nice. I would recommend and I m sure I will be back.

The food was great. Real rolled tacos and no peas in your rice! Their flavors compare to what you find in Southern CA taco shops and I hope they never change! The lobby leaves a bit to be desired and smells like strong cleaning products. The service was good and our meals came out fast. Love that they have a drive through!

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Lady at front register was not welcoming or friendly. There were a couple times where she walked away without even saying anything. Once I got my order , I did not have the plate that I had ordered. I immediately got plate, took it upfront and told the girl at register, and after explaining to her the plate that I wanted, again she walked to the back without saying anything. Then came the cook, so I again explained to him the situation. He then responded with smart and rude comments such as, you said you wanted this but okay and we will fix and replace order but will not do again . I had also forgot to take the side tortillas up front, and the cook asked for them. Got treated as if I wanted to get free food or something ( was only a $1 difference). Food was not flavorful and bland, just like customer service.

The menu wasnt on so i couldnt make decisions before reaching the counter so felt rushed. Everything has guac on it. I asked for no guac for medical reasons. got a carne asada burrito and all they gave me was a burrito full of ground beef that had no flavor? i know the menu says it comes with guac and pico de gallo but i thought those were the extras they put on the burrito aside from the rice and beans but the burrito was just ground beef, watery guac and pico? on top of that cashier told us red and guac salsa were the spiciest and all i tasted was flavorless salsas. 10/10 would not recommend to anybody!

3rd time - tried it again... still a big bland burrito. I hate this place Its a lot of food, but lacks flavor. Salsas are hot, but dont add flavor either. I wanted tacos and was told they didnt have any. My steak and chorizo burrito was just ok. This was my 2nd time trying them. There probably wont be a 3rd time. These other reviewers are lying. And why would u serve a big burrito thats fairly dry inside and give me 2 cups of salsa filled 1/3 of the way up? Wouldnt a big burrito require big amounts of salsa? I wanted to like it. But I ended up throwing 2/3 of it in the garbage. It wasnt bad. I just expect more when you have a whole restaurant dedicated to one thing.

You may notice a lot of Mexican food in my reviews. Im not going to apologize for it being among my comfort foods. A good burrito or taco comes with expectations and sometimes let downs. So after seeing a few photos from a place called Big Burrito, we had to investigate. It was a little early afternoon when we walked in. The drive-thru was active at this little shop as we walked up to the counter. As you can see from the menu, there are a lot of options. We grabbed some rolled tacos, a bean and cheese burrito and a carne asada burrito with guacamole and cheese. Food arrived pretty quickly giving me enough time to hit the salsa bar. They have a good red sauce that you will see in the corner of one of the photos. Bean and cheese burrito was seasoned well and was just what we were looking for. The carne asada burrito was great... beef chopped to a perfect size, seasoned well and not overcooked. The rolled tacos also hit the spot...may order a larger batch next time. It has now been a year in the area experiencing some of our favorite foods. Yet, we have been searching for a taco shop that compares to two of our favorites back in Las Vegas. Big Burrito is the closest we have come and now we just need one a little closer to our house. Update: We had time to kill and went back to try some other goodies. Ordered a carne asada quesadilla, some carne asada tacos, another bean and cheese burrito and a bean tostada (to bring to a friend.) That quesadilla is beautiful and massive. It is so big that, in the photo we took, you can only see 2 and a half pieces peeking out from the to go box. We will share half of it for breakfast tomorrow morning. Tacos were perfect. I will keep searching for great food but, so far, I enjoy spending time here.

Got the big steak burrito and it was glorious!! I cant believe I ate the whole thing but I easily ate the whole thing and enjoyed every bit of it! This is my 4th time eating here and being a satisfied customer so i had to drop a review. Ordered a carne asada burrito thinking it would come with beans and rice. When I took a bite it was nothing but meat inside. It was gross eating nothing but meat with sauce and no other flavors.

Massive portion, definitely a Big Bang for your buck. The carne asada burrito is v good with a ton of meat and guac!!! Gross picture. But describes what I mean +drive through Burrito comes with a salsa verde and some other spicy red sauce on the side.

Food is very bland. Asada has no flavor and salsa very watery. My sons burrito was the same quality. All around no flavor in the food. Will not be going back to try any other food here. Clean restaurant, good service tho.

First time here. Thought it was great. Quick service, didnt feel rushed and the burrito I got was big. Definitely filled me up. Laid back atmosphere. I could definitely see this becoming a regular spot. The menu was also fairly large, so there are many options to try, not just burritos. Worth a look.

There was only a couple people when I went in yesterday afternoon. Very clean, and service was great. Coming from CA this was somewhat a breath of fresh air. Definitely CA Like, but not exactly.. The food was good but not quite seasoned to my liking. The carne asada meat could have way better seasoning, and if they went with the crinkle fries instead of shoe string they would hit SO much harder. The fries were soooo good, and the burrito was PACKED with asada. I did ask for my potatoes to be extra crispy in my burrito, I watched the woman taking my order write it down on the receipt, but they didnt come like that. I still would come back, I really hope this Mexican food place doesnt go downhill like the other food places around the way

My daughter and boyfriend went inside to order on Saturday and the man working was very rude to them and kicked them out before they even got their order in because my daughter took her vape out of her pocket (didn t even hit it) he told her she can t do that in there and told them to leave. This place is very close to the house but we will not be going back. Customer service is key for a new place.

Food and prices are great. The only issue I have is the hot sauce. You need to get bigger cups or give out more. 2 red and 2 green are not enough especially for carne asada fries, a chorizo torta and a carne asda burrito!

OMG. I happened to see this as I was headed to a Dr appt. So on my way home I stopped. I ordered steak ranchero with extra steak. It was so freaking good. This will be my new go to. And they offer breakfast all day too. Im so excited. Great location for the high school students and the hospital staff.

Overall the food is okay. We have tried rolled tacos, carne asada fries, CA burrito and chicken enchiladas. They give a lot of meat in the burritos but its veryyyy greasy. The red salsa and horchata could be better! will be back to try the breakfast soon

Dont walk RUN to this place!! It is amazing!!! I am not a huge Mexican food person but this place did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and courteous and it was super clean. My husband got the chimichanga and I got the covered fries and chips and salsa. I had wish the salsa was an actual bowl of salsa verses the Pico put on top of the chips but it was still amazing and the plate sizes are huge!! Definitely worth the money!!

Ok, here s a REAL review because I don t know these people and I m not related to them, but the advertisement outside the building caught my attention. The employees were nice. I placed my order and the young girl gave my food to the drive through guy. He gave the food back and she tried to give it to me, but i told her i will not accept food that she mistakenly gave to someone else, who opened it, not because of Covid, but because that s nasty. She had the kitchen to remake my order with no fuss. I ordered the Combination plate with Beef Taco and cheese enchilada, rice beans .it was ok and just OK, nothing fancy, tasty, or special it lacked flavor and seasoning, but I ate the taco and enchilada. I also got the Big Steak burrito and it was pretty BIG. I cut into the middle so I could get a taste of all the ingredients. It was just ok, good but not great. Price was reasonable and fair. Service was quick. I probably won t eat here again, it s just not for me. I need more flavor. I wish them well.

Went here after seeing it on Yelp. It reminded me so much of the burrito shops back home in the west coast. As a recent transplant this was incredibly reminiscent and good food. It was really reasonably priced, and lives up to its name. 10/10 will be back very soon.

I have been here 2x in the last week. The food is delicious and well priced. It reminds me of my favorite restaurant from my hometown. I had the steak and guacamole burrito first and it was scrumptious. The 2nd time I went I had a chicken and guacamole burrito and it was the best Mexican food Ive had seen moving to killeen. Please visit this restaurant and help keep them busy and successful. You WILL enjoy their food.
