Great idea for a spot to take your kids to get their energy out! Keep in mind that you are going into a place that sees at least 100 kids a day on the weekends, so the cleanliness was as expected for that. I wasnt walking through puddles or anything, just normal kid used stuff. The kids loved it and thats all that really matters. There are many spots for adults to sit and allow the kids to run and play. I think they could do with a couple air fresheners and maybe some sound proofing on the walls.

We had a large group coming in at the last hour (scheduling issues) and Tamia was SO NICE to us about it. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made suggestions to make sure we had a nice visit, even though we were at the last minute. I was worried about inconveniencing her, but she was so kind and reassuring. We ll definitely be back when we have more time to enjoy this place!

Such a fun place to take toddlers to! I have a 3 year old & 1 year old and they both enjoyed it. Super thankful they let parents in the playground because my son would probably get lost up there. Smelled like bleach / sanitized which was always nice. Of course it was still a KID playground & kids are messy. They had snacks to purchase which I liked. My kids really enjoyed it and I ll be coming back :)

Place needs a good sanitizing and deodorizing. Strong odor upon entry. Place is small for what you pay for. Toddler space isn t impressive. The blocks were filthy. There were bigger kids in the aged 4 and under section wild and running amuck. I Wouldn t take my granddaughter back to play here.

My main issue is with the owner & how she spoke to me. Just shocked coming from thus type of a business, it seems she d have a better understanding of her customers but instead chooses to be inflammatory. I left a nice custom tumbler with my name on it, on the desk when leaving with lots of other things in my hand a month ago. I called back and was told it was there that they d hold on to it, I told the person who answered that I wasn t sure when I d get back, that I was very busy. This last month has been chaotic. The girl told me no problem, and didn t indicate I had a time limit to come back. I come back after a month, and before I am even told they likely threw it away, the owner is on speaker phone going off about how unreasonable it was to expect them to hold onto it forever, and indicated that the employee told her I was irate, but the employee is shaking her head no, as in she did not say this. And that would make sense because I didn t even know my cup was trashed to even know if I d be irate the owner was just angrily in defense, meanwhile I can see there s a whole couple of shelves full of cheap plastic sippy cups, cheap toys and bracelets from lost and found that have been there indefinitely. But my expensive custom cup is gone. Which sucks, but the owners way of handling such a small issue and lying about an employee is concerning. When I pointed out how she was treating me- calmly- she literally told me she was matching energy yet our energy wasn t matched. Who knew I was going to get yelled at today and over speaker phone for leaving my cup behind at an overpriced play place as I wrangled two autistic kids out of their facility with my hands full and then told how unreasonable I was to expect them to keep it beyond 1 day, (when again there s tons of cheap things being held indefinitely seen easily from check in) before I even had a chance to get unreasonable. Anywho I let her know what was more unreasonable was how the claw machines were set so unfair for children that even after putting 10$ in the cheap candy machine that kids were lucky to get 1 piece and that the profit margin should ve allowed for communication of a time line of throwing away items. This place cost too much to be talked to like that by an owner. I guess she makes enough money that running some customers off is affordable. If something major were to happen, this woman would not be able to handle it reasonably. The irony is the cup said it is well with my soul , well it s not well with my soul but I am however, thankful for the opportunity to be tested by this unregulated owner, and not match energy and get irate or unreasonable, despite being provoked and disrespected.

I love taking my kids here. They are 1.5 and 3 years old, and they can do everything and have a blast doing it. It smells clean, unlike ur usual play place. Highly recommend for small children. They do have snacks and drinks for purchase but no hot foods, so I recommend eating beforehand or planning around your eating schedule, but I like it cause it seems to keep it cleaner.

This woman is completely delusional and lying! Our preschool booked a field trip at her facility for the first time we ve never been there before. We paid for 40 children (which she said was the minimum required) and at least 10 siblings paid full price for their entry. No where on her website and through our communication with her did she say that parents weren t welcome. We would ve never booked our field trip had that been the case. Our preschool consists of 2-5 year olds and we are not permitted to transport them, so the only way they can attend is for parents to bring them. She also never once communicated that the snack bar isn t open during field trips. And could ve simply said so and we would ve respected that. There is a no outside food/drink policy so we just assumed the children would be allowed to purchase drinks/snacks during their two hours of play. We are a Christian preschool that has been around for 45+ years and we ve never been accused of such horrible things. We pride ourselves in being Christian people and doing the right thing and this is extremely upsetting.

My kids are currently 6 and 2 and I ve been coming here since before my youngest was born. Both of my kids love this place more than any other play place in central Texas. We have literally been to ALL of them! And yet we ve had my son s birthday party here two years in a row at his request because he simply loves it. I love that they only book one party at a time. It keeps the building from being overcrowded as well as the party area. Always clean and well maintained. Without a doubt we ll be back many more times.

Visiting from Virginia and I, of course, read the reviews first. I wasn t going in with high expectations but my daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves. They allow adults to go up on the equipment with kids and this is a big plus for me because my daughter is 1 1/2 and still learning to be independent but loves climbing. We had so much fun and I found myself sweating and laughing a lot. Of course, places where a lot of children are welcomed, aren t going to be perfectly clean but for the amount of kids that go everyday, it wasn t too bad. We are used to places making us buy their socks but this wasn t the case and we are thankful. The front desk ladies were amazingly nice and helped us understand what areas were for her and not for her. They were incredibly nice and I am very thankful for a wonderful experience! I would recommend taking your babies, toddlers and kids.

It s okay. Very small and crowded all the time. The girls who work there only halfway vacuum but don t clean anywhere at all. It s very stinky and DIRTY. The blocks are stained black from how dirty and gross they are. The ball pit has maybe 5 balls left. Honestly it shows how much the workers do not care about this place to do the bare minimum.

It s a nice spot. The climbing area is great and the price for admission is fair. They have a separate area for infants which is nice. You have to get a reloadable card for all of the arcade type stuff though they aren t included in admission. They don t have lockers for shoes/bags just an open shelf area. The 5 lockers they do have are shown in the pictures. The massage chair sign says you can do 6min for $2 but then when you press the buttons the lowest option is $7 for 20min. I ve been to better indoor play places so maybe I m just spoiled ~shrugs~

We had a great experience today! Courtney and Alivea were fantastic. I observed them cleaning the facility the entire 2.5 hours we stayed playing. Both ladies were friendly, kind and upheld the rules of the facility. Each time they witnessed a child not following the rules, they stepped in to enforce them. It was refreshing witnessing young women taking pride in their job. Will be returning!

It was an ok place for small children, my issue is the staff. Unfriendly, like they didnt want to be there or work. They start cleaning the games, play scape before the kids are done playing and 45 minutes prior to closing. It not only makes guests feel uncomfortable but the kids are still playing! Another adult body on already small playscape for no reason. Not really inviting to return. Please consider whos at the front greeting your paying guest.

My friend and I took our girls here to play yesterday. While we were there there was a tornado warning and alarm was sounding and you could hear the weather man say seek shelter immediately. I made the decision to leave and try to make it home. My friend felt it would be safe to seek shelter there since there was a real life tornado outside! Well the lady eventually kicked her out into the rain and she was forced to sit in her car with her scared 4 year old during one of the worst storm central texas has seen! Shame on yall! This place use to be amazing! Now not so much they cut off the fountain so you have to pay for the drinks and no out side food or drinks includes toddlers snacks or water cups, its frustrating because its meant to be an all day fun thing and I cant sit there for 3 or 4 hrs with out my kids having water or a snack so I went next door to sonic, previously when we would leave and be back in 20 mins it was okay but only one time then the second time you leave they would cut the bands off, now after I explained the fountain was not working and I would be right back they said it was fine but one I get ba k they tell me no re entry without paying another 22$!!! It just is very unfortunate that one of the only toddler friendly places around now is getting so stingy and un hygienic in there its definitely going down hill. Also edit to add I didnt see the workers check one family today to see the names on the bracelets groups of people would leave at a time and the ladies just sat thier talking to each other while pushing the button for people to continue to exit!!!!

This facility is very sanitized, there are plenty of activities for the kids to do at various ages. Walked in to be greeted by the staff that was very professional and kind. Luv 2 Play doesnt have a gym smell l that you would expect like other facilities located in killeen. Hint of bleach in all corners of the building and the bathrooms were perfect, clean, and sanitary. Will come back for the kids to play. Very affordable, smaller facility so it could get packed really quick.

Its great to have something indoors for the kids to play at. My kids enjoy it here as long as it isnt busy. The equipment is well kept safety wise, but could use a deep clean as there are some easily accessible areas with a great amount of dust build up, particularly in the toddler area. ADDED: Since Google doesnt allow reply to reply. The area of dust concern is accessible. It is the outside of the toddler (4 and under) area play structure by the steps and the wall. I have worked at multiple places like this and know that cleaning the play structures is difficult and requires special teams to come in and vacuum the top areas of netting and under certain areas of the structures that arent accessible to employees. However this particular spot is. The first time we came several months ago I did not notice this spot of dust.

The reason for me to give two stars is that the music is too loud (at least to me). I also dont like the policy that does not allow us to bring our own food. We have religious restrictions and we cannot have any food. Yes, you can forbid food inside certain areas, but I believe it should be fine for us to bring our own food and eat on the tables. I understand it is the policy, but this is one of the reasons why I am giving low rating. Having a loud music is also one of the major reasons for me not to come again although kids love it. I get really annoyed with loud music.

We had brought my 2 year old here years ago while stationed at Hood. Recently we just came back with the now 4 year old and her 2 year old sister while visiting friends and its just as good. We ran for 3 hours and they had a blast. The young lady working up front was friendly and kept a good eye on everyone while doing her jobs. It is one of the indoor play area we take our daughter especially in hot summer days. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They do cleaning often. You do not have to wear their socks. Which is great because most of the indoor places want you put their printed socks on.

Please be advised that you are referring to the wrong family as I came in with my two kids and there was an event going on already with 65 kids. All I did was simply gave a review saying your establishment is average compared to another that I have been and your response is a defensive mode. No harsh feelings on my mind. Nothing is wrong with your establishment. My review stands as it is and please do your homework before making wrong accusations online. A few things that were somewhat off putting. I had just grabbed lunch before arriving and although it is understandable not to bring in food, I felt that not allowing a 50 yrs old man to bring in his tea with a lid and straw was a little silly, especially considering they sell a variety of drinks...just doesnt make a lot of sense. Also I got yelled at for sitting in the recliner/massage chairs unless I use them when the only seating available was dated, uncomfortable plastic chairs and tables that look like they came out of a Juke Joint from the 50s. They did have a few decent games, but the place felt kind of cramped and generally dated. Oh and they keep it COLD in here, I get it as the high energy kids need it cool, but thats just an FYI for those who get chilled easily especially since they wont let you keep your shoes on. As we were leaving my son simply opened the small, half door by turning the knob and the woman working the front popped out of nowhere, clearly not adequately manning the front in the first place, and said sir please dont unlock this door in the future Im like huh? I didnt unlock anything lol, my son turned the doorknob and the door opened, thats it. I said clearly it was not locked to begin with, she didnt seem to like that Anyway this place is close to where i live and the This facility is close to my home so I really wanted to like it, but nah, nothing to write home about. I will say this much, its pretty darn good price though Ill give em that!

10/10 recommended I bring my nieces to luv2play and they know the place in and out, it s not an expensive place either, I enjoy it and they do too every time we go I don t tell them and before we even pull into the parking lot they already know where we re going and they get super excited they also have luv2play socks and when we go in they sit down and immediately put they re socks on and are ready to play, it s a nice atmosphere when you enter the building you can hear that the kids are having fun and enjoying themselves.

First time coming to Luv 2 Play and I must say this is awesome place for the kids ! It s just to hot outside this summer and having an indoor playground as a alternative is a plus ! My first impression when I walked in is WOW! It s so clean and you can smell the cleaner(not overbearing) and you can just tell they upkeep the playground and keep everything sanitary. My children had a blast and definitely will be returning. They separate areas for different age groups. Newly walker/crawler area, 4 and under area, than a older kids area and not limited to only older kids. Younger kids and adults can be in there. They have a small snack and drink concession stand.

Staff was great. Place smelled clean!! Placed was clean and the entrance/exit is controlled. There are different sections according to your age. My 1 year old was able to be in an area with her age group. Whenever bigger kids would enter, the staff would make them leave. We will be back.

The workers were excellent. I loved that they would do a sweep and move the big kids out of the infant toddler play area.I will say the bleach smell was a little unbearable at times. Maybe dial down just a pinch with the bleach. Though everything was clean, the cushion toys in the baby area had a lot of dust. I unrolled one of the cushion toys and it was full of dust. All in all great atmosphere for the family. Ill be back.

You can tell they disinfect really good cause when you walk in, you smell the bleach. Good fun place for kids to play and run off energy. The only thing I dislike is how much dust is on top of the play set, it is thick and I sneeze alot when I play with my daughter but other than that, we really do enjoy going there.

Owner was very rude from the moment we got there. Micromanaging little kids and babies playing. Why have a play place if you going to do little kids like that. Owner was bothered by everything. Dont do this and dont do that. She was also very angry because we took too long to leave. She said she closed at 7 and it was literally 7:03. She told us we were not welcome back for taking too long to leave, again, it was literally a few minutes past 7. I told her she was rude, she followed us outside to to argue while we was leaving. She called the cops on us because we took too long to leave. Sad excuse for kids place business Owner. Please dont waste your time taking your kids.

Kind of small but nice with lots of play area and arcade games. Little heavy on the bleach. Great grandchildren had loads of fun. Bring lots of money for the arcade games. Tickets are loaded on the card that is re-loadable. Tickets can be turned in for a prize.

Had My sons 2nd birthday party here, the kids did have a great time, the staff was very helpful, cut the cake, help open gift, and even served the pizza, would say for extra plates you have to pay, the price wasn t that bad but for everything i think It could have been a little less because the party was from 12-1:45 and then you have to leave the area but you are more than welcome to have your kids continue to play till there ready to leave. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Its a great place for small kids.. To elementary age younger aged.. Seemed to me dads love it too! (maybe more than the kiddos!) You walk in and you smell the clean of bleach, I was ok with that most definitely.. It wasnt a strong smell at all, just enough to let me know they had been cleaning with it. It looked clean and felt clean as well.. Definitely a plus for me considering Covid and it being a kids joint..we all know how they are with a running nose. Wipe with hands arms etc and keep on trucking without a care in the world!!! Kids running all over the place screaming and yelling, it was great.. They all were having a blast.. Ok now why I gave 4 stars not 5.. It very well deserved 5 stars.. Dont get me wrong.. 6 stars if I could..BUT, a couple things got to me while I was there.. 1 thing got to me so much I left about 30 mins before everyone else did, I couldnt take it anymore. It is so dang cold inside this place I felt like I needed a winter coat and snow boots!! And I get hot easy!! So for me to say I was cold, it has to be FREEZING !!! Yes I do understand why its cold inside so the children are comfortable while running around etc. BUT so cold my legs started to hurt..(medical issues) my toes were ice cold and my hands and face.. Thats to cold.. Sorry.. My other was seating ... Not much options as for seating to where you are able to watch your child/children very well.. Yes yes its hard while they are running around going 100mph to begin with, this I understand.. But without going into detail I wasnt just having to watch the children I brought in either.. So made it a bit difficult, but it is what it is and I managed.. BUT LIKE I SAID THIS PLACE DOES DESERVE A 5 STAR EVEN A 6 STAR REVIEW IN MY OPINION.. I do alot of reviews, and I have NEVER said any place deserved even a 6 star!! So even though I gave it a 4 me saying it is a HUGE DEAL.. Even though I turned into a popsicle today, I do plan on bringing in the boys when its just them. I will just have to dress like Im hitting the slopes , so when you see that strange older lady sitting reading a book on her phone looking for lost children once in awhile looking like she is on vacation at the slopes , dont judge me.. just know thats the weird lady that made the 4/6 star review!!

This was my first time coming here and I have to say my 3 boys had a blast they range in age 3,5 and 7. They have two separate areas to accommodate toddlers and ones younger than that. But of course the bigger area for the older kids. The staff was very welcoming and friendly . They do offer military discount which was nice. Just a reminder to bring socks. The environment here overall was a blast I was able to get in and be a big kid myself which was nice. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Adequate sized location and perfect for 6year old. Make sure you bring a charged phone, something to do, and something with sleeves if you plan to sit for an extended period of time. Also socks are required for all patrons since everyone leaves their shoes at the front. Theres a small arcade area underneath the play area with about 8 games and a chance to play for tickets. Air hockey table was perfect for small kids(6 to 10) to play on. Theres about a 250lbs body weight limit so as long as you arent super heavy or 7ft tall, parents are allowed to go through the play area with their kids if they want. I sat here for 3 hours yesterday and my grandson was STILL bummed when it was time to leave. Kiddo slept like a rock after dinner!

I just recently took my two youngest children ages 12 and 2 and I can honestly say its a waste of money.. 30 bucks and there is only 2 areas for them to play and within a hr your ready to go its jus so many times a 2 year old wants to go down the same slide

Great place to let the kids run around and wear themselves out! I took advantage of the massage chairs with my sister and grandmother. The best $5 I ever spent! You wont regret utilizing the massage chairs! There are activities for all ages. My teen daughter and I enjoyed arcade games while the younger kids played in the fun house. Highly recommend!

We will definitely be back to this amazing place. It was clean and colorful and my kids had a blast! They have a separate area for babies as well as toddlers so parents do not have to worry about their little ones having fun. Their birthday package is reasonably priced and well worth it for the time. Compared to other places we have been with our kids, this supersedes them all. Keep up the amazing work.

Perfect for children 1.5-5. Children over 5 may be bored within the hour, as this place is a bit small. Still though, when my daughter was younger (3-5) she loved this place! Theres a place in Austin called Mt. Playmore (if you have older kids) that is just like this but 5-6X the size.

The kids had a blast! They played for a long time after the birthday party was completed which was awesome! I am truly impressed with what Luv 2 Play has to offer, the friendly staff, and how diligent they are about keeping the place clean and safe for us!
