The food was AMAZING! This was our first time trying it & Sabrina was patient and was soo welcoming. I got the Slap Yo Self BBQ Burger and my bf got the Big Boy Floyd! OOH sweet baby Jesus they were fresh, hot, juicy, all that. Go there & their strawberry lemonade ?? MAAAN I wanna go back and ask for a refill it s soo good. We definitely will be back !! My husband was so excited to tell me about this burger joint. I told him fine grab me some. He took the burger back home 20-25 minutes out from the place. It was still warm, the ground beef was very well seasoned. I can just imagine when it s cooked nice and fresh.

The flavor is perfect. I got the Think its a Game add macaroni n cheese. Wow! Very tasty burger with a smoky spicy kick. The reason i gave it a 4 star is because the fries were over cooked. The burger was flavorful though. Should have taken the photo before i bit it so it s smashed on the photo but it was perfect at first.

I came to eat here on 6/6 just me and my assistant manager it was delicious service was excellent today I bring back a WHOLE GROUP ..7 people I posted pictures of my food yesterday and all these people asked me to bring them today and the service was terrible the lady was mean to me so I just walked away!!! Been coming here since 2021 and this is my last week able to before I move out of state. Unbelievable, amazing service. Not only is the food worth the wait or drive, but their care is unmatched. Mo and Tre made it right when Doordash messed up the order and was of no contact. Absolutely great service and phenomenal food!

First time visiting this place because of the high reviews i asked for extra mayo didnt get it it was good they tried to grill the bun but it was burnt so all i could taste every time i took a bite was burned bun the fries could have been good but they were fried in old grease you could taste the old grease and it made the fries dark the service was kinda quick as they were not busy not sure if i would go back but i might just to see if i just caught them at a bad time or something but first experience was not good at all spent $15 for a very bad experience aside the fast service

A simply good burger. Went with a couple of friends and we were all impressed with the quality and taste. The burgers are seasoned well and one of the best burgers I ve had in the area. Immediately walking in the door we received a warm welcome. Sabrina took our order, which the Big Boy Floyd and a side of fries for each of us. She also suggested the banana pudding. Tasha was preparing the food. Yall when I say that the fries were fresh cut and freshly cooked. The burgers were seasoned so well. The banana pudding was just like back home for me. We got the Mac Daddy and some fries. The burger was awesome. I think what stands out in the burger was the mac, you could tell it was flavored well on its own, and complimented the burger patties bite and char. I honestly hate most places that have any kind of mac and cheese, normally over cooked with no additional seasonings. This was not the case! Will be back to try other burgers. It was enough for 2 people to eat on for sure. They even offered to deliver to our car in the parking lot where we were sitting with our kiddos.

I wasn t impressed with this place. I m a foodie and home cook and I like trying new restaurants. I tried this place based on the good reviews and had it delivered through Uber Eats. I ordered two cheeseburger meals, for myself and my son. I feel that I could made a better burger at home. The cheeseburgers were not visually appealing, they were wrapped so tightly that they were smooshed together but they did have that grilled flavor, which I appreciate. The fries were greasy and soggy, I feel that the fries could have been crispier. I feel that they could be more thoughtful about packaging especially when customers order for delivery, because fried food sweats especially when placed in plastic sacks. So idk, I don t understand the 4.8 stars.

I m sad to say that today I had my last cheat meal. I went to Simply Good Burgers and had the best darn burger I have had in a long time. I requested The Grown Man. I added bacon, jack cheese, and jalapeños to it. In less than 10 minutes it was walked to my car. The attendant blessed me with a frozen drink. It wasn t overloaded with sugar but it made the ride and wait worth it because that wasn t a part of the deal I was expecting at all. It was very refreshing. The burger was made to order. It was so big I had to eat half of it a hour later . It wasn t messy and the bread was not saturated with sauce in a way that I couldn t enjoy it. The fries were fresh and seasoned. If you dont like cheese, go somewhere else. Doesnt matter how many times you specifically say NO CHEESE, they will still put cheese on it. Ticket on the bag even specified NO CHEESE but still has cheese. So disappointed. Have been here twice and every time they put cheese on it. After contacting them they did issue a refund and said they would talk to staff about issue but dont see us coming back, as this was the second time this has happened and dont wanna make it a third. OK I had to update my review. I love this place (Copperas Cove location) I have never had a better burger anywhere whether it s a sit down restaurant or a drive-through and you get a 10% senior citizen discount as well. I always get Think it s a game and add grilled onions, OMG amazing. Now let s talk french fries. They are perfectly seasoned and there s a ton of them. I always have to split my sandwich in half and my fries and I have it again the next day! Thank you Sabrina for being such an absolute sweetheart! I recommend ordering online ahead of time so you don t hold up the line. It also makes it easier for them to have it ready for you instead of you having to sit and wait -everything here is made fresh and I mean fresh!

Overall it was ok. I got the mac daddy, bacon fries and lemonade. The mac n cheese was flavorless. Not even salted well. The burger patty itself was fine. The lemonade was good but a disappointment because it s obviously not real lemonade. It s got to be powder or something. The bacon bits were so tough it hurt my tooth and the pieces had to be removed from the fries. I don t think thick cut bacon is the way to go for these. I m not sure if I ll be returning but we ll see.

Visited the hard stand location in Killeen for the first time. Ordered a Mac daddy combo, Boss Hog combo and a kids chicken nugget meal. (Not all for myself) The hand cut fries were perfectly seasoned, hot, and absolutely delicious. Both burgers were flavorful and filling and have been the best burgers I have tasted in a lonnnnng time! The lemonade, both regular and strawberry, was refreshing and sweet. The banana pudding was a perfect addition to end the meal with. Although I could not finish my meal it was definitely worth it for sure. I also want to acknowledge the most amazing customer service my family and I received. I seriously havent had an interaction with owners of a business that felt as genuine and nice as I did this evening. Thank you so much for the experience, we will be returning customers.

We ordered off of their website. We have been to the one in Cove, loved it! I frequent the one right off post for lunch with work buddies For this order, my wife and I ordered 2 burgers, basket of fries and an order of banana pudding. We did receive our order in a decent amount of time thanks to door dash. We did not receive the banana pudding, they sent strawberry cake. We do not like strawberry cake. It went straight in the trash. I called to let them know the wrong item was sent. The gentleman I spoke to stated that if I received the cake, they were out of pudding. Didnt say a word to me or the delivery driver. I asked the gentleman if he just put it in the bag and didnt say anything. He said yes. Bit into my burger, no bacon. Receipt said we paid for bacon. I called back, asked to speak to a manager, he said there wasnt one there. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said there wasnt one there. A Manager would be available tomorrow around 11. I then told him that my burger did not have bacon. He proceeded to argue and say if the screen said bacon, there was bacon on the burger. I told him we paid for it, but no bacon. Ordered last week. Burger was good, but was charged $5 for extra fries I did not receive, and charged extra for 4 frozen lemonades that just came regular with ice. We live further away, so we wouldnt have made it back in time. Fries were a bit salty, and greasy but were good. The lemonade was my kind of sweet vs tart. I contacted, and was refunded for the drinks, but not for the fries. I was to receive a gift card for a next visit, but did not receive. I waited 10 minutes in line to order because the intercom system was broken. I ordered a grown man combo extra pickles and bacon loaded fries. While waiting another car pulled in and the receptionist promptly went outside and took that drivers order. I waited for my food. Got back to the house. Opened the box of fries which was out into the bad sideways so sauce had drained out. First fork bite hair in the fries. Opened my burgers no pickles tomato wilted. Called and got a refund.

Fast service, quality food even though it was an off hour, got the Mac daddy and a grown man for my wife. The fries were surprisingly good, I expected regular salted fries but they use and herb salt mixture and rough cut fries. The burger tasted great as it was, didnt need any condiments other than it came with! Would recommend as a top burger spot in killeen. We need more food like this.

Got the double patty combo meal with everything on it. Fries are pretty good. Everything was hot. My burger had a long black hair in it. I won t even fault them that hard on it. It s gross but I won t totally hold it against the restaurant. But the burger just wasn t that great(after I removed the hair). I put some salt and pepper on it to liven it up a bit but still really bland.

The Burger was so good. Food came in a reasonable time frame. The restaurant is clean and with friendly service. I ordered The Queen (s):I have had chicken sandwiches before but it was so tender and juicy and the breading was amazing the vegetables were so fresh and the fries were crispy not greasy and with good flavor. They put a little bit of parsley on them which gave it a great touch and taste. Parsley also is good for aiding digestion. All in all a 5 star experience.

I tried this place (ws young & rancier location) for the first time and I must give it a 10/10 I got the Floyd burger and it cured the craving I had for a fresh burger. The strawberry lemonade was top tier as well. Let s not forget to add my food was made fresh. I enjoyed it

Ordered from here for the first time thinking it would be good because of all the good reviews and I got 4 Mac daddy combos for dinner for the family ended up with BURNT fries and burgers with a piles of dried Macaroni noodles.. wth? Burger was not good and patty had absolutely NO flavor whatsoever! Not one person enjoyed their food! Paid over $60 bucks if this nonsense and how I have to purchase more food from somewhere else so we can actually eat and enjoy our food. Disgusting and overpriced! Will NEVER eat from here again!

I drive by this burger restaurant every day and today I decide to give it a chance. MAN, let me tell you, the burger and fries were one of the best burgers and fries I have ever had. I only had a single patty burger meal with the fries and a cold drink. Usually, the burger places around here have an ok burger with good fries or a good burger with nasty fries and a hot drink. Not this place. This was an all-around excellent meal! From the juicy burger, to the hot fresh fries and the Ice-cold drink this is definitely and must eat spot in Killeen Texas. The only regrate is not getting a bigger burger! Next time I will be getting the double patty meal. Good Job and you will be seeing me soon for the double burger!

The name just says it all!!! Simply a Good Burger, made to order with fresh cut fries lightly seasoned. Burger was just perfectly cooked and smashed between 2 , yes 2 grilled cheese sandwiches pickles mustard and Swiss cheese. Put it all together and enjoy, washed it down with a home made sw strawberry lemonade. Just a great place to come and enjoy a fantastic Burger and relax. Simply a good burger! Been there a few times now over the last few months and have enjoyed it Everytime. I love their home made french fries. The first time had with my parents and they were also impressed. Second time we ordered it at work and everyone said how tasty the burgers were. Third time w my son, he got the bacon fries. We didnt read they come with jalepenos on them, we dont do hot, but just plucked them off. He said the fries and sauce were delicious even with the spice. The Queen burger is their chicken burger and it is never dry. Its Juicy and delicious.

I drove past this place more than a few times. Finally went there and WOW! If you want a cheap burger ones that are nuked or ? As in McDonalds or the king, This is not the place. But if you want a fresh Angus burger, cooked as you wait? With the most interesting names on the menu! This is the place! Juicy very delicious, and huge. This is our new premium Burger stand. Recently ate at the location with the food truck. INCREDIBLY SMALL burger for $6.00. Tho it tasted good and fries were good as well. It is no larger than a McDonalds Kids burger. If you are going to charge $6.00 for a burger advertised as THE GROWN MAN BURGER, like I am getting a big burger, then it should live up to the hype. So if you order a burger from them, please expect a kids burger for an adult price.

Tried for the first time at the Copperas Cove location. Customer service is fine. Food isnt anything to write home about. Basic burger with a toasted bun & all the regular toppings you like. Small sized burger for what you pay for. Parsley on fries only helps appearance/garnish. Not the taste.. Im a flavor kinda guy... This place lacks flavor in the burgers and fries therefore I will not be returning.
