This place is probably in the running for one of the best group of staff for a fast food restaurant in the entire city of Killeen. Its almost always faster than your typical fast food place, even when slammed, and the service usually excellent. One time, when it was late at night, I didnt have cash, and my tap to pay wasnt working, so the manager let me have the food and come back the next day to pay for it. Crazy awesome!

By far the best burger place in Killeeen! This is a hidden secret in Killeen. The customer service is outstanding! They actually care and they want you to be there AND come back. Shout out to Abigail who was super nice and was training a new employee on how to be professional and welcoming. My hat is off to the manager because the manager clearly leads by example. Not sure if you are tired of the typical Killeen treatment by other restaurants, but I highly recommend you check out In-and-Out Burger for great service and great food.

Just experiened In N Out for the first time. Very clean and staff was very nice. I ordered a double double animal style which has double meat (mustard cooked beef patties) and double cheese with lettuce, tomato, pickles, extra spread and grilled onions. I m not one to get all the extras on a burger but I figured, when in Rome it was really really good and super messy. The fries are fresh cut and fried to order in sunflower oil. They give you your own salt packets to add to the fries. The fries were good, but next time I would ask for them to be cooked longer so they were a little more crispy. So Ive been to this location 3 times this month June 2024. Each time through the drive-thru. I always order the double meat, mustard fried, light tomato and grilled onions. Sounds pretty simple right? Wrong! The first two times I didnt go back because I had someplace I had to be. Today I had a few extra minutes so I go back through the drive-thru and a female takes my order. She reads back my order and its wrong. We do this 4 more times and each time she gets it wrong. I ask to speak to a manager and Michael is on the speaker and I give him my order. First time he gets it wrong but the second time its right...at least on the speaker. I pull up to the first window where youre to pay and Michael is there and he says I just want to get it right and I repeat my order again. Of course they tell me itll be $4.87 I let them know I already paid. They realize this and Michael says pull up to the next window and your order will be ready. So I pull up and I get the order and I almost pull off but decide to look and guess what? Theres lettuce and spread on the burger. I let Michael know and he says its does not have lettuce on it. I hand him the bag with the burger and he looks (which is what he as a manager should have done before handing me the order) and says youre right there is lettuce on it Ill get you another one. He also tells me he didnt like the way I spoke to him and not to come back to that store. I let him know I was going to file a complaint with corporate which I did and Michael says go ahead I dont care. Was I getting irritated? Kinda yes. After the two previous visits and wrong orders and then this one was also wrong and I came back and repeated 5 times to the female employee who got it wrong 5 times and Michael who also got it wrong the first time then handed me the wrong burger with lettuce I think anyone would be a little irritated. I never raised my voice or cursed but Michael said he didnt like the way I spoke to him. Really? I dont like paying for my food and having to throw it away twice and come back a third time to get the wrong order again and then Michael handing me a burger with lettuce which was wrong again. Obviously its a management problem at this store because Michael is unprofessional as they come. Hopefully corporate straightens out Michaels attitude. Edited To Add: I didnt even eat this burger because I dont know if Michael or the cook did something to it so I threw it away. Im done with this place.

This is my favorite burger place. My kids like sitting out around the palm trees. But my husband found food on his burger inside the wrapper (so you knew it was a back of house issue, where hair nets are mandatory and hats are recommended). We will continue eating at this establishment as this is one out of the four times we have visited. The staff pulled a burger from the back- but we definitely wait a solid 15 minutes every tile for food. Is that normal? (Even mid day on a weekday where we are the only one in drivethrough)
