What a great law firm!! Very professional. Called their office and spoke with Mr Harris and we spoke about my case briefly without a fee. Set an appointment and outlined my goals, I felt comfortable and hired the firm. They exceeded my goals and won my case. That would have been enough to satisfy me. Then they went above and beyond and were honest. They gave me a portion of my retainer back and advised they only kept what they earned. You get what you pay for in situations like this. I contacted Kieth Harris after meeting him at a court building and getting his card, I called and explained my case and that I was being wrongfully accused. He judged me from the start and told me that even if I could come up with 100k he still wouldnt represent me. I ended up destroying the prosecutor and embarrassing her with a court appointed attorney who Im am very grateful to have had.

Keith Harris was highly recommended to me by a close family friend. I was facing a pretty serious charge. You hear it often, right? Im innocent, I didnt do anything. This was really my story. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. This situation has taught me some very valuable lessons. From day one, from payment to consultation, he has made me feel at peace about the entire case. Keeping in contact at different times, responding on weekends. Me myself, Im a dad so I dont conduct much business on weekends. I devote my time to my babies, and it just felt like home when someone of his caliber showed his concerns for me during my trying times no matter what day of the week it was. Actually, being treated like a person, and not just another case/criminal just feels different when your money is behind it. The court settings carried out for about a year. Last month to be exact. I met Kevin at a very difficult point in my life. Things that I never imagined would happen to me led to a very bad situation in the justice system. I sought a lawyer and was introduced to quite a bunch by friends and family. I met all of them and most were like businesses people, or just blew my case out of proportion warning that it could be an uphill battle that could go on for a long long time, indicating I should plan for the expenses. Although I try very hard to steer away from generalizations, they almost revived the cliche about lawyers. I started doing my own research and found out about the Harris brothers. I met Kevin very soon at a coffeeshop, and I instantly admired his personality, humanity and precise explanation of matters. Kevin has such an agreeable and authentically friendly character, that I didnt even ask for time to reply back and immediately sought him as my attorney. That decision was one of the few good ones in my life! Ultimately with his help the case was dropped. Throughout the process he was ALWAYS available and personally responded to calls and texts. I have seen few people so attentive to a clients calls or messages as him. He is a former prosecutor, and coming from a family of lawyers, he knows the legal system more than well. I had to utilize Attorney Keith Harris when my son had an issue. I was new to Texas and had no clue what to do but I searched for an attorney that I felt would be best for my family. I looked over many attorneys as well as reviews and this firm by far made the most sense. I m glad I reached out. I was met with warm understanding and an over abundance of knowledge about the law and our situation. My son is over 18 so Kieth immediately told me to take a backseat in order to guide my son as a young man. I could tell he wanted him to handle his affairs so that he knew how to and hopefully he avoided this in the future. My son gave lazy pushback and Keith stood firm and my son got it together. I put this to show a human side to him as not only an attorney but a person who fights for all but took extra care beyond what he had too to teach a young man how to stand up and be accountable for his own decisions that made this situation even necessary. He did not have to do that. He didn t have to take the time. He could have been one of those lawyer s that tell you what s next and one word answers but he was anything but that. A value to anybody needing legal assistance in his field of practice. If I ever need legal counsel again I would not want anybody but Keith. Very valuable asset.

Kevin has gone above and beyond for my husband; not only on his case, but truly caring for his well-being. Kevin fought tooth and nail, was in full communication with us whenever we needed to communicate. I was incarcerated at one point and Kevin cannot get a hold of my husband he even came and saw me in jail asking how he could get a hold of my husband! I do not know of any other lawyer who would go as above and beyond as Kevin has! My husband is in a different County right now and was just sentenced another sentence and Kevin was more than willing to go back to the judge and see if we could not work out a consecutive sentencing. I just talked to Kevin, and he was able to convince the judge (a treatment judge) to overturn his judgement of 6 months Wilmer treatment and to revoke 3 years deferred probation and run his sentence 2 years tdc cc with back time! He did however originally get my husband 3 years deferred probation with Wilmer treatment on my husbands 5th possession charge! I am so proud to have worked with Kevin! He is truly an amazing lawyer, and does truly have his clients well being at heart as well as mind! Thank you again Kevin and may God truly bless you!

Amazing, if you need and attorney, this is the Firm to hire. I called on behalf of a family member that is currently incarcerated on a drug charge. She was facing a second charge in s different county that she would have been sentenced for after her release from the first charge. We were hoping to get the two sentences to run concurrently. After speaking with Keven I was impressed with his enthusiasm and willingness to fight for his clients. Kevin Harris represented my sister on a probation violation aggravated assault w/deadly weapon. Let me say Kevin is that guy in North Texas for Criminal Defense cases! Short synopsis on my past situation. I had an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in a place of business. I thought I was facing some federal time, and I was ready for it. Someone hurt my mother, really bad. Needless to say I wasnt pleased resulting in those charges. To bring a short story to a close. He and his brother have been voted D Magazines BEST of attorneys in Dallas and that is an understatement. My child was accused of a false and erroneous felony. Kevin provided honest, focused, dedicated, and a thorough defense. He accompanied my child to the police station to speak to detectives, reviewed hours and hours of evidence, planned and executed a flawless defense. Beyond that, Kevins faith is evident in all he does. He truly understands the importance of prayer and operates at the highest level of ethics, honesty and integrity- even when he has to deliver difficult information or recommendations etc. He always acted in the best interest of my child and in the end, the right verdict was received- NOT GUILTY! I was referred to Keith Harris a couple of months ago. I was having difficulty obtaining my LTC, but knew that there should not have been any issues. I spoke to Keith and explained the situation and was hopeful that he d be able to assist me. He did more than that. He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Not only was he able to locate and obtain records that I never knew existed, but I was able to furnish the Texas Department of Regulatory Services these particular documents, and that was all I needed. First off let me just make it clear that I give 100% recommendation for these guys. They take customer care to a different level with respect and friendliness. As for the service, they moved a mountain for me somehow. My case began with a 2nd Degree felony, for which I was astonished about, based on what I actually did. I was worried beyond belief but they took the time to verbally relieve me over the phone and assured me that stress should be the last thing I am feeling about the case. I hired them and within just a couple of months from when my case was filed, they managed to drop the charge from the felony to a Class A Misdemeanor, a world of difference. They obtained the best deal possible for me, and in nearly no time at all. I was placed on a short probation term and the rest is history. I contacted Keith Harris of Harris & Harris when I was in an auto accident and needed a personal injury attorney. Though the Harrises dont specialize in personal injury, Keith happily connected me with another attorney who does. However, his involvement with my case did not end there. He personally met with me and the other attorney to make sure that I felt comfortable during the transition and that we were a good fit. He made a fantastic recommendation, and I trusted his opinion of both the personal injury attorney and my case implicitly.
