It s so frustrating how they re always out of MAIN ingredients!! What even is the point of having this place open? It doesn t even matter what time you go either. What s worse is how unapologetic the employees are. We are finally giving up on this place smh!

The protein was tasteless and possibly mixed with other type/s of fish. Had the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and scallop and did not taste great. Do not recommend! They were also out of various items and the soda fountain wasn t working.

One of the best Poke places in all of El Paso, but it has gone WAY downhill. They didnt have a lot of options on the menu, the guy acted like we were BOTHERING him. There was no one there, but yet there was dirty tables and the trash was completely filled. Not to mention the portions sizes went down but the prices when up?!? LASTLY they ask you to tip on top of all of that. You all need new management or owners.. this place could be awesome.

7/16 about 2:30. First time at Poke Bar but workers were very helpful guiding me through the process of building your own bowl. Got the small bowl which is actually plenty. Comes with rice, two proteins (spicy tuna and shrimp), and plenty of sides and add-ons to choose from. Taste and freshness are outstanding. Also had the Musubi. Taste was good but spam had a dry texture and too much rice, also missing the teriyaki/soy bath on the spam. Would definitely come back

I once came here about a year ago and I made the worst poke bowl.... Today I decided to give it another chance and i made the best bowl ever with spicy tuna and salmon on white rice with cucumbers and with fried onions and spicy mayo and eel sauce!! It felt like eating a bowl of sushi! so good. Highly recommend. Its all about how you make your bowl

Best customer service EVER! If you re looking for a new poke spot try this poke. I tried a small bowl with white rice, shrimp, chicken, and added some veggies and a sauce mixture they recommended very delicious. I also tried the Udon Noodles which were so good as well. 10/10 would recommend

I ordered delivery from this location. The order was completely botched. They put ingredients that were supposed to be in one bowl on another or just didn t bother to put the ingredients at all. I paid for avocado and didn t get it at all. We also ordered hand rolls, but received something else. I m not quite sure what it was, but it definitely wasn t a hand roll and it was not good. Don t order delivery from here, you won t get what you order. I added a picture of what was supposed to be hand rolls.

If you want regular long grain white rice then eat here. They do NOT have sushi rice. The girl thought that because the rice was hot and it sticks together it s sticky rice . Their rice was also way under cooked. They were out of most ingredients. The manager didn t really care to fix the problem and didn t care to loose a customer. The owner was too busy to even bother resolving anything. I will most definitely take my business to POKEWORKS.

Clean! Since I get the raw salmon, I m always picky if the place looks clean. This shows me they have everything in order especially if Salmon is old and needs to be tossed out. They give more protein than other poke spots for a good price. They are also generous with the servings. Based out of the cleanliness, professionalism, fresh tasting Salmon, I will be back.

The food is fresh and it taste awesome. They have a mix of sauces. They mix the sauce with the food so every bite is tasty. Today was our first time and definitely will not be our last. The price is almost like chipotle. Maybe for some people are expensive but comparing with other restaurants and the freshness, I think is a reasonable price. The place is very clean and quite.

My daughter and I came in for lunch on Friday Jan 5th and the girl behind the counter was so nice! I asked her name but I forgot it! My daughter has severe allergies to all kinds of weird stuff corn gluten dairy soy but she took so much time to make sure we got everything that we wanted and it was so delicious! She went above and beyond went back into the back to read the labels off of all of the sauces to see if she could have any of them and was so so friendly and helpful it was unbelievable! A definate go to spot if you havent tried it! I didnt realize it until we were done but they have soda that is not made with high fructose corn syrup! I wish we would have saw this before we left! There are so many places around that have good food but when you can find a place that has an awesome personality and a genuine caring of your experience It is priceless! This place is so awesome!

Total flop. Out of too many ingredients and supplies. I did not enjoy my food or experience. I used to love coming here when it first opened. Staff was friendly, service was great and food was awesome. I would drive across town just to eat here. But the last few times I ve come have been very disappointing. I finally convinced my family to give them another chance but we were quickly reminded why we stopped going there and will not be going back. They re always out of most major ingredients and even supplies. Instead of asking customers what they want they should just tell customers what they have available so customers can choose from there. Every time we asked for something they kept saying we ran out. Not only did they ran out of ingredients, they even ran out of supplies. We had to eat our medium size meals on the small containers because they ran out of the medium bowls. Our food was so crammed into the smaller bowl, we had a hard time eating out of it. Also we weren t offered a bottle opener to open our sodas, the tables were sticky and while we were trying to make the best of it enjoy our food, we could hear employees causing a commotion in the back room. It sounded like they were throwing pots and pans across the room. We felt unwelcomed. Not going back!

Today, 9/27/22, around 2:30 PM, I arrived at the Poke Bar thinking that Valeria, the girl who graciously assists me as always, would be there, but she wasnt there, and this Mrs. Alejandra assisted me in a single in an arrogant, despotic and cutting manner, the reason for Ms. Alejandras anger was that I was carrying some cards that are given in the establishment when you buy the bowl and the tea, I was carrying 3 cards and I told this Rude Mrs. that she can put me in a single card, all the little cards that I had on each card that I carried and Mrs. Alejandra got upset telling me that it was strange that I brought so many little cards and that I would have to investigate, Mrs. Redicula, if you yourselves are the ones who give us the little cards and if this stops You are a very easy problem, dont give them and they are over... Ms. Alejandra, not because she is the owners sister as you told me... be that way with your clients, remember that thanks to God you have a job because of us. ...

This is the first place I ever tried poke bowl, I was impressed, everything tasted delicious. Ive tried other poke places but none have met my expectations. My conclusion is to not keep trying to replace this poke bar with other places; I will call this my poke bar home. Last time I was there I even had a small talk with the really nice girl who helped me who ended up being the owners daughter. Keep doing what youre doing and I will always keep coming back. Everything is really fresh and the girls even give you good suggestions if you ask.

Hadn t had poke since last year and was about to go to the usual spot I go to down the street but noticed their reviews were pretty bad and decided to give this place a try. To put it simply, wow, this will be my new go to place ! Service was amazing ( I wish I had gotten the girl s name. All I know is she s worked there since the place opened, and was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process.) Brown rice was pillowy soft and I loved how it was separated from the protein. Other places slap everything together and warm up the protein quickly. Portions of protein were perfect and everything melded together quite superbly. Give this place a try. Whatever combo you try, I m sure will be great.

Food here is 5 Stars to start off it s always on point and I come once a week. However there s two ladies who I have seen more recently who get frustrated quickly and don t have good costumer service skills. I have worked in the food industry many years and have had to deal with extremely difficult costumers. I made a point to be extremely cooperative and happy with the person who was making my poke bowl because she looked frustrated and I received Rude and annoyance by my poke maker. Again food is 5 Star just be a little more aware of your attitude when facing costumers.

Dont order through a delivery app. They push you to the end of the line no matter WHEN your order came in. They only keep one person working and they are rude to the drivers. I wont be spending my money somewhere who treats not only my order but the people who pick it up as second class citizens! Told my driver its going to be a long time for your order u have customers here I need help first. So unless I come in, screw me right? Way to treat income during this time.. Go to the one on Tierra Este, they are polite and they do your order in line when it comes in! The owner treats even the drivers nice and understands they are just as important as customers there!

I just left this establishment and the two girls working were so nice and patient! It s only been my second time ordering poke and I m glad I tried this place out. It s so hard nowadays to get good service, or even mediocre service and this place had outstanding service! The owner should be very proud of these two workers because they went above and beyond. I don t plan to order from this location or Poke Bar again. Ordered from this location for pickup and when we arrived 30 mins late it still was not ready! There was none of the sauces we specified on our poke, ingredients were missing and a random selection of sides and it was the smallest amount of protein in our bowls. I love the restaurant. The owner remembered me and my boyfriend which was friendly and welcoming. When ordering your food you can tell the owner puts thought and care into the food and makes sure it is of quality and freshness. When I ask her about the ingredients she doesn t just answer she shows you and gives you suggestions of what might go well with it. When I sit down and eat the bowl I am blown away by how fresh and satisfying it is. I will definitely be coming back for more.

I d always order from Poke3 and I ve tried Pokeworks but this place beats any Poke restaurant in El Paso! Ordered through Uber Eats and didn t add any sauces to my order. When I received my meal at my door Poke Bar employees had added three sauces (spicy Mayo, eel sauce and I forgot the last one) for free with a friendly message on my bowl about the sauce. I fell in love with the fresh taste as well as the flavor of the spicy mayo!! Definitely going back for more! Thanks Poke Bar!!

You will be hooked! If you are anything like me, all of the options can be overwhelming (at first), but the amazing staff will walk you through the menu. The ability to choose your protein, sauce, toppings, and mix-ins is something I appreciate now. There are so many combinations, you never really eat the same thing twice. It s rather fun to experiment with! The facility is very clean and all of the menu items are fresh. Their OG tuna is so delicious. This is definitely a nice substitute for fast food restaurants. I d give this location more stars if I could.

First time eating at a Poke Bowl style restaurant, decided to try it out when a coworker recommended it (Since I eat sushi so much ) The staff was super friendly and took their time to go over my options and made sure I got something I was going to enjoy! They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be going back again!

Second time there, sadly it was not as great of an experience. The two girls were very helpful and sweet, but the man who I believe was the shift leader was very rude. It was not busy so I don t see why he was so angry.

Went inside today didnt know what to expect, at first glance you get overwhelmed with the many options in combination you can get. Luckily one of the employees helped us out really well, not only she was able to describe how everything works she took her time without rushing us to make an order. That was superb service, excellent food would recommend.

Un professional employees it said you guys closed at 9pm it was 8:35 when we get out to the car the employee lock the door. Hopefully next time they do close at 9, not at 8:35.
