I go here often for events. Traffic in the parking lot is terrible, the lighting is inadequate for the number of islands, and there is no where near enough handicap spaces. The city of Killeen failed miserably here.

Staff is awesome Sean and female serup/custodial/office staff are amazing. Big Hoss catered KWVA banquet in small room due to entire place being booked but parking and facilities are accessible and accommodating to all guests...only exception was we were disturbed by loud music from other room.

As one of the only venues in the area with the ability to accommodate 500+ guests, most events at KCCC blend together aesthetically. However, the venue staff and booking coordinator worked with our team and local vendors to transform the venue to create an extraordinary experience! The rules are firm regarding alcohol, security, and general extras . But with their support, we were able to facilitate all of our expectations of this effort within their guidelines.

I attended the Crafters Convention event. 10-21-23. After attending the same convention in Waco in March I had high expectations for this location. I was disappointed. There were less vendors and a smaller hall to shop and craft in. Ill wait for the Waco con to come back around.

I come here once a year for my continuing education for my electrical license. Every once in awhile we are put in a room next to another group that plays their music LOUD and we are unable to hear our instructor. I have nothing against the other rooms and what they have going on, but the accordion walls are paper thin and it interferes with hearing. But it is what it is. Ill be there next year to for my CE again. Hopefully this time we are put in a room that is quiet.

I appreciate their hospitality. I work for Tesla and they allow us to use their parking lot as a pick up for our work shuttle busses. This is the best thing Ive seen in a workplace in a while. Much much gratitude to the Civic Center for this.
