I have ordered from them for years. But every single time I order it s always an issue. It s either the owner is rude or the employee give smart as replies. They do not care for their customers! They care about the money. I had ordered pepper and steak and onions this is what I got and it smells horrible. They taste is strong and nasty. Two of the orders were missing rice. They changed the menu and now robbing people for their money and saying it s only supposed to come with one little section of rice. I have literally pictures of before orders and it s so sad. Who ever is the owner now you should be a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been buying food from ya for 3 years and now this is the last time! Also if you order for delivery they will charge you $10 no matter how far it it!!!!!! Also this was all $38 even with us picking it up.

I have a hugeeee problem .. ordered from here and got home after a longgggg day at work and when I went to grab a piece of meat to bite this is what I saw on my fork!!! I am beyond disgusted knowing that I ate this earlier today at work and wanted to warm it up for dinner only to find a bug in my food that clearly had been cooked with my rice I literally want to throw upppp!!! (Her exact verbiage Was: we no longer deliver to blank, due to your people throwing rice at us. ) Then when I asked for clarification , the cashier tried to be intellectually dishonest like she didn t know what I was talking about. Im pregnant and called to constructively share my negative experience, which was shrimp in my order, I DO NOT EAT SHRIMP, and me violently throwing up in the middle of the night, which left me unable to catch my breath, as well as a unknown charge, but that turned out to be a tip from my husband that I was unaware of, which was fine. HOWEVER A VERY AGGRESSIVE MAN NAMED JERIMIAH BECAME IMMEDIATELY DEFENSIVE REFUSING TO GIVE A REFUND BUT I NEVER ASKED FOR ONE. We walked in, expecting a full service restaurant. There were two red flag warnings that could have scared us off. One sign said that there were refunds on any of the menu offerings. Secondly, they have a dining area but no staff to take your order at the table. You order at the counter and then are able to go sit at a table. The food, although delivered in a to go bag, was great. Be warned, though it is served (very) hot, it was too hot to eat. Youll get your moneys worth with the portions. I was only able to eat less than a third of my meal. It was well worth the price. When in Killeen you have to order dinner or supper from Wongs.

I ordered my food from Wongs, a combo and an appetizer. Now dont get me wrong their food is always good. But because of an error on their side they only sent me part of my order. When I called and explained they said sorry and would deliver the rest of my food but wanted to charge me another charge to deliver the rest of the food I already I paid for that should have already been delivered. The place is priced fine until you ask for delivery, then they add an extra $20 to the amount and still ask you to tip. On top of that the wait time is no less than 60min up to 2 hours. For subpar food the wait time and price is not worth it. Go to the Asian Buffet by the CVS at least you won t get ripped off.

We stopped going to this place a couple years ago because it had new owners and the food took a turn for the worse. We decided to go back and first the dining We thought was closed but they no longer offer waiter/waitress services which is fine to big deal. But we got our food and the only thing really good was the soup. We only ended up eating a few bites of everything else and then left only to go home and throw it all away. Im in 254 Texas and as anyone can see it is SMOLDERING hot outside.I visited Wongs Palace in Killeen and the atmosphere was very dim and shaded with provided greatly appreciated comfort. I immediately had to use the restroom and when I went in, surprisingly the restroom was very clean. After I left the restroom the service who was swift. They even required identification when handed a credit card. As I walked away I had left the keys and my phone on the countertop unknowingly...and was immediately reminded to retrieve them. I recommend Wongs Palace to anyone who enjoy Mandarin cuisine.

Have been going here for awhile now but the customer service was nothing but helpful.we always order there same thing but this time it was just wrong we order a beef fried rice $2 Xtra beef and a chicken lo mein $2 Xtra chicken they usual repeat the order to make sure its right and the time they dont repeat the order it was wrong!they put my Xtra chicken in the beef fried rice and when I called to make them a where of the mistake I was told my order was still correct because I still got the chicken but the spouse doesnt eat the chicken in her beef fried rice it changes the whole profile of the taste of the food and s8nce the food had been touched I was told they couldnt take it back even though it was just to move the food around to check and make sure thats what she had,so now shes upset and makes for an unhappy customer which to this we will no longer visiting this establishment.once again long time customers that will no longer be customers!!! Today I purchased food for my family from this restaurant. There was multiple pieces of hair in different trays of my food. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. I manager was very nasty and rude over the phone with me. I replied to the manager that I was be returning the food for a full refund. The manager then told me that they will not be refunding my money, but he will make the food over again. I explained to the manager that due to the multiple hairs in the food I do not fill comfortably eating the food. He told me that that all he can do. I then proceeded to the restaurant to speak to the manager. The person over the phone was the manager. He was nasty to me and my spouse once more and told us that he was not going to give me any money and then he proceeded to call tue police. He told the dispatcher over the phone that there is two black peoples in the restaurant being aggressive wanting a refund. I wish I could give a zero star review. As soon as I opened my food to dive in and eat it there was hair all in the rice. I called to notify the restaurant only for the young lady to hang up in my face. When i called back to speak to the manager Mike i was told well if i could bring it back today then i could get it remade. Why would i want food remade that has hair in it. I told him i cant bring it back to today cause i stay almost in Kempner and he said well they cant do anything with it tomorrow. What exactly needs to be done but it being thrown away. Just If I could give a 0 I would. I placed my order, no one called. When I reached out for the 3rd time someone finally answered. My food was horrible and inedible. They said on the phone the food was fresh try weeks old. The chicken was hard and there were so many hairs in the fried chicken you could still hear it clucking. The rice was burnt and seemingly old. Also, this is not towards the staff, but the owners need to close that place down if you are not giving quality for for what customers pay for.

I m disappointed that you have to call and then stand outside in the cold to get food here. I had a question but the girl said I had to call but she was helping a LOT of other people right then. So even though I ve known for a week that I was coming here and was looking forward to ordering from your restaurant, I didn t order because I felt like #1 I was too much trouble and #2 I was not about to stand outside and wait for my food. Just a heads up avoid this restaurant. None of the prices online are accurate. For example their 10 piece wings say $5.95 online but when I called to order them she said they were $11.95. The fried rice said $6.95 but is actually $8.95. When I asked for extra soy sauce I was told I would have to pay extra for that as well. Needless to say I canceled my order and went to Yank Sing and it was delicious.

I ordered BBQ spare ribs, yaki mandu, and house fried rice and I swear the ribs were so horrible. The rib meat was old to the point where I spit it out, the flavor alone made me gag. The Yalu mandu was burnt and the texture was also bad to taste and the shrimp in the house fried rice was even worse. The shrimp was not fresh and if you eat old shrimp you know the texture. I am so disappointed in this place. Which makes sense that after you order it the person on the phone says no refunds or exchanges. I can t even give this place a star. I have to order food from another establishment because my family is still hungry. The place only gets one star because I have to pick something in order to post.

Dont go here if you want friendly customer service. I went there to pickup a takeout order and when the waitress came out, I got nothing but attitude. No smile at all. I even tipped her. When I called to talk to manager about it, the manager just seemed too busy to care, he kept acting like he was rushing my complaint to get me off the phone. I get it, short staffed and busy, but your customers shouldnt have to pay for it. So if you come here to have an enjoyable time with good customer service, this is not the place.

Ordered a simple chicken fried rice with 2 egg rolls nothing fancy. Was told 10-15 minutes. I get there 15 minutes later. I call when I get there like he told me he said ok. Sitting in the car another 20 minutes still foodless. Gas isn t free and neither is my time. I call to let him know he needs to bring out my order or I m leaving. He starts screaming and hangs up the phone and then the food runner brings the wrong order to my car. I just left time wasted and still hungry. It might of just been $9 but you lost a customer for life. Get a better attitude or quit.

When I ordered over the phone and made sure she made my order, however she didn t tell me that her drivers would not have change so when when the driver did come to give me the food I gave them a $50 bill, since the driver did not have change for that they had to take the order back and return it. That would ve been fine because that was my fault, however I don t like how they called me back and basically yelled at me saying I did tell you that they did not have change which is not true. I literally had to tell her to relax and I apologized. Very unprofessional and that situation it seem like I was the adult in that whole conversation even though I m only 22

Be careful spending your money here I ve been ordering from this place for years and they have a lot of newcomers that have no issues with making Mistakes the owners from my understanding are not willing to be held accountable for their mistakes either.
