I decided to try this place finally, after passing it several times a day. Let me tell you..this place does not disappoint! I have very expectations when it comes to fried Catfish and fried shrimp. My dad was chef so I always compare it to his. This place got it right and reminds me of my dad s! I will most definitely return!! So good!!!

Pretty cool guy to talk to and everything he cooks is awesome. Very simple menu, and he does the every now and then oddity specials where hell cook up something new for a limited time. Chicken, shrimp, chicken wings, and nice seasoned french fries. What else could you ask for? I definitely recommend stopping by and trying something... or everything. You wont be disappointed, delicious.

Its been 10 months since i stopped at this food truck. Wings WERE delicious, large, moist and fried to perfection. Just like the website pics. BUT, TODAY they ARE small and dry. ALL of these food trucks in this area are the same, hit and miss. Im going to miss them from now on. Waste of my $.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I didn t want to get dinner here and my wife convinced me. I m so glad we did, this is my new go to chicken spot in Killeen!!!!! The cat fish was the best I ve had in decades, fresh, tender meat, with a flavorful and crispy crust. The shrimp was awesome too, also the hush puppies were on point!!!!! I ll be back soon!

I recently tried Pimpin Chickenz on a whim, and it was a delightful experience! The menu had a great selection of dishes, and each one was bursting with flavor. The shrimp was fresh, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. My daughter particularly loved their signature wings! She said they were bussin bussin (whatever that means ). The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the quality of food. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. This food truck is probably the best in the city and an absolute must-try!

Let me tell you about this man. So I placed an order yesterday (6/28/23) literally thirty minutes before he closed. Once I received the notification I noticed I placed the wrong order. I called and told him that I needed to change one of the items and I will pay the difference. He told me that he was out of chicken for the night because he was going to take the rest home but stated that customers come first and to come on. When I got there he already had my food ready and was placing condiments in my bag. I went to hand him my debit card and he told me no I m just like nah I gotta pay the difference but he insisted. I think told him well let me get a side (which is $2) but charge me $7 for it he asked which one I wanted and then told me no it s on the house. Let me just say it s not about the free upgrade or free drink but it was the fact that he not only made my food at the last minute (which was fresh as hell) but he went above and beyond and for that you will FOREVER have a customer in me

This was my very first time to try their chicken wings. They were very tasty, well cooked, and served up beautifully. I have been searching for some great wings for a long time now and I have tried many. To say these are the very best. I will definitely be having them again.
