10/10 or well... 5/5 Killeen Steam team as done my carpets the past 2 1/2 years and honestly the price is definitely worth it and they are in and out in a more than timely manner. The gentleman that has done our house the past 3 times has been nothing but kind and a pleasure too.

I just arrived in town to find the carpet in our new house to be unusably disgusting (my best guess is most likely due to the previous occupants pets). With less than 12 hours until my wife and small sons (one of whom is 12 months old) were due to arrive, I called Killeen Steam Team and they came out the same day. Flexibly dealing with my confused descriptions of how much work needed to be done, they not only vacuumed the house, but treated and cleaned the carpets in a way that made a night and day difference, and on top of that, their service was not only both friendly and efficient, but also extremely cost-effective. They more than earned five stars and are now my go-to carpet and carpet-type cleaners in Killeen. Thank you Killeen Steam Team!

We cant remember the last timecwe had our carpets cleaned, so you can imagine how bad they were. Our technician walked the house with the wife and took note of the areas with which she was most concerned. He got right to work and was out of the house in an hour and a half. His equipment was clean, in good repair, and it was obvious when he began, that he was a professional. We also had a lift assist chair that is used at least 12 hours a day, and is used as an eating area for a 77 year-old man with Parkinsons. You can imagine how bad it was with food stains, body oils, etc. Well, it now looks like was never used except for expected wear and tear. We are more than satisfied with the job that was done. It was excellent! We would recommend Killeen Steam Team unconditionally.

Great communication, and an awesome job. I am a property manager and unbeknownst to me the city had turned off the water, the tech went to get a truck that held water and ended up doing the job the same day. I am over the moon impressed, and the house looks great for its new tenant! Fair price, great service.

The gentleman has steam cleaned my apartment floors for mid and yearly inspections. Very easy to schedule, is available to steam clean with or without an outside water spout. Always super friendly and the apartment looks and smells amazing for weeks afterward. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Killeen area. Here s the carpet type he dealt with in my apartment. This is not what it looks like when he actually did it

The service tech was absolutely horrible and for that reason I will never use this company again. He might want to find a new job because working with people is not his forte. I m pretty sure he is the same guy someone else posted about. Killeen Steam Clean should be ashamed of sending that man out.

Professional, fast, prompt. Ive used em a cpl times. Last time they saved my tail. The water was turned off while they were cleaning bc I was moving. Instead of packing up and lvg, he said he has enough water in the tank to finish the job. He did just that, Ill be using them again.

This is the second time we have used this company and they are worth it! We had some snags getting the appointment set up, shenanigans on the universes part, but we finally got it all sorted out. I have cats that like to be jerks sometimes and pee on the carpets and this place is really amazing at getting the horrible smell out. Super affordable, with down to earth people! The service tech named edwin or Edward was very very rude as if he hates his job. I will be honest the chemicals and equipment were nice and up to standards and he did a good job, but he was so unprofessional and mad for no reason!!! I will not be a returning customer due to the fact that i should never feel that way about a technician in my home that i paid good money for. Ive done business with grime stoppers and done right, several times and never had a bad tech come to my home they were always polite and professional.

I was going to rate more stars on the day of service (12/20) and ended up waiting and Im glad I did. I hired them to clean the carpet in only my sons room because our dog kept having accidents in there, so I had them add the pet enzyme treatment. The day of service the carpet looked great and smelled amazing! But by the next day after it dried - dog urine. And I dont have to get down and smell the actual carpet to find it, I can smell it just standing in the room as if it hadnt been cleaned or treated at all. I gave 2 stars because they came early and the employee was nice and got right to it, but I cant give any more because what I needed didnt get done. I would recommend looking elsewhere for pet stain needs.

So everything went good until they actually came out to clean my house. They did not do a good job cleaning my house, and my husband had to have the guy redo several spots in the house. Even after the guy claimed to have redone the spots, there was still very easily removed dirt and pet hair. Not only did they miss several things, but the man gave my husband attitude for pointing out the spots. During the actual cleaning, they called me (as I am in TN already) and they told me I would have to replace my drip pans, normally this is no biggy, I thank them for letting me know, however, they then proceeded to throw away the drip pans without my permission and without me knowing!!! On top of this we left 4 things in the fridge for my husband to eat while he is still there for one more night, these items were milk, sliced cheese, lunch meat, and mustard. Instead of just throwing them away or even leaving them in the fridge, they decided it would be a good idea to just place these items inside of my already very hot garage. So any chance of saving them is now gone. And finally, when they left the house, they took the key we had left under the doormat with them!!! This company overall is not professional and I would not recommend them. Very disappointed I paid this much for this quality cleaning, so far my carpets do look very good though, so I will give credit for that! Thank you.

Dont waste your time with this cleaning company. They showed up the day of my appt and was unable to complete job. The house is 100% empty. I stressed to the guy who booked appt the house had many cats bad odor need to prep to paint. He even made comments we will try our hardest but suggested may need to replace floor based on his experience. He said we cant do this job the smell is too bad & there is hair on the walls. Remind you wall cleaning is apart of the services they offer.. they pick and choose what they want & leads me to believe they charge $200 for a pretty much an already cleaned house.

Horrible service paid 500 for cleaning of house and carpets (empty house). They missed many spots like they were in a hurry. Found 4 nails and a needle in the carpet after services. Called about the spots they missed and they do not honor there work. Wanted to charge me again for the spots that they missed. And Its under a different name. They are Amazing! I needed an move out carpet cleaning last minute for the next day, they can out early and he cleaned the carpets in mid thunderstorm on 05/08/2019. I wish I had before pictures but I didn t take any. There were BLACK stains from cigarette ashes and spilled drinks in the living room floor but he was able to get out the stains, it s an old carpet but I should have been have them come out to do the carpets! I was quoted a decent price for an arm chair ottoman clean, the appointment was set within a reasonable amount of time, and I ended up adding my sectional to the service. The technician called to say that he was able to come earlier than the appointed time if I was home, which I was. He was extremely polite and professional the entire time, as well as thorough and efficient. The armchair (it was a cheapish LetGo find) set came out better than expected and my sectional looks brand new. I would give no stars if possible! Called, was quoted a price and when they got here they tried to change it to an additional $25+. Guy was EXTREMELY rude and cursed at me in front of my 4yo, he stormed out of my house when I called my husband because of the price change, slammed my door, then when my husband called to discuss why he acted that way he threatened my husband and told my husband we were cussing first.. my husband was on the phone, not on speaker. First off, should ve taken the hint when they no showed me for the quote on the tile floors but I called again and he came the same day. We had him do our carpets, tile and move out clean. Once he was done everything seemed to be up to par so we signed that it was good and we went on our way. The next day our neighbor told us that Killeen steam team had used his water for our cleaning and they did not turn it off causing his yard to flood. A few days later, my landlord comes to look at the house to make sure everything was good. The house since the cleaning had been locked up and no one had been in it. Today we go in and the hard wood floor next to the tile is all bubbled up. Meaning they had flooded our floor while doing the tile. Also, the carpet clean was not up to par. My husband called and they basically said it s not their problem. So after $500+ we paid for him to do his job, we also now have to replace the floors. It takes days for the water to finally bubble up but it s not his problem . I just wanted to support a small business but i highly advise you to choose the professionals.

Terrible service! Paid to have my RV cleaned and they did a half job! I didn t check behind him because I thought he was a professional, I should have been more suspectful with the unmarked white van... but I didn t! Just went out to check the work and the entry way is dirty and they left a huge brown stain Beside the bed. I contacted the person and he said it s because the machine would not fit so it wasn t touched (no small upholstery attachments I guess) even though I paid for the upholstery cleaning, so I know he had an attachment that would have worked. Terrible customer service, they will not do anything to make it right when they are wrong! I will try to attach photos. Facebook marketplace got me on this one! Avoid!!!

After moving in, we knew we needed to clean the grout on the floor tile. Started off great with customer service. Asked the owner to come back out and rectify a smelly situation that I was never informed about and he got very aggressive and argumentative with my husband and I about there was no smell. He kept insisting it was a vinegar smell instead of mildew which I don t care for either. He refused to fix it and we end up having to have someone else come and deodorize the house of the smell he claimed wasn t there. His tone and professionalism took me by surprise and was very off putting. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of this.

Im not one to write a review, but after my experience. I would like my story to be a cautionary tale for potential customers out there, if negative star were possible I would have use that. DO NOT USE Company or proceed at your risk. My points. * Supervisor assaulted customer with a wrench while on customers property. * Supervisor assaulted other person on property. * Supervisor was aggressive shouted at customer * Unreasonable * Did not perform the jobs listed on contract. (carpet not vacuumed, all 3 bathroom floors not swept or mopped) * They damaged my garage door damaged, not established if it was a deliberate or accidentally, there was no communication of that.

DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I was moving out of my apartment so I hired the steam clean to do a move out cleaning. I gave 1 star because because the maids did a good job cleaning but not a great job and for move out inspections for apartments it has to be flawless and it wasn t.. The guy that over saw the job was dry and kind of a ass hole when I pointed out that the windows and the window seals were all still filthy, he said that I should have read their website when it said they don t do exterior. I could understand not cleaning my porch or anything else outside but WINDOWS?? What s make you think that you can claim to do move out cleanings and refuse to clean windows, I had to hire another cleaning team to finish their half ass job because having dirt, flies, and dust and rain streaks on windows won t pass any move out inspection.

I had no time to clean my apartment when I moved out cause I had to move by myself and it took up until the the morning of the last day. It was the last day of my lease and the came in and cleaned the apartment. The quoted me an 8 hr day to start with and when showed up they told me would take 4 hrs. But I got the call at just over 3 hrs that they where finished. They are well worth $$. I will use them in the future for new place because I now have to carpet cleaned 2x a year. They have earned a customer for as long as I need them.

Horrible business practices. I called to have just the downstairs cleaned and the gentleman refused to give me a quote because it was not the whole house. Basically he was forcing me to have the entire house done. I said it numerous times that I just wanted to have the bottom half cleaned and he continued to say I cant give you a proper quote. I told this gentleman what the bottom square footage but he already made the decision that because I didnt want my whole house done that he wouldnt accomadate my request. Im a paying customer that only wanted half of my home clean 1,500 square feet! Then I asked to speak to the manager or owner and he says I am the owner. Shady shady shady business practice. I could understand if I was asking to have one window in the entire house cleaned, then yes that would not be worth sending a team to clean. I wouldnt recommend them.

Basically being forced on having my carpets cleaned and the home cleaned at the same time. He does not understand why I dont want the carpet cleaned at the same time as the home. I contacted KST in regards to move out cleaning service on a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms house, and from the initial phone call they were very professional, asked several questions about the property to ensure nothing would be missed. I set my appointment a week prior to the actual service dayou. They day before my appointment I received a phone call as a reminder about my appointment. They day of my appointment I was running a little late to meet them at the property but I was able to keep my appointment. They worked up until after 7 pm because I added carpet cleaning service as well. I must say I am extremely satisfied with the end results, the property looked better than when I first moved in. Everything from the window seals to base boards were cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen everything was done to perfection. There were some spots I thought wouldnt be able to be removed in the carpet but they were gone. I would definitely recommend KST to anyone who needs cleaning done. And the pricing was excellent I wasnt expecting to pay a whole more considering how big the house was and adding 6 rooms plus staircase carpet cleaning aging Thank you KST for the great work and the your professionalism.

I was in a very tight time crunch with clearing housing on-post. I gave them a call, and from the very first call to the finish, KST was very friendly and professional. I had opted for the complete move-out cleaning with carpet cleaning, and received a very fair rate. I was actually surprised that the whole package came at such an affordable rate. The workers showed up early and ready to work. They actually got to my house before I did. (0900 scheduled time, and they were at my house ready by 0840). Once I got there, I had given them permission to work since my house was unlocked, and they wasted no time. They got out the last bit of trash left in my house, and got to work right away. Everything in their move-out package was completed to perfection, and they began the carpets. Once the house had been completed, I was astonished with the job they had done. The appliances were spotless, countertops, window sills, bathrooms, ceiling fans, everything cleaned. I did a quick walk through once they were finished, and had nothing for them to improve on. It was THAT good. Overall, a very pleasant experience with this cleaning company. Very professional, they enjoy making houses clean and inspection ready, and they work hard to accomplish the task. Took them a total of 8 hours to complete my house. Time I didnt have since I had just my belongings taken the day before, and had to clear housing the next day. So while I was outside doing the yard, they cleaned the inside. It all worked out perfectly. Great people and great service. Thank you KST!

From the get-go when I was getting quotes from around town, the Killeen Steam Team had the best price for their services, and were always quick to communicate with you back and forth with all the questions I had. (Which was A-lot) when we did a walk through initially, he was very explicit in everything they were going to have done to the house, and recommended not to do things because it was not necessary, which was awesome! They did an okay job of cleaning my townhouse, but they left behind bugs. They were black, flying beetles that must have been hiding in their equipment. I wont be hiring this company again. Update: I decided to give Killeen Steam Team a second chance to redeem themselves. I made a housecleaning appointment two weeks ago that was to be for tomorrow morning. They just called me today to say they are not coming due to my review. They could have let me know when I made the appointment that they no longer wished to provide service to me. My first review was and is absolutely true, but apparently they dont want other potential customers to see honest reviews. By the way, I did contact the company the night of the service, via email, to report the bugs.

Overall, they did a fair job; however, some of the blinds were still dirty after they left. Some were cleaned very well, but some were not even touched, as they clearly still had the built-up dust on them. Also, the carpet in the master closet had something red on it, when I called Edwin on June 20 to ask about it, he said that would have been an extra $10.00 to try to clean, and that they didnt spend time trying to remove stains like that. I wished he would have told me that, I wouldve been willing to pay the extra 10 dollars for him to AT LEAST TRY to get it out, but I was never told about the additional costs until it was too late to fix. In addition, property manager said that one of the workers were rude to her, AND that he threw away her water and lunch that she had in the fridge that they had CLEARLY seen her bring in and place in there, as she was also in the property doing other business there in Killeen as well. When I spoke with Edwin today over the phone, he did appear to be a bit curt with me, and he had not been Thursday the day he was cleaning my property. When I asked about the stains that were still in the master bedroom carpet, he quickly replied that, We dont guarantee the carpet cleaning, and we dont go back because we already cleaned it. I realized then that I will probably never use this company again, nor recommend it. I feel like if he wanted to work with me, he could have been nicer about his response; he was a bit abrasive. He could have offered to TRY to clean just that spot once more, and that wouldve sufficed. At any rate, the new tenant has now moved in, and we will not inconvenience her at this point. This is just informational for your company because if it were my company, and as a former business owner myself, I would want to know if an employee was rude to my customers. Overall, we were not happy with the service. There were several areas that we had to re-clean (bathrooms, counters, etc.) However, we paid and went on with our business. The day of the cleaning, clothes were left in the spare room with direction for the cleaners to just simply leave them in there. The closet door did not even need to be opened. After we returned, several days passed, and I realized I had a few items of clothing missing. I had left them out so that I could wear them for work. When I contacted the business, the man was very defensive immediately and rude. It was completely unprofessional. I simply wanted my things back and was nice about it, trying to give him a chance to investigate the situation. He was so rude and could have easily said he would look into it. When people are extremely defensive, it makes them look guilty. Would not recommend them....

The ONLY thing I wish they would have done was wipe down the windows after they were finished because there was some residue left behind from the product they used.
