Just ate five raw shrimp, was drunk so I didnt realize it until I cut the last one open and was almost sick from the sight, called the waiter he asked if I wanted anything else to eat hell take this dish off, Ive been eating here 20 years and I will never go back, I will never eat texmex again, these people wont fire their own, any other restaurant the manager would go back and fire some kitchen staff, not gonna happen at this place and we all know why

We went back after golfing today and happy to report the lads have righted the ship!. The food, as usual, was delicious. The service is back to beyond category! Thanks Guys!!!! Service is usually outstanding, but had dinner with some friends, and it was horrible We arrived at 4 and the place was empty Worst service we ve ever experienced A few weeks back, they allowed someone to sneak a dog in under their table. Unbelievable!!! We maybe finding us a new mexican restaurant

I asked the bartender to use very little ice in making my drink... His response was; Its Happy Hour and the Margaritas are cheap. After asking again on the 2nd drink, he totally ignored me. Im NOT a fan of this bartender or the place and likely will never return. The drinks & service is far better just down the street.

Overall the food has always been delicious. My wife had the chicken enchiladas with green chili sauce and I had the al carbon enchiladas with the fajita beef. Just perfect! We will be back next time we are in the mood for Mexican Food. It does jot get better than this.

Went out for an early mothers day dinner, trying to beat the mothers day crowds. Drinks came fast but were just ok. Dad had to grab a passing waiter to get our order taken after a bit of a wait. Omg good! I rarely like the rice and beans at Mexican restaurants and these were delicious. I had Carne asada and it was so yummy and not chewy at all. Everything we got we enjoyed! The queso was average but the salsa was above par. The margaritas were fantastic and not too sweet with just the right amount of alcohol. Our server did a fantastic job and our food came out hot and in a timely manner. Prices were very reasonable. We cant wait to go back

Id really hoped this restaurant would be something special as a friend who has been to Kemah multiple times highly recommended it. I was disappointed: I thought the Mexican food was only ordinary - nothing special. And the service was slooooow. I ste there on a Tuesday d ending and it wasnt busy st all. There was ample waitstaff, but they were just standing around, talking, the whole time I was there. I requested a glass of water and it took a really long time for the waiter to bring it. I never got the guacamole salad that was supposed to come with my dpinach enchiladas. I didnt say anything to the waiter because, by the time I finished the rest of my food I fidnt really have room for it - so, the portions were generous. Not a terrible experience, just...ordinary.

5 out of 5. This is one of our regular go to places. House margaritas are dandy. You really dont need top shelf here. I enjoy a lot of their food. I like to be able to order a smaller portion off their a la carte menu. Wife has enjoyed the salmon until she wore her self out with it by ordering it too frequently. Been eating here a long time so todays delivered tacos with barely any chicken in them and stale taco shells was a surprise. A bad surprise and thus creating no reason to ever go back to this place again. Plenty of tacos elsewhere. Portion changes are the worst decision a restaurant can make. My family and I have been here twice now and we have loved it! The servers are always super attentive and speedy and the food is always served hot and fresh! Id have to say that out of all the Mexican restaurants around this area, San Lorenzo never fails. Every plate I have had has been so delicious.
