I dont live here but I do work for one of their residents. If they treat the people who live here as well as they do vendors and visitors it must be pretty terrific. Super nice and professional staff.

on an 80-degree day, The Towering Inferno of heat blasting from the building next door can raise the temperature in the garden of the Nasher Sculpture Center to 110 degrees.

I do work for one of their residents and if how they treat a vendor like me is how they treat residents, they obviously know customer service. Everyone there is so friendly and nice.

If I could rate Museum Tower a minus 5 stars, I would. We just moved into the DFW area as I took a job in corporate operations in downtown. Over the Labor Day weekend I took my daughter to see the Discovery District where mom is now working and the I reason uprooted my family here. As I m leaving the downtown area I notice I have a flat tire - down to the rim. I pull into Museum Tower scared (because for one it s past 10pm in Downtown Dallas, and secondly because my husband is back home in Frisco and will take 30 minutes to come help). As I m waiting for my husband to arrive, concierge, not once, but twice is trying to get me to move my car out of their private property as if I m voluntarily hanging around. I was not blocking or disturbing anyone, just waiting for my husband. Long story short, they had zero empathy for a scared mom and daughter - I guess we were an eye sore on the property? I m still confused. I told Judah I d be more than happy to speak with management and he said he was unable to give me that information. I would most definitely not run my business this way. What an awful place.

I do not live here, but I had a wonderful experience. There was an event at the nearby dog park and my friend was in a mascot costume to promote our grooming business. We needed a break to cool off in the ac, and they let us sit in the lobby and cool down, and even provided water for us! They are so kind and hospitable.

I have not lived here myself, I but if they treat the residents half as well as the gentleman in valet have treated me as a lowly delivery person delivering groceries to the residences here, then the folks that do live there must live like kings. Unquestionably top-notch people, well trained, well mannered and kind. If the rest of the staff are half as good as the guys out front, and you want excellent service,you should live here.

I have been working in this place for more than 3 years . It is amazing place to live in . Great view in middle of Downtown Dallas. Where every thing close by .Restaurants, bars and shipping centers. All different kind of indoor and outdoor activity around this place you can see or hear.
