I called late on a Friday and was told I would get a call back. I didnt really expect a call on a late Friday afternoon, but sure enough Mr. Weisblatt called. He was patient with me, answered my many questions, and even provided advice without hesitation. I spoke to other attorneys who would not provide answers until I paid for a full consultation. I understand this is a business, but what Mr. Weisblatt did was provide honest help to someone in desperate need of answers without thinking of his pocket or benefit. Good people do that ! The Weisblatt Law firm did a fantastic job managing the conflict that came my way with an investment property that I acquired. There were several parties involved over 100 from my understanding and they were able to separate and keep the focus on my best interest while Trying not to absorb too much money they kept me constant informed of the ins and outs through the maze of issues communication was always kept open so I never felt lost or neglected in any form even though the settlement that I acquired was not I what I had hoped .it was not because of the lack of experience knowledge and dedication that Andrew Weisblatt and Sameer Mande at Weisblatt law firm placed in handling my case it s never easy defending yourself against a fraudulent charge but I never lost slept knowing that I had them fighting for me. In appreciate for that, I am leaving this recommend. If I need them again I will not hesitate to use them

I moved my consulting business from California to Katy Texas and found by chance the Weisblatt Law firm to assist me in registering my corporation in TX and all of the details of proper filing for taxes etc. The firm was not only totally expert in every aspect of my business needs but responded immediately to calls and followed up without my prompting to ensure that the various government agencies did their part! Once they were working for me they handled everything and made sure that everything was in order. But more important....they followed up with me. They care about their clients and the relationship is ongoing. That is really appreciated when you are busy everyday with the details of your actual operation. Its comforting to know they have my back, just in case I forget to do something that is my responsibility (which happens all the time!!!). They are my business counsel now for years to come!

My husband and I needed to review our first time lease commercial contract. We had no recommendations from any one so we had to google. I had two expensive quotes from other attorneys so I was looking for the last quote to fit our budget. I found Weisblatt Law Firm. When I went to their website a live chat opened up and I started to talk to them. They asked me what location I was looking services for. Once I provided the information I got an email from Mr. Andrew greeting me and offering his service. I was on a tight turnaround and he said he could get it done within the time frame I needed. Not only that but his services were under the price I got for the other 2 quotes. It was so perfect to be true I thought it was a SCAM! I called his offices and questioned his staff to ask if Mr. Andrew was a real attorney with a real office because I could not believe it, I also googled his office to ensure he truly had physical office! It turns out HE WAS A LEGITIMATE ATTORNEY WITH A REAL OFFICE The services were exactly what we were looking for, his legal expertise and experience in the commercial real estate helped us understand our first term commercial lease. He was thorough in his explanations, pointed all of the risk potentials and answered all of the questions I had. He delivered everything on the same dates he said he would. His staff are also fantastic they are professional and very friendly. All I can say he has earn our trust and I would recommend his law firm in a heartbeat!!! This fall I was in need of an attorney to litigate a disagreement with the Houston Toll Road Authority. If you aren t aware, it is very difficult to find an attorney in Houston to defend against these charges. Andrew Weisblatt was an excellent choice. Absolutely the worst experience that anyone could have with a lawyer, i hired this man to represent me in a law suit and he not only overcharged me but did not do what a lawyer should do for their client and that is to protect and make sure that he looks out for their best interest. Instead after paying him 35k for a lawsuit that did not even go to court, he also did not look out for my best interest in the settlement agreement, I trusted him and gave him 24k checks and expected my accounting records to be given to me and instead he gave my checks to them and did not make sure that the accounting records that I was suppose to receive were exchanged in return, as a result now I have to hire another lawyer to get my accounting records and spend more money in legal bills because Mr. Weisblatt and his Sidekick Charles Murnane did not do their job properly. But the worst thing of all, after their screw up, they did not tell me that they did not get my accounting records for three months and they continued to bill me for emails to the other council according to them they were trying to get my accounting records. Are you kidding me!!! Not only did they not notify me that there was a problem, they thought it was right to charge me for their screw up!!! After I told Mr. Weisblatt that I wanted a refund for the August billing because I never authorized any work past the settlement agreement that should have ended in July, he trys to use it as a bargaining chip telling me that he will refund me the 900.00 that he charged me in August, if I sign a full release. Now how unethical is that? The least that I expected after paying this man the ridiculous amount that I paid was that he would fix his screw up at no charge, but instead he says that he will no longer represent me. I paid 35k to this lawyer plus another 24k about 60k total and what did I get? NOTHING, a simple task of getting my accounting records in exchange for the check could not be performed by this lawyer that charges 450.00 an hour and told me that the reason he charges that much is because he is good. Yeah, thats how good you are and you couldnt have common sense enough to exchange the money for something that you know well I needed because you chose to make this company my problem instead of giving it to them to close since they had the accounting records, now I have to be responsible to pay the penalties for not filing the taxes, pay my accountant to do the taxes and close a company that I dont have accounting records for instead of letting them close the company and file all the taxes. I am punished to do everything because this lawyer wanted to simply continue to drain me in legal fees, as he had already done after overcharging for a lawsuit that did not even make it to court. This law firm is not to be trusted as their only concern is money and not the well being of their clients. Think twice before hiring someone that is not going to look after your best interest. I regret ever hiring them and trusting them to look after my livelihood, the outrageous amount that I was overcharged could gave easily put me into bankruptcy and this lawyer led me to believe that this lawsuit was not going to be nearly this much and persuaded me to continue with the lawsuit by telling me that I was not going to pay much. Not true!

I approached Mr. Weisblatt for a small claims matter. I was my impressed by his knowledge and the way he explained complicated legal matters to me.
