We expected this place to be good, but we were completely wowed by the flavor of everything we had! Oysters bigger than we ve ever seen, an interesting but tasty take on Cajun edamame, and then some of the tastiest mussels we ve ever eaten in a sauce so rich in flavor! Definitely recommend the Kickin Style sauce for any bag item!

Meh, its ok. I got the garlic noodle and garlic taco. It was good just not the best Ive had. As for as service, they focus heavily on providing good customer service so that alone Id come back. I need to put disclaimer I like spice so i believe the sauce they use is too sweet but Ill give them another shot .

The service was horrible except for one waiter that wasnt even working our table the manager was nice its expensive and not worth what you could do cheaper and better yourself. I have gone to all the kickin crabs around DFW and this location BEATS all locations and other restaurants that serve same food! They put the right amount of sauces not greed like the others and food has lots of flavor. Love the garlic noodles they seem plain but once you bite into those noodles you re gonna catch your self just eating more and more. Fries are the best appetizer to have! Love this location kind pricey but so worth it for what all your getting!

My first rating was 5 now its 3...the taste and serving size declined...was not as good as it was back in October.. Update went for my birthday 8/19 and the crawfish were so small it was not worth the purchase, not sure where thise crawfish came from but I was very disappointed. Juicy Crab crawfish were bigger so the excuse I was given that it was not crawfish season anymore was questionable.

The service and food here has really gone down my last 3 trips. I always have to get up and ask for utensils. My crab legs were cold and overcooked but the shrimp were a slimy texture. Potatoes were undercooked. I used to be a regular but I m going to try the new lake highlands location next time.

I moved from Plant City, Florida where our seafood is as fresh as they come. I don t think I would find a seafood spot in Texas that could come close to comparable but The Kickin Grab in Garland and Grand Prairie over exceeded my expectations. The sauce is on the creamy side, not as rich in a lot of butter than I experienced in the past. I usually order medium and it has a kick to it. I wouldn t order spicy unless you can handle HEAT! I get the Kicken sauce with all of the seasonings. You MUST order the garlic noodles! All is well with this place. Go for it!

I had a decent experience here. I think the seasoning was just okay. I got the level 5 spice and it was just not spicy to me. I got crab and shrimp with the head on, they were both well cooked and delicious. The atmosphere is fun and cute like pirate and sea themed. Definitely kid friendly. I did have a drink, one of their premixed margaritas and the liquor they use is definitely bottom shelf. I have to say that there are similar restaurants that do it better.

It was really busy on Saturday night. Most popular seemed to be the bags of spicy seafood which we tried. My son enjoyed the crab and shrimp, medium spice. Personally I wouldnt recommend the fried fish basket liked fried shrimp better. Large shrimp! Service was great! Update: We went back for crab boil last night and also got an order of fish tacos. They were terrible. I had 2 bites, grease tasted old and fishy tasting but not in a good way. Definitely suggest boil!

Met up with an old friend who I hadn t seen in a while. We ordered food and drinks. And we were enjoying ourselves we had been there about two hours. At this point I had ordered three drinks and her two. When a server basically says sorry guys we need the table. I could understand if we weren t ordering anything but I had spent 64 bucks on my tab and my friend probably about 50 and it was only two of us. We were both a little disappointed.

This place was deliscious! We normally go to Carrollton but wanted somewhere closer to home. This place fit the bill perfectly! Their garlic pasta was an amazing appetizer. Then we got the seafood bundle with red potatoes, corn, sausage, snow crab legs, SHRIMP and clams. We did he mix of the spices and it came out wonderfully. Highly recommend.

The food was phenomenal.i had a boiled bag of cream and shrimp And that was so juicy and so flavourful. I also ordered me some cajun fries, Theyre pretty good, but I like the sweet potato fries better. I also had one of their mitualada drinks, it was good but not worth 9 dollars that I paid for it. A full size beer is about 4.50 to $5. You get 3 fourths of a beer with a little bit of Chalada liquid in it and you pay 9 for it.. I feel that were getting ripped off with the drinks but the food was amazing.

I ordered a snow crab special and 1/2 snow crab 1/2 shrimp special and for my 1/2 special I wanted my sauce separated from my food. These people gave me a 2oz size sauce to eat my food with that s def not enough to eat a crab boil bag. I had a craving for crab recently. I went to Kings Crab Shack over in Rockwall, I went to Red Lobster crab fest . Neither come close to the flavor and quality of Kickin Crab!!! I love the Kickin sauce mild and a side of rice, put some of the sauce on the rice as you eat. Best quality crab in the area, but also this was the most expensive place of the three I tried.

The food is very delicious but be very careful with your receipts before paying because they charge you a tip yesterday, celebrating May 10, 2 people and a child charged us 200 dollars when I checked the receipt it said tip 48 dollars??? 48 dollars I immediately went to talk to the cashier and complained to them because you leave the tip, they dont charge it and more 48 dollars for just bringing the food and drinks is absurd. I will never return and I will not recommend it. I will also present my complaint to the BBB. to see if they can do that or is it illegal

Got the 29.99 special and it was sooo good, the crab had a lot of meat, and the shrimp is plump. The employees were very nice! Overall 10/10 experience. If you have a low spice tolerance stick with mild : )
