We loved our wedding at Red Door Ranch! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They ensured the day ran smooth and was perfect. The getting ready suites are gorgeous and have plenty of space. The sunset there is absolutely stunning. They set up and took down tables/chairs/ and dinnerware which was a HUGE stress relief for the day of. I could not recommend this place more!

Tracy and Vernon were both so lovely to work with for our banquet this past weekend. We have been working with them for months, and they have been so accommodating the entire process and especially the day of. Tracy and Vernon as well as the staff are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to give you the best day. The venue itself is beautiful, and we cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Tracy, Vernon, and the RDR staff for everything on our big day! Again, we cannot give a higher recommendation.

We really loved Red Door Ranch and their staff! Planning went smoothly as did the day of our actual wedding. Their staff is so kind and fun they really helped to make our day as relaxed as possible. Not to mention how BEAUTIFUL the outdoors venue is during the spring. Literally a dream! Tracy was also always so quick to answer any questions or concerns while planning the wedding. We love this venue!

We had an awesome experience at the Red Door Ranch. Tracy (the owner) hosted us there in March 2024 for our wedding. Tracys facility is absolutely beautiful, her staff is very professional and kind. We highly recommend the red door ranch to anyone looking for a wedding venue. We received so many compliments during and after the wedding about what a beautiful facility and fun reception it was. We got some amazing sunset photos here on top of the hill that the building is on. We also opted to have the owner (Tracy) coordinate our wedding as well. As our coordinator, Tracy took very good care of us. Tracy helped us at every step of the planning process, and she went above and beyond what we expected her to provide. She is very organized and kept us on track with reminders about things we needed to have planned by certain dates. We loved our experience here.

5 stars just arent enough for the Red Door Ranch! HIGHLY recommend this venue!!! My daughter got married here on Friday 4/12/24 and it was the wedding of her dreams! The property is the perfect backdrop for any style of wedding. The beautiful wildflowers along the winding road that leads up to the venue are breathtaking! Vernon and Tracy were awesome to work with, you can tell they love what they do. The attention to detail with the decor was amazing and just as we asked for. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Tracy was the day of coordinator and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule so that all I had to do was enjoy the day with my daughter. Thank you Tracy and Vernon for making this day unforgettable!!!

Red Door Ranch is such an amazingly beautiful venue, and the owners Tracy and Vernon were awesome! My daughters wedding day was just magical and everyone including the vendors complimented the venue. Tracy and her staff worked exceptionally well with our wedding coordinator, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Every time I thought I needed to take care of something, Tracy and her team already had it handled.

The most beautiful place to have a wedding or any party! We loved everything about it; being on top of a hill, the beautiful suites for us to get ready in, all the space for guests to spread out and so much more! It is beautiful inside and out! Tracy is a wonderful person to work with! She helped me so much through our planning process and very understanding with any changes that came up. I knew nothing when I started looking at venues and a lot of stress was taken off my shoulders working with Tracy! We had the most perfect wedding day, even with the rain storm that came! Go see it in person, you will fall in love too!

RDR was really an amazing venue for our wedding. I was looking for a space that was open, bright and would allow me to have a more dreamy wedding. This space was perfect for that. The outside ceremony area is easily customizable. There was a small garden area where we did our private vows and it felt so lovely. Having the staircase as part of our entrance really sealed the deal on the fairy tale goal. We had a small issue when booking and they were very accommodating and left us feeling satisfied. They had a great space for getting ready and our hair and makeup artists commented on the great lighting. Tracy was easy to reach and communicate with. Even though we didn t ask for it, they offered additional items for our day of. I remember looking at another venue that cost way more and didn t even come with table and chairs. RDR comes with everything you need and if they don t have it, they know just who to talk to. I highly recommend visiting when they have an open house as that was really useful for us to see the space in use. Going with a business that wasn t one of those big wedding companies made me feel more comfortable and not like I was just another number. RDR, thank you for being apart of our special day.

I cant say enough good things about Red Door Ranch and Tracy! We booked with them in December for our February wedding after some unforeseen events with our original venue. Tracy worked hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our dream wedding came true! We could not have pulled it off without her! The venue is beautiful! 10/10

I attended an appreciation dinner hosted by my church here. I was impressed with the parking, facility and the staff. The main hall was immaculate and the table decorations were on point. I think we catered food but their staff prepared it for serving and provided service line assistance and all of that went quite well and we had a rather large group. We appreciate their exceptional service. Accoustics might be a challenge if you want a band or DJ inside, h so check that out, but it worked great for us. Im glad to see this place available in our area. Give them a call if your need an event venue.

Red Door Ranch is the perfect event venue! The property and the venue are beautiful. The owners are so sweet and helpful. They are doing an amazing job creating a beautiful venue that will be apart of a lot of peoples special day. I had my wedding outdoors, under the beautiful trees, and it was nothing but perfect. The arch they built is the perfect centerpiece to your ceremony. The wildflowers are a gorgeous backdrop and perfect for pictures afterwards. Book this venue. You wont regret it!
