This is the BEST cheddars in the entire DFW!!! Ive been to every single cheddars and none come close to this location...The service is amazing but the cooks here steal the show the food and alcohol drinks here are so good they actually make sure everything is fresh and Ive never gotten cold or unseasoned fries here as well 10/10 in my opinion.

I absolutely love their drinks after a long day. My favorite is The Painkiller. Its only $7.99. Its strong and not too sweet. The bartender was awesome. The waitstaff was awesome. I havent been to Cheddars in years. It was still an enjoyable experience. Ill be back!

We came to catch up with friends for dessert and coffee, ordering a drink and sharing a dessert, the hot fudge cake sundae. The sundae accompanied by ice cream was good. The service wasnt. Perhaps because our server was hoping for a large order and tip, he kept asking for our food order after he brought the dessert. Usually, we have dessert after the main course. The place was packed when we left mid afternoon with about a dozen people waiting to be seated. So its not so much a place for a dessert as much as for a hearty meal.

We went there for lunch and the bartender Sanieya was amazing . She took our orders quickly and was attentive although it was busy that day and they were under staffed.She made sure we had silverware needed for our meals and made amazing drinks and was very friendly with great conversation. Food was very good but what made our experience great was our server Lala. She took our entire order correctly, made sure we had drinks prior to our previous ones getting empty, immediately served our food piping hot/as soon as the chef got it ready, asked if our food tasted good, even asked if we wanted the additional butter melted so it would be hot, had a genuine smile and was very welcoming and put us in a good mood.

Cheddar s has a special place in the hearts of my husband and I. We had our very first date in Cheddar s during grad school. We ended up overing 2 starters, 2 main course and 2 deserts in 1 go lol. Ordered the 6oz sirloin steak and chicken strips with a baked potato and broccoli. They only had 2 servers to cover the restaurant. Life happens, and my call out is on the chef, not the servers. The broccoli was 99% raw, the steak, not salted, though cooked perfectly, the chicken strips, cold upon arrival, and no big deal, the wrong dipping sauce was delivered, stressful because the delivery took a decent amount of time with the restaurant being short staffed. This had more of a drive-thru feel than an established restaurant, but I didnt see a manager trying to do anything to help out, that was a clear sign this is just daily business and accepted losses. Accountability is not saying off with their heads, but this is definitely a coaching opportunity.

Food was average. I got burger and fries. Burger seemed like one that is preseason with pre grilled marks and then microwaved (greasy, almost slimy). Bun was fresh and lightly toasted. We had a variety of things from Cheddars today, and James was our server, and he was Awesomeeeeeeeeee. All the food was excellent. I only had to have them change my burger because the pattie itself wasnt seasoned. But they fix that situation with no problem. Everything that i have in the pics below i highly suggest. That includes the meatloaf and the chicken with all the different sides as well. I highly recommend this spot thats in Irving Tx.

I used to say that You couldnt go wrong with Cheddars... That is not the case anymore. I went to the Cheddars near McArthur, and boy, oh boy! The first thing was that they needed to move us to a different booth because the seat was broken. Secondly, the foods quality has precipitated abruptly. The 8-oz salmon was more like a 4-oz salmon. The cheese broccoli casserole was burned, overcooked, and dried. The other side (red beans and rice) was more like a cup of rice with four red beans on the top. The Painkiller? I dont know what it was, but that wasnt a Painkiller. The Painkillers is a copyrighted drink that mandates a specific rum (2 o of Pusser s rum). That liquor wasnt Pusser s rum. They added cinnamon! Really? That killed the flavor of the drink! That was NOT the Painkiller recipe and cannot be called Painkiller, nor be offended in the menu since it was a copyright infringement! The waiter did her best, and the manager at least pretended to care, but the quality of the food and drinks was less than desirable. I cant recommend this place anymore.

Lauren was our waitress. It took about 10 minutes before we were even greeted. Then she wrote down our drink/ appetizer order but didnt bring the right ones to us and when we asked to bring us what we order she starred at us like she didnt know what we were asking her. Then she said, I forgot what yall had. We didnt get our drinks till after the appetizers came out. Then we ordered our food and again she wrote it down and we didnt get the sides we ordered and an entrée. We had to ask another waitress Anna to get our order right as we were talking to her. Lauren stuck her head around and proceeded to yell over my grand baby, sleeping in his car seat, and called me out of my name because I asked Anna if we could have another waitress. We had a good time at the restaurant, despite a small issue with being charged for the kids playing games on the tablet without our knowledge. The food was average, with a few dishes being overcooked and arriving late due to a kitchen mistake. However, our waitress was wonderful - very kind and accommodating. For the price, Im not sure you can beat it...location was great, food was what Ive come to expect from a Cheddars, service was fine, and the atmosphere was a bit mid. Still, we enjoyed our time there.

Cheddar never fails. Service is good, food always comes out quickly. And oh man those yummy croissant! I can voucher for the bourbon salmon as its the only thing I order! And Ive had it at least 15 times. Food

Weve missed Cheddars so much since the one over in Bedford closed. We decided to come over to this one as a treat since its a bit of a drive for us. They seemed busy but got us in quick. Araceli our server was super sweet. We just got our usuals, chicken tender salad and shrimp Alfredo. My fiance loved his and mine was good too. The chicken was lukewarm, but it was cooked, so I was like meh, and ate it. Overall we love Cheddars so much and wish we could get another location opened up again closer to us!
