Great outdoor seating area for having a cocktail and people watching. The food was good, had the cheese burger and fries, they don t give you many fries which was a touch disappointing. They re very friendly and several different people stopped by our table to see if we needed more chips or drinks. Parking: Skip the garage directly across from the restaurant it has very limited spots and go to the garage diagonal plenty of places to park. There s also parking in smaller lots, on the street, and valet.

Im new to the area, so Ive been trying local places for happy hour and on the weekends just to get out. Theyve consistently been so welcoming and friendly to me and my dog when we stop by, to the point that were here about once a week now. The food and drinks that Ive tried have been great. Our usual waitress even stops by when were not in her section just to say hi and ask us how we are. Great atmosphere and great place all around.

I absolutely love The Gingerman! Ive been a regular here for quite some time now, and every staff member Ive met has been incredibly warm and welcoming from day one. Food pairs perfectly with the beers on tap, and the bartenders are knowledgeable about each beer they have. Great seasonal beers as well. Theyve created a great atmosphere, and I love the community theyve brought together. A must try is you ever find yourself in Las Colinas!!

Ginger Man is a great place to have beer and chill out your day with your friends and colleagues. THE GINGER MAN is located at Las colinas and has a beautiful location. It has a beautiful park. In front and outside, sitting with lighting makes it more beautiful. They have both inside and outside sittings and with bar top sitting even. They have great choice of fresh tap beers. Also, light bites options are so great even. I have been with my friends and enjoyed Fresh beer food and service. Staff was friendly and courteous. Must try to visit if you are a great fan of beer and chill out place. Best to visit the place is after 5pm.

We were on Vacation from Wisconsin and only stopped by for a couple drinks while we relaxed sitting outdoors. She was super nice and was able to give us some good recommendations on what was going on around in the area. Disappointing experience at The Ginger Man. Mediocre food, lacking seasoning & flavor. Only plus was the temperature on the fish & presentation. Poor service. Server lacked to tell us her name, failed to follow up after food delivery and even missed an entree during ordering. Everyone makes mistakes, but the fact the server didn t even acknowledge the mistake was bothersome. Thankfully the manager did her part. Compared to the other restaurants nearby this particular spot has some stepping up to do.

I took my puppy there to sit on the patio for a couple drinks. Mathew was my server and was more than accommodating. Not only did he keep my glass full, I had ordered my little dude a bacon cheddar burger. He had it chopped up puppy style and then even took a video for me. He also was there to watch him while I went in to use the restroom. I would definitely recommend this place.

I will never come again and I don t understand how they have 5 stars, make no sense After reading the owners response, the only think I could say is that you are too blind to accept your areas of opportunity and, if you think that a meal that took 1.5 hrs for two salads and fries, is a good time, then you are the one who is wrong and now I understand your service.
