This place sucks... The food, the service, the ambience. All of it sucks. The food was salty, bland. The customer service is almost none existent. If it hadnt been for Jaleesia (with the pretty hair) assisting us, I would rate this place a BIG ZERO. The little caucasian female, who I absolutely thought was a little boy, has horrible customer service. The new girl on the cash register needs more training. I requested a refund on my food. I only paid for the drink. This was our first time at C & P. We will not eat at this establishment again.

Kids had a great time, service was a bit slow and the tables were messy from the last guests. We had an hour reservation and it took 30 minutes for our server to take our order, and another 15-20 minutes for our appetizers. So essentially we started eating 50 minutes into our reservation, and were still sitting there eating while the next family played and glared at us for sitting in their area. Have been to the Grapevine location and had a much better experience, as well as more outdoor activities.

It was my birthday, I thought the experience would be decent. I was very far fetched from. I m big on customer service considering I have been in the industry for over 20 years. I just think the customer service should be priority over everything. The rudeness was very uncalled for and distasteful. Whoever the staff was at the bar just hanging out waiting on tip share with the green shirts and braids and the rude Bartender, , DO BETTER it could be worse.

Chicken N Pickle is a very cool concept. Play indoor pickleball before or after you eat/drink, because everythings right there. Large outdoor dining area and bar, which we wouldve enjoyed except it was raining. Ate indoors with family for a late lunch. All the orders were generous, fresh and very tasty, according to my companions. I had the OG salad and it was a standout! Who knew quinoa, greens, cubed, lightly pickled beets and other veg could be so darned tasty?!? Friendly, attentive wait staff. A bit too much AC and the music was definitely too loud for the limited number of diners, but overall a very good experience!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Philip, and they truly elevated my dining experience. From the moment we checked in for a court, he was attentive, constantly checking in without being intrusive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and professional demeanor made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The attention to detail, like remembering small requests and offering thoughtful suggestions, really stood out. Honestly, I would come back to this restaurant just because of Philip. He made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Philip as your server and the food there is also amazing, please ask them for suggestions if you are indecisive!

First time visiting on a busy Saturday evening and I ll just say that taking care of the customer goes a long way. The issue could ve been an easy fix but instead you get a 3 star rating. Overall rating of 3 for the atmosphere. So You stand in line to order food and they give you a number. The girl taking our order either didn t hear me say chicken quesadilla or accidentally entered it wrong. I specified chicken twice when ordering but it was also loud in the establishment. Either way my toddlers food arrives and it s only a cheese quesadilla. I notify the staff member rounding outside and he says he ll go in and take care of it. Comes back out and says his manager states I would have to purchase a new quesadilla. I asked if he meant i could just pay the extra / difference for the chicken or if he meant I d have to pay for a whole new quesadilla. Because I was willing to pay the difference. He said no, the price of a whole new one . I WISH I would ve. Because it s a matter of principle. All the while, I was so focused on getting my toddler squared away, i didn t even notice my wrap was wrong. Should ve been grilled chicken but it was fried. I guess since it was entered correctly on the receipt but they prepared it wrong, they went ahead and re made it. Wrap wasn t even very flavorful And the drinks were just mediocre. At least the ones we ordered.

Make sure you don t leave the tip part in blank because they will steal and add what ever tip they want I was there this Saturday July 13 I went to the bar and got a $6.50 beer i gave the bar tender cash tip and on top of it I get a charge today that they added tip on the $6.50 bill which is Unacceptable they are stealing. Besides that the place is fun but watch out for the bartenders on stealing from your debit card.

Hello all, we had the opportunity to visit this establishment on a sponsored church marriage ministry event. I had never heard of this place but we had a great time! Great place for family and fun. Has 6 indoor pickleball courts and 2 outdoor covered and three non covered. Parking can be hard to find at night weekdays and weekends. Food is also great. Parking: Nights weekday and weekends can have hundreds of people so parking can be very hard to find. There is a free parking garage but it fills up fast. There is also outdoor parking in the surrounding area but it is full too. Wheelchair accessibility: Facility is wheelchair accessible and parking.

For a first time visit I can sincerely say the service was exceptional! All staff were polite and very informative. I reserved an outside court for 2 hours for a small birthday gathering, it was easy to find seating nearby and convenient to have our food brought out to us. We had a small birthday cake we were worried would melt in the Texas heat, but a kind staff member put in the fridge for us. A special thank you to Blake who constantly checked in on our group with a smile, attentiveness, and genuine kindness. Even though we didn t have a private event, we were still treated just as important. It s easy to get lost in the growing crowd but he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. I would gladly return and recommend to anyone looking for a fun space for a get together. Great experience overall!

Plenty of space, an abundance of menu items not including the the buffet. This is an extremely large restaurant with so many spaces to hangout including the pickle ball courts!When you order you receive a gps marker so they can find you in this massive place. Staff was friendly especially the cashier. Food was delicious and came out pretty fast. Try the Cat head biscuit!

Felt completely ignored at this place by the staff all around. Ignored at the bar by an male employee whom didnt even look old enough to serve drinks. It wasnt busy but as soon as another couple walked up he rushed to help them. Maybe he had enough of US for the day. Other than that big issue the place was bright and clean. Had free cold water outside at the courts. Dont know if my family will return.

First timer today, food was delicious. Service was even better - my little sister did not like a sauce (picky child) on the chicken burger she chose and was not eating it, and the staff did not hesitate to re make the whole order for us again without the sauce for her to be able to eat it. They are very attentive and quick. Atmosphere is clean.

The only complaint is that the mens rest room is Nasty and needs a deep cleaning. Does the manager ever take a look at the floors, Nasty? The Food was good and the service was ok not really 5 star the young lady appeared to be trying may need some additional training.

Went Saturday to watch UFC 302 and the staff was VERY unorganized and unfriendly and unwelcoming. Very unprofessional, bartenders look like they re fresh out of high school. At the end of the night my tabbed had been closed without my permission and when I asked to get my receipt to see what was on my tab one of the servers said is that really that important to you and when exposing the situation this kid that was one of the bartenders said chill out dude we re working on it don t come here
