I went to a birthday party here, and the person at the entrance was preoccupied but let me in. The party section was pitiful, and the table cloth was torn to size rather than cut to size. You could see the uneven and frayed tear clearly. The hostess (?) came over once the family arrived, and she began asking the parents what they wanted to order for the party, after they previously ordered the package online. We also got the wrong amount of adult cups, and the hostess wanted to count each cup two times after we let her know, I guess to make sure we werent trying to pull one over on her for a single cup. Everything seemed to be an extra charge for the parents, the service was sparse, tables were dirty, and it just wasnt pleasant. The drink area was grimey, and someone left their cleaning towel on the counter. The pizza was great though.

Food took an hour to come out and that was after I checked with them. They had given food to people that ordered after me. Also, the marinara sauce had spoiled. It was very acidic and bitter. Pizza, 4 wings, fries, cheese sticks and 4 celery sticks and 2 salads for $78. Not worth it. On a positive note, the salads were good but would not make me wanna go back.

we had our baby boy birthday there but the service was horrible. food took forever we had order wings and they brought super late, by that time no one was eating the pizza were all burnt and barely any cheese on it. To be honest its not worth it pay $500 for 2 hours of bad service. Place was really dirty the girl who is the bounce house was on her phone while kids were getting beat by old kids. Horrible experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS PARTY!!!

Horrible! Pizza is cold and they would not replace it. The workers are so in their own zone and dont pay attention to WHAT THEIR JOB IS!!@ Spend so much money here and crappy service and food. Every time I go my granddaughter has a great time.. The manager on duty always treats her like a star. Always clean, with friendly staff and atmosphere. Kitchen was closed by 8. Machines & prizes were shut down at 9:02. They did not give out any prizes and told us to come back tomorrow. Inconsiderate! After you spend money on games for the kids and they don t get any prizes? Maybe if a manager was present, the situation could ve been handled better. Good place to eat, but can get pricey and they dont have deals for a family of 4, was forced to buy the package that came with 6 drinks instead of 4, for two pizzas. no suggestions or recommendations as to a way we could have saved a little money,for a family of 4. we basically got 2 large 1 topping pizzas, 4 salads and a cookie. (no package includes salads) and 3 game passes 60 tokens (on them) and spent over $220 dollars

This was our first time at the Irving location, we had an awesome time. I met the manager Nico, because I was curious about the new bands to play games, he explained the difference between the bands and the play card. We decided to purchase the bands, The facility was very clean, they kept coming by to take the trash, the bathrooms were very clean, the were so many games for adults and children, and we loved the food. You have a great manager. Your staff is amazing too. We will return very soon. I appreciate having a great experience and atmosphere.

My family loves coming up this Chuck E Cheese location, due to Nikko s great customer care and team. He ensures that the facility is very clean and his team members are knowledgeable and work as hard and diligently as he does. Nikko is an asset to your organization. We waited over an hour for one pizza! We kept asking when it would be ready and we just kept getting the same response it ll be ready in 10 minutes! First off.. Employees seemed welcoming, which is a plus. However, some more training may be needed to ensure all employees know the availability of certain packages. Pizza is mediocre at best as it always has been. Knew not to expect anymore than that. Several of the games either didnt work or didnt give the correct amount of tickets that my children actually won. Overall the kids had fun so that a plus. Things need to be improved overall. Not horrible, not wonderful. Pretty much as expected.

Got to experience this place for the first time ( 37years old ) with my daughter today. We had loads of fun! The pizza was actually pretty good and the salad was delicious. Employees were really nice and kept the place clean, It was really cool and nice to see them wiping down games and tables and sweeping consistently. Worst bar ever. The bartenders were all under 18 so it took over ten minutes to get a manager that could sell me a beer. I came back later and was told they can only sell one drink an hour so Id have to wait 4 minutes. Kids running around everywhere and music was mostly kid bop and off-brand Mickey Mouse rapping at me. Very difficult to get a table for one when you look like a middle aged white man with a beard -- my privilege does not work well here apparently. Absolutely no chicks to pick up. They are all married or have kids already.

I just took my 4 yr old son here. I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and courteous staff. The pizza was good too. I paid 30$ for 1 hr of unlimited games. You can scan a game about every 30 secs, so multiple people can play the same or different games at same time, which was really cool. You also get tickets from some of the games. They have a lot of throwing and hitting things games and free pictures. They have one side that has games for smaller kids and one side for bigger. Great experience I will definitely return!!

Attended a birthday party and I was not impressed. The seating in between parties was cramped. (See pictures) The atmosphere was way too relaxed for it to be children s amusement park. (See video during the Happy birthday celebration. ) Staff wasn t very interactive. Chuck E Cheese was just a prop. Service was fair - the trash was thrown away by yourself or parents. The pizza was not as good as another Chuck E. Cheese. I buy the boxes of Chuck E. Cheese pizza from the store and it was better than this. Parking: Parking spaces are limited. There were about 15 spaces in the front. There are spaces on the side it s just the street is very busy due to the shopping center so it was heart thumping getting the littles across.

Customer service is not good, an hour wait just for one pizza, wings came out cold. No ice in the ice machine, salad bar didn t have most stuff for a salad, Manager was arguing back. When the manager was cleaning he was throwing stuff all over the place, and would clean if you was sitting on the table. Most of the games were out of service. We took my 20 month old son to play and he had a good time. He was too young for the games but there was 4 to 5 kiddie rides he could get on. He fell in love with the Scooby doo van so he mostly just rode that van about 5 or 6 times. He rode the other rides about 1x ea but he kept going back to the van. We didnt eat so cant comment about that but the place was very nice and clean. There was no price for admission. We just bought a $20 game card and we didnt use it all. It is always a place highly sought after by children for games and entertainment but it has really not grown in the last 6 years: 1.- their games are the same. They have no innovation. * Apart from that, if you buy by time, the games will scam you according to what you get better than by points, but they still wont scam you. 2.-their air conditioning doesnt work well so its very hot. Imagine when the place is full of children!!! 3.-they take time to serve the food. 4.- They do not have cleaning service because their tables remain dirty for a long time. This place needs maintenance, improvement of care and service. Kid-friendliness: Yes in something. They need to improve.

Called to get info regarding their party package. And asked what was the age limit was before they started to charge. Spoke with a rep from corporate his name was Nick, super rude, very smart mouth, stated that if the child is going to play games and eat pizza then they d charge. So I ask more detailed, if an 9 month old came would you charge for that child? , he says a 9mnth old can t eat pizza I said umm yes they can. Dude clearly doesn t have kids. But I let it go, and of course he goes back and forth. So I state so there is an age limit He then tried to act like he couldn t hear me once I got an attitude back with him, but I could hear everything in his background. Smh customer service is not the same anymore. Can t even call to plan a party without someone being rude.

My kids really loved it a lot. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the laziness of the staff who was there in the ticket redeem section. Havent been here in years and the last time it was the worst but this time it was very upgraded and not a lot of people the only bad thing was the food service took forever I understand if it was packed but it wasnt and we had to wait an hour and half to get a pizza and some wings.

I took off work Friday October 28th, so I could take my kids to the costume contest that was supposed to be happening at 6:30pm. I got them ready in their costumes in the pouring rain. We get to Chuck E Cheese in Irving around 6:15pm. I ask where do we go for the costume contest? We did it last year and my kids had so much fun. I was told they are only doing the contest on Saturday and Sunday. I work both those days and can t bring my kids back. They were so disappointed. I had planned for this day in advance. The email I received and the menu sign said the costume contest was taking place on Friday. The manager said that corporate decided not to do it on Friday. There was no sign that said the contest was cancelled that night. The manager did give my kids tickets, which was really nice. Also, when I bought a 60min play card, I thought the extra 30min of playtime was automatically added, it said so on the sign but it was not added until I asked about it. The email I received also said candy was going to be handed out every hour from 6:30pm-8:30pm. No one was giving candy out either. I m a little confused about all the false advertising. At least the staff was friendly and the pizza was tasty, still a disappointing night.

I dont think Ive ever posted a review. I am here now and this manager is incredibly incompetent. We waited 25 minutes before ordering and were second in line. The manager just argued with me that these fries are cooked all the way and would not cook them more. Some are still hard in the middle.I was told by an employee his name is Nico. Such a terrible experience I will be reaching out to corporate.

Today we had a small party for my son. The manager, Tabatha took care of us. She was so accommodating and friendly. Just awesome all around. Everyone had an great time. Thanks for a great party

Took the kids and had some fun but everything is so expensive and we wasted 30 minutes of gameplay, no one explained how anything worked and there was only one person working the register and the ticket redeeming....none of it was worth how much we spent...prefer cidercade anyday

This is a nice big Chuck E Cheese much bigger than the ones near my home and they have more rides. My only complaint is it s soooo dirty! The rides that you sit in were so filthy with sticky stuff the big white chair that you can take a picture in was also very dirty. If the rides were clean our experience would ve been so much better.

Staff and this specific location are great! Thank you to the Irving team that helped me make my daughters birthday special! I really loved the service I was given! The reason I am giving only 4 stars is due to the birthday package. I paid for the Ultimate Birthday Package ( most expensive ) and was not satisfied with the package itself. I feel as if the 2 hour limit felt a bit rushed. I also only got 1 pizza for adults and had to purchase drinks separately. Which is not to big of an issue but everything is very over priced there now and it added an extra $100+ to our bill. Which at that point was not worth it in my opinion.
