The food was good although I got a raw piece in the anticucho. The place where it is located is not very nice but the service is good... we arrived 15 minutes before closing and they attended to us. I must thank you for your kindness... they tell me they have another restaurant... I hope I can visit them next time.

Food was OK. I didnt like the anticuchos... the meat was a little raw. The stuffed potatoes were delicious. The loin ok. There is a lot of huayno from the south in the environment. The service was good. The owner is very attentive and helpful. Cheaper dishes; 17 to 22. Parking: There is enough parking in the shopping plaza

I usually come to eat at this restaurant, but this time it was not what I expected. The dishes are very delicious, very satisfied with the flavor, however the portion has been greatly reduced, that is the only thing I have to say about Cusco, I will return soon and I hope to leave with a 10/10

Arrived at 8pm was told that there was no more food and could not be served. Meanwhile the restaurant next door was happy serving(not us but another family) people walking in at 8:54! Turning people away an hour before service ends is not how to run a business.

This place is a shame, bad food, we waited more than 2 hours for a ceviche that was very bad and the other three dishes we ordered did not arrive, outside the claim, we paid for what we consumed. Nobody tells you that its going to take so long and the food outside of that was very bad. DO NOT GO.

Visiting a place serving food you have never try before, should be an opportunity for that restaurant to guide through the menu. That never happened, in the contrary our server seemed to not understand that. My wifes food was literally cold, when making a reference in that regards to our server, she replied you should have let me know earlier . I plainly ask for my food to be heated up.

If I could give 0 stars I surely would . Horrible customer service, waiter clueless on how to take an order. Thats in English and Spanish spoken. The cook refusing to cook food the right Peruvian way, we had to send back our food more than once and the cook had horrible attitude, saying for us to order something else instead of fixing the actual issue. Which honestly was simple things to be fix. One of the guest in our party is vegetarian and all she asked was for a saltado de chicken not to have chicken or put the chicken on the side. They brought her dry fries and rice to the table with no saltado and they said they could not fix it. Also the lomo they served us was cold and stale and when we tried to send back, we were told by the cook/owner to order something else, when asked why , they didnt want to give a reason . We waited about 25 minutes for the order to be remade and after asking twice waiter said you won t get anything remade ,the owner refused to cook the Lomo saltado again nor gave other meal option . Totally disappointing, waste of time, and money and horrible customer service . Visiting from CA and was hopeful to have a new Peruvian restaurant to look forward to coming when visiting Texas but sadly this place completely sucked, lacks everything. IF you know what real Peruvian food is ,youll know this place is a joke of a Peruvian restaurant. They treat people like trash . Btw their causa is a RED freezing cold tasteless mashed potatoes in ball shape ,all Peruvians know there is no causa that looks in any way red. Update !! on the response below. Nothing but a bunch of lies. if lying is how you get your business going then thats sad. Be honest, admit you were at fault. This is not the first review on this app for any restaurant, when its good we recommend it when its bad, we are honest. We dont just stand at the cashier while your waiter is lying to your customers telling them their order will be remade and make them wait 30 minutes to later tell them no nothing will be remade. If food is cold and stale, future customers need to know. If its sent back because you encourage to send back food if order is not done right and you refuse to remake or give a second option, future customers need to know.(only one lomo sent to the table) If the owner refuses to speak to the customer when an order is wrong and hides instead then future customers need to know. You dont have an honest business, surprisingly now you have time to respond with an essay, but not when your customer wanted to speak to you, that s bad customer service, everybody needs to know. If this response was written by the owner and supposedly you were not there, how is it that you know the attitude your staff had towards their customers. You don t make sense. Get your story right. Nice try !

It was okay. The food was good. I typically do not like restaurants where banquet chairs and a bunch of 4 top tables are thrown into a space and then called the dining room. We did not appreciate being told that there would be a cost for a side order. Of course there is a cost. Was the waitress trying to talk us out of it or was an assumption/judgement being made that we were going to try and get something for free.

I wish this restaurant was close to where I live, but I know for sure that every time Im in the area, I will go there. The food is served pretty fast and at a good temperature. The portions are enough for two to share if yall have to. So enjoy your food and time with your family! Vegetarian options: Choose what you want without meats.

Terrible service, on weekends they have too many customers and they do not hire more waiters and/or cooks, which means that the orders come out after an hour or more and the food does not taste good, only 2 waiters for the entire restaurant that is full They cant even take the order for the drink, and the worst thing is that the waiters move their orders between themselves and fight over which order is ahead, etc., they urgently need better organization and management and of course hire more people, they leave the customers with a very bad experience, I left the restaurant without a food order after waiting 1 hour and 5 minutes and I still had to wait longer because they were not preparing the order, everything was bad, very bad. One of the things that ALWAYs make me come back to any place is the good service. When I came to this restaurant for the first time I walked in. I wait a moment in the front door waiting for any of the workers to acknowledge me but they didnt then I walked to the register, a lady was standing there packing food. I wait till she finished but she never did, it was one of those awkward moments. She didnt have the courtesy to say Hello, you can sit down wherever you want or Hello, Im busy right now but Ill be right back with you when I finished NO!! She ignored me like if I wasnt standing there in front of here . I almost walk out, until another waitress point a table to me. Food was ok nothing special, I wait a lot of time for that ok food. Ill NEVER EVER coming back to this awful place. By the way the place was quite dirty, and old.. I will recommend go to EL TESORO del INCA restaurant, as soon as you get there the owner welcome you with a big smile and give you a table the food there is awesome!! Cusco restaurant needs to learn how to treat people better.

We ordered three dishes, rice with chicken, anticuchos and tacu tacu with lomo saltado (the dish in the photo). A real Peruvian knows that that is not tacu tacu no matter how you look at it. It is simply rice and beans. There are the foreigners who believe it. The anticuchos were totally tasteless, zero flavor, you couldnt feel the panca marinade with vinegar in any bite. The only redeemable thing was the chicha morada. The service was fast even though it was Sunday only because the restaurant had 20% occupancy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Ordered 3 dishes; anticuchos, arroz con pollo and tacu tacu with lomo saltado (pic below). A real Peruvian would know that this isnt tacu tacu. Its just a mix of rice and beans. If a foreign person believes that this is an authentic Peruvian food I feel sorry for yall. The anticuchos werent marinated with the panca sauce and vinegar mix. The only edible (drinkable) was the chicha morada. Service was quick though just because it was only at 20% capacity on a Sunday late afternoon. DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

If I could give a negative star I would. Not only did everything taste like it was made three days ago, overcooked or just plain old seafood. My family and I came to eat here today and after our meal before I even got the check I was already so nauseated I had to go to the restroom to throw up. It was awful. I ve never had food poisoning hit that quickly.

Really a very unpleasant experience, more than 40 minutes for an appetizer, being completely ignored and having to get up to order at the cashier, when there are waiters. Another hour passed to be able to order another dish...!!! It seems, from the ridiculous excuse I received, if you dont go with a large group, you will receive no service, no friendly treatment, much less an apology for your rudeness. In the midst of this unpleasant experience, I will say that one of the waitresses came over and helped me when she saw my frustration even though it was not her responsibility to serve my table. I would not recommend this place to my acquaintances or friends, I prefer to save them a bad time and money in their pocket. Sad to say I only went to enjoy the band that performed that day. **at no time did I feel welcome, much less in my house** Really a very unpleasant experience, more than 40 minutes for an appetizer, being totally ignored and having to get up to order at the cashier, when there are waiters. That will be more appreciated.

Peru in Dallas! What a delight... 2nd time we come and they never fail us with the flavors! The only thing that maybe we didnt like was the first Tigre leche because they were a little too peppery but we let them know and they gave us a different one that was spectacular on point! recommended.
