Considering the local bars in town its the best option we have. The karaoke and live DJ are absolutely terrible IMO (WAY too loud) but people like it so whatever.

About maybe 13-15 years ago I came here from England after seeing a friend in Dallas. Some dude walked in with a guitar, got on stage, asked if there were any musicians in the audience and eventually put together 4-5 other people who, after speaking for perhaps 10 minutes, played the most incredible, Pink Floyd / Blues music I d ever heard. I was blown away. As the guy left later that night, I asked what his name was and he said Buck. And he signed me a Dollar that said thanks for coming to listen to Texas Blues and I ve only just found that Dollar, that s why I m writing this review now. But I never forgot that night. I asked how it was possible that strangers could play the best blues music after just a few minutes of talking and he said we just agreed to play in the key of C . As a non musician, that stuck with me. Now I play guitar and it s all thanks to Buck. So, wherever you are, buddy. You re remembered fondly by an English dude who met you over a decade ago.

Not my cup of tea at all and the lady was back there clearly doesnt like her job. Constantly hissing, growling and playing in her nasty hair. Oh and did I mention the food? The food is disgusting the entire environment there is just garbage. I wouldnt go back if they paid me to not even getting pissy drunk would improve the experience there

Food is standard bar fare. There are no low tables for handicap seating. Table service wasnt great. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in but youll have to use a real table unless you are lucky enough to get the ONE booth. No bar access. No patio access.

My wife and I decided to stay in Richardson for the weekend and just pig out at different restaurants. We visited RBG last night and sat at the bar. The food was good, and prices were fair. The cheese fries, and the Club sandwich hit the spot. However, the bartender wasnt attentive at all. She didnt come check in on us one time. After she served us our drinks and food, that was it. No, Is everything OK? Do you guys need anything else. Even had to ask her a couple of times for the check.

Great sports bar. I was helped by Megan and she is awesome. The giant pretzel is dynamite and the Philly Cheesesteak is the greatest sandwich in the history of the world. Best Philly Cheesesteak Ive ever had. I was also helped by Skye and she is cool, too. Nice local dive bar and the people are awesome. I will return. Thank you again and best of luck. Cheers!!

Great bar for dates and relaxing. Fantastic staff. Come here with other people since its a very empty bar. Not alot of opportunities for pickup games of anything with people. They have a big jenga set in a isolated corner. 2 pool tables in another kind of isolated hall. 2 great shuffleboards, a big connect 4 on the main floor, with the bar and a few tables raised up away from all the games. There is always plenty of room. Never crowded. Clean and perfect lighting.

Pass this place all the time and never knew what it was because of just three initials. Went last night due to an invitation from friends. Definitely a dive bar. Karaoke had some decent singers. The bartenders could learn to make a proper old fashioned. Its an easy cocktail, but pouring whiskey over a cube of ice doesnt qualify as an old fashioned. Ordered two and both tasted completely different while neither tasted of an old fashioned. Also, rude management. Good thing I went there with low expectations and low standards, which still werent met.

Grate atmosphere! love this place will be back again and again. Came on a chance that they may of had food past 10pm on a Thursday but quit serving at 10 pm had a little drama but it seemed like that was out of the norm. Came back with my husband the next day and had a fantastic time. Made new friends and enjoy our night to the fullest came back for the 3rd night in a row and the atmosphere was still the same. Seems like a solid place to chill and have fun Friday and Saturday was karaoke some amazing singers here. Thanks for the great time. Oh ya the drinks are on point.

Amazing place! Cool vibe. Good food, good drinks. All the employees are super friendly. Diverse group of people who have all been friendly. The people who we heard sing karaoke need to be on American idol lol. 2 pool tables, gaming machines, giant Jenga, shuffle board, connect 4. Definitely recommend this place for a chill night out. Even if youre not a regular there theyll still treat you like family

I left my CC there last nite call me back so I can pick it up ! Mozzarella sticks 2 white wines and 2 beers 3 girls sitting near bar - one 6 2 . My boyfriend and I were staying at the Hilton in Richardson. We found RBG on Google. In spite of the polarizing reviews we took a chance and HAD A GREAT TIME. Excellent burgers, strong drinks, affordable af and a very kind staff. Two weary travelers couldn t ask for a better time.

The food is excellent, service is great and everythings reasonably priced. There is no longer smoking indoors which is awesome, but you can still do so out on the patio, which has been redone and looks awesome. A chill neighborhood spot to have a drink and/or food without too much drama or shenanigans. Some of the former Austin Avenue (now closed) crowd hangs out there now.

I like the ambiance of this place. There was live music , a happening crowd and a great service. The bar tender was cool and the waitress was amazing ! They have two pool table and you have to pay 1.5$ to play a game, but it s worth it with friends . We had a great time with the live music on the weekend . The Summer Punch drink is a must try .We met a great group of Pool enthusiasts. Overall, great experience on a Saturday evening.

Service at the bar was fast and friendly, as were the patrons. Lots of TVs to play whatever your heart desires. Clean and accommodating. I have to deduct two stars because I dont know if I will return. Our fry basket came out cold and our wings came out over fried and hard. I dont think people come here for the food. Edit: came back for a burger and tried the gumbo. The minus two stars was my fault not knowing how to order. Solid bar all around. See you there.
