My grandson is now a patient here. I was very impressed by Tamara Martin and how the flow of things went. Our whole visit from filling out new patient paper work to end was one hour. The staff seemed friendly enough considering they deal with children all day long lolol. Tamara is a very passionate person when it come to her patients. You can tell immediately. She listened and explained her observations. We will be with her for the long haul. One hour... I love it. Next to my grandson health...time is the next important thing.

I have been coming to this pediatric clinic since I was a baby and highly recommend others to visit as well. Although the wait time can be quite a bit since it is often busy, especially when school is ongoing the providers still move quickly to tend to you as quickly as possible while also considering the care you need. Since I got sick a lot, I often visited this clinic which has given me enough exposure to healthcare that made me fall in love with the profession. Dr. Tamara has allowed me to shadow her and after seeing how she practices medicine, how she treats her patients, and how she cares for them, it has inspired me to pursue a career in the healthcare field and follow in her footsteps. From the moment she walks into the room, she focuses her attention on the patient and quickly notices any abnormalities, which is fascinating. Many customers fail to realize that providers are human and have one of the most difficult professions there is. These providers and Tots 2 Teens staff work hard to provide you with the proper care you need. The providers and staff are understanding, welcoming, and genuine.

Wait time was very short, we were taken to a room and seen by the doctor before I even finished paperwork. The nurses were so sweet to my son and Dr. Martin went out of her way to make me and my son comfortable. I came to this clinic after a bad experience with my sons previous doctor and am happy that I switched.

I used to love this place. The staff is so sweet and friendly. However, the lack of accurate communication is driving me crazy. Every time we go we have to wait over an hour to be seen. They take forever to answer the phone. I took my baby for a COVID test yesterday and 24 hours later I have not heard back. The last time I took him for a test they gave me results within minutes. This time they said results would be ready the next day and that I would get a phone call. Today I received a link at 11:10 am saying to check in to my 10:10 am appointment. I was never told I was having an appointment. And why would u receive a Link an hour after the so called appointment?? I called the clinic and asked why things are being done this way and the lady said I m not sure ma am makes me think very bad. Update: the whole point of the phone call for results was to have the Dr give me the results. Well it was the MA who called, not the dr. She asked me if I m alternating between Tylenol and Motrin but I was told yesterday to only give Tylenol.

I DO NOT recommend this office. Very unprofessional and rude. I have 4 children and my other 3 see another pediatrician office. I have never experienced bad customers like I have at Tots 2 Teens. AND may I add the wait time is horrible! I have been meaning to change his pediatrician but today really just pushed my buttons. I rate this place poorly.

Please indicate the time the last walk in visit is welcomed on your website/on google. We drove 30 min in traffic to take my child in for a sick visit, got there around 5:45 pm on a Monday afternoon and got told they were closed already yet their website and google says they close at 6:30pm. If you ever try calling, they never answer to make an appointment.

Highly recommend this clinic to any family. Tamara Martin is a provider that truly cares about her patients wellbeing as. She is there to help in anyway possible and easy to talk to. The MAs here are compassionate and work efficiently to make sure everyone is seen in a timely manner. Front desk staff is welcoming and always willing to answer any questions.

I dont have a very good experience. I have called several times and they cut me off when I ask to speak Spanish and today I have called 4 times because I need my baby to be checked again. I need an appointment for my son. I have already left a message. I have called and They keep me on the line waiting for a long time and then the call ends up being cut off. And I need an appointment for my sick baby that a week ago I took him there with you because according to it is a viral infection and my son is still sick I also took him to the hospital and the only thing they tell me is that it will soon happen to him just those of us who are mothers We know the anguish that is experienced with a sick baby and that they do not give you a solution and you do not see any improvement even with medication.

I can t believe I still come to this place. I have had several times were they ask if a shot has been given when this is the only doctor my kids have been to. They have no respect for time as I am almost 1 hour and 30 mins past my appointment time and still have not been seen or anything done. If you don t have the time don t schedule the appointment. This is beyond ridiculous and I will never be back.

Best clinic ever !Highly recommend !I bring my 3 kiddos in with Tamara and she always ALWAYS makes sure we get seen even on their busiest days as a walkin.! They are kid friendly!I want to say they ve done a excellent job with the new check in girls both ladies are very welcoming and always helpful answering my questions I went not too long ago 1 of my kid where sick and Andrea the young lady front desk helped get my kid in and made sure we got seen she was approachable ,friendly and kind! service 10/10 .I was referred out for specialist ,anhi or Anai or anna the referral person called me same day wit info I needed to schedule to get my kid in to see specialist she s amazing as well.She got us taken care of quick !! just another doctors office where the front desk ruins everything. the doctors are okay. have given my child multiple diagnoses only to say they were wrong and then to bring it up again in the next visit. the front desk is unfriendly and unapproachable. we were told we would be called with a reference for a specialist, we never received that. i asked for it at the front, she said they only give that over the phone, sigh. needless to say, they never called. their wait time is nutsssss and i always have to go to a clinic anyway. no longer worth it and i don t feel like their diagnoses were accurate and am in need of a second opinion anyway.

Our kids went here pretty regularly for about 9 months. Dr Tamara was awesome - she was very sincere and thorough and it was apparent that she cares deeply about her patients and making sure the parents feel secure and leave without having any questions. The wait time was probably the biggest downer for us - most times it was 30-45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 30-45 minutes in the exam room, and then 10 minutes of actually being seen. The last time, we scheduled a same day appointment after an incident with our boys and my husband was there for 3 hours with them. My son received his kindergarten shots in December 2022 but when I registered him for kindergarten, I found out that those shots never made it into their records or on MyChart. They had given us a paper copy of his immunizations that we had given to his preschool, who later lost the form. So once we switched clinics, he had to receive them a second time. All in all, Dr Tamara is amazing but the office staff seems a little overwhelmed.

I came here when I was a child up until I was 18. Now both my little come and we have never been disappointed. Yes at times there is a wait but guess what? That s pretty much everyone and in my eyes it shows me how much Tamara is willing to see everyone and make sure everyone is taken care of. We have NEVER had a bad experience. Tamara has always gone above and beyond for myself (when I came) and now my kids. She has the purest heart and works as hard as she can to give the best service. I will always recommend.

I have taken my child here for both ADHD evaluation and regular check ups, physicals and when they are sick. Each time we have really appreciated the treatment we have received. I have taken my child to several different doctors for ADHD and was not happy with the lack of time and attention they put in to really analyzing what was going on and the treatment and medication they recommended. This office was different and much better! They took the time, analyzed and came up with a great plan! They even gave us a medicine that helped with the symptoms of loss of appetite, no one ever did that before and this was a huge issue for my son. They are very responsible when it comes to Covid screening which they are required to be so I understand and actually appreciate their efforts on this. I will be returning for all my kids!

I took my daughter there recently, April 17, and had a horrible experience. Throughout the whole appointment I had an employee, Crystal Rodriguez, following us up and down. At times, I couldnt hear the information given to us as she would interrupt her employees. All that was a bother, but I could tolerate it. What I really did not appreciate is when the doctor had left the patient room and she, Crystal Rodriguez, had stayed and refused (by that I mean she stood by the door and splayed her legs) to let me go. She insisted in asking personal questions (regarding my pharmacy preferences) before I could leave. Very unprofessional, very disturbing, and very disappointing as this has been a great place to go. Now Im not sure if Id go back.

This place is wonderful! Had an appointment today and the place was packed. Even though there was a little wait, due to being so busy, the staff and doctor were all very informative and friendly. As parents we know the dr office can get behind.. ok that s fine. But forgetting a patient in a room is beyond me. If you checked me in and did vitals/weight and checked eyes, throat and ears how do you forget a patient in the room and never return? No worries we won t be back! Also the front office lied abt sending paperwork to me. Told me 3 times it will be ready on Friday. I didn t get anything. I explained I needed it before Monday for school. I drove to the office on Saturday and my child s paperwork was sitting on the desk. So if I never went in, (which I gave the fax and my email to send it to) I would have had to call Monday again! This staff needs to get it together.

While the front staff was nice as well as the MA that got us into our room. This place was not kid/patient friendly at all. It takes more than a cute logo and colors in your clinic. The service is terrible, it takes more than 3 months to send the references, the people who attend the front are rude, they do not attend well to the needs of the patients, when you claim your rights they make your life impossible, the truth is a falsehood, this clinic is especially the ones that work with the references and tends to the front. You give the complaints to the person in charge, do nothing more than defend her and attack yourself. I give her a zero. Dont waste your time carrying your children. The treatment is terrible.

Poor, poor, poor this pediatrician failed my baby all the way around and I refuse to keep letting them fail him. First off the front desk is RUDE I checked in 5 minutes before my son appointment (well attempted) the front desk worker was on her cell phone texting too occupied to check me in ..After seeing how long she was gone be I let her know it was unprofessional and she should have been check me in so a lady next to her overheard me and she checked me in.. The doctor took my son blood for labs two months ago and failed to tell me that my son have a milk allergy. I took my baby to a GI specialist who informed me that my baby had bad inflammation and an infection in his stomach cause of strong milk allergies. I have been booking appointments previously daily with the clinic informing them that my son was in pain and gas was not the answer. NO HELP! The doctors don t update the patient file. I have scheduled appointments at this facility more than 5 times and when I call for update on a issue they tell me to make another appointment. I will be sharing with my subscribers on my podcast and YouTube page on all the ways this facility failed my son because PARENTS should know

This clinic dont know others valuable time, if they give appointment 10 am and the nurse will come in parking 11 am and the nurse said doctors will be right with you soon, and doctor comes 12 pm, its take over 2 hours, its too hard for small baby sitting on car more then 2 hour, I want to let you know that this clinic was not this condition before 2 years, so first thing if you have enough time you can chhose this clinic, otherwise please think about it

All of the doctors and staff our great. The wait time is a little more than desired at times, but overall not bad. All of the doctors have been great about explaining what they are doing or looking for at his check-ups especially to a new mom. They all love kids and support breastfeeding.

This doctors office is not very organized and if you make a appointment for one time they will probably take you not until not a whole hour . I had an appointment for 2:30 I got there at 2:25 they didn t call my child in until a whole hour later. They have horrible service people are kind but they don t know how to all work I saw half of the staff doing nothing while there was a whole waiting room was half full .

I cant say enough about how much I appreciate Tots 2 Teens Kid Care their staff is always helpful and friendly while maintaining an above the bar standard of professionalism. Recently Covid came knocking at our doorstep. My children each have different pediatricians. We called my sons they told me to assume that he had covid due to close contact with his aunt. we were told take over the counter cough syrup, happy Vicks and moniter his breathing if it gets bad go to the ER ending with wash your hands and good luck Dad. We called T2T Kids Care. to ask about my daughter and what we should do - they didnt turn her away we were in for the in car exam and test the same day. They prescribed meds and attended my daughter that day and have messaged or called everyday since to check on her progress. This is the type of selfless attentive care that they have given my daughter since she was born. Ive always walked away from an appointment feeling like we were more than just another patient that we mattered. Im now seriously considering bringing my son over to join the T2T Kid Care family as well.

Terrible service, they never answer calls, and when you have an appointment already scheduled it takes up to more than two hours to be attended to, I have been taking my son here for a month and they can never know what he has.

Terrible service, almost 2 hours waiting to be seen when I already had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks, weeks go by and they do not send the referrals to the providers because they say they do not have staff when in front there are 4 people and in the back there are 5 or 6 more. I have 3 children, they lost 3 patients.

Before they made everyone wait in the car, it was so much better. Now, you wait an hour or more in your car just to see a medical assistant for a strep test. Im hoping it gets better because we really do love this clinic.

I thought I understood the concept of making an appointment. A time and date is set in advance. The nurse even calls to confirm a day before. When you get to the office you shouldn t wait 45 mins to be seen. I have things to do. I had to reschedule and try again tomorrow this is highly upsetting.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAMARA MARTIN! Listen, we just moved here from Washington and it was a hastle finding a doctor. The doctor I went to, I just wasnt to comfortable with for bringing my kids. I prayed, looked up a few doctors & ran into this office. We just left & I FEEL GREAT ABOUT THIS DOCTOR. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, smart, loving, caring, most all..a believer. This is our new spot. Im one of those parents that kind of worry sometimes, parents that worry wants their kids checked up on areas that they feel most concerned...some doctors talk you out of your concern. Tamara did not. She cared, she understood, she did just what I asked. I REALLY LIKE HER and my husband does as well. My hutis a very quiet person, he doesnt say much, but he was constantly thanking her for her time. If you need a doc for your kiddos, bring here!!!

Horrible experience! It used to be Willis starnes and now its this Tots 2 teens and ever since it changed it went down hill quickly! Service was not like before. I had taken my son here when he had his bad allergies and I wanted to get him a covid-19 test for precautions not because he was exposed to someone. They got all the information wrong and than told me my results will be in a few days and than it ended up taking longer and there was ppl that got their results before my sons results and were seen the same day my son was seen. I did not feel comfortable with the nurse practitioner that saw my son. I did not get a good experience with her. I had to call them to send my sons school a note I had to remind them to send it 3 times. Its been a week and the school hasnt received it. I wont step foot there ever again.

If you are in need of an excellent dr. for your little ones all the way up to your teenagers look no further. Dr. Tamara and her staff is unbelievable remarkable. I have brought my kids here since they were newborns and I have never been disappointed in the care they have received here. There is no other office that I know of that does so much for children. They could care less about you or your child. I called at 6:00PM. They said to get there by 6:30PM. I drove up at 6:32PM. Google said that they were open until 7:00PM. The door was locked and a sign said that they were closed at 5:30PM. The nurses were hiding in the back, to avoid us knocking on the front window. Our daughter had a swollen hand from a preschool accident. We had to drive across town to get her treated. They could care less about you or your children. I will never come back.

Dr Tamara Martin is by far the best pediatrician I know. I been taking my son her for 8 years now and always left that place happy she always knows what s going on and has a solution for everything. I now take my one year old daughter there and love how the place has changed for the good updated lobby and the rooms for kids are so kid friendly. The lady s in the front are always greeting when you walk in make always making sure we understand everything before we walk out. Keep up the good work guys

This office is the best I have been to with my children! Tamara has the best bedside manner and made me feel at ease about my kids illnesses . I got answers about my daughter after MD Kids disregarded my childs illness. Thank you so much for getting me in to see the doctor quickly and taking care of my children. We took our child to Dr. Tamara Martin yesterday and could not be happier. We felt as if we were family while we were there because the care our girl recieved from Dr. Martin was very professional but from a compassionate heart. Our child spoke to the doctor about her anxiety and fears as children have and Dr. Martin reassured her that all was going to be all right. I brought my daughter in for an ear infection this week. I was highly impressed with the care given to me and my daughter!! The receptionist was very friendly and my daughter seen quickly by a very competent staff. It s my understanding there s a change in management happening but for the better. I was informed the lease will soon be in the name of the 3 providers who gave my daughter such excellent care.
