Be aware: this is not a museum. This is a private organization that is not open to the public. You must make a scheduled appointment (first available is about 7-8 days out). We were there on a Thursday to visit and the next available opening was the following Tuesday. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place. There are plenty of other great interactive businesses, museums/ organizations in the area that are interested in welcoming you and profiting off your money.

The tour is fantastic. It was great to see and handle the artifacts on display. My only recommendation to those planning to attend is to come prepared with questions. There are multiple shelves of artifacts that are not in the official tour, but may be viewed if you have an interest in a particular eras history.

Its actually hard to put into words how incredible this experience was; Elijah was our AJE tour guide and he brought each and EVERY stop on the tour to LIFE! The American history journey that our family is so very passionate about...we literally got to hold pieces of that history in our hands! This is an absolute must for anyone coming to the Dallas area!! It is an experience unlike any other that you would get a regular (dare I say boring?) museum. Omgosh - if you can visit AJE, do it! We had an amazing time, the docents were phenomenal and full of information. We got to hold precious pieces of history. The 90-minute tour was conducted with excellence and a passion for sharing the truth of the founding of our country. These original documents and artifacts need to be preserved and the word spread across the country and schools so our true heritage and founding biblical principles are not lost or rewritten. This was so amazing. Our docent Elijah lead us on a journey through our history that was so very inspiring. Getting to hold 400 year old artifacts in the vault was thrilling! We planned a trip to the DFW area primarily to see the American Journey Experience. We were absolutely NOT disappointed and would recommend this attraction to anyone with a love of the history and values of the United States. The American Journey Experience tour is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity! The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and has such deep appreciation for American history. It makes the hugest difference when these individuals pour into you with genuine love for what they share! My personal favorite pieces from their collection are the Bibles, but they have artifacts spanning from the 13th century to the present day, including artifacts from the Pilgrims, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and other numerous significant figures. AJE prioritizes on upholding truth and highlighting forgotten elements of history, inspiring their visitors to become better individuals. We had a private tour and it was absolutely wonderful! So many priceless, unique and interesting artifacts from American history. What a refreshing take on museums! The theme of this museum is about telling the story of the discovery, birth, and evolution of a country - - the USA. Much of the collection is accessible to touch. While the museum is somewhat modest in square footage, the collection itself is formidable. As a US history buff, I was enthralled by the vast collection of documents and other historical artifacts. Choose between George Washingtons spectacles or Teddys pince nez. A first draft of the constitution or WWII Enigma codebook. Most enjoyable was our guide Elijahs passion and knowledge of the museum theme and the precious artifacts contained therein. I will definitely be back!

I attended the March 2024 seminar with my wife. We were shocked as have been everyone we show pictures, that actual historical documents and artifacts were placed into our hands. We got to look at American History from the perspective of the Founders with documents to prove the claims made. Wow! What an experience. To see these artifacts close up was awe inspiring. You really get to interact with the history. Incredible experience. Something for everyone. All tours are led by a docent. Constantly expanding, therefore as more time goes by the experience will get better. Incredible history stories to go with each artifact. I will attend again. We drove from Wallbuilders and were told about the experience there and then drove over from Alido, TX to see if we could attend. Even though it says on the website that you cannot do same day tours they let us have one. Jenna provides an incredible tour even though she had only worked 6 months prior to my tour.
