Terrible experience at your restaurant, I didnt like it at all, the young man with glasses is dirty, I had a hair of his on my potatoes, and the black woman in front of me told me that I couldnt sit in the chairs because my order was to go, she made me very angry, she is rude, and she threw my food at me, they should have nicer people at the cash register.

Subject: Disappointed experience! I had high hopes for my visit after looking forward to dining at your establishment for quite some time. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. We arrived on a hot Friday evening, with temperatures reaching 105°F. Upon entering, my first impression was that the restaurant was clean, but I was taken aback by the lack of a warm welcome; no one greeted us as we walked in. The only interaction we had was when our food was delivered 14 minutes after we placed our order. While the food was decent, it didn t stand out in any remarkable way. I genuinely feel for your team. The food was average, and the absence of personable staff made our experience less enjoyable. In Texas, when facing the sun in the afternoon, it can get quite uncomfortable, and unfortunately, the heat inside the restaurant added to our discomfort. The halogen lamps seemed to exacerbate the situation, making the dining area feel even hotter. I would recommend replacing them with LED lights to help mitigate the warmth. Additionally, the ice machine seemed to blow hot air, contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere. It might be worth considering ways to redirect that heat away from your customers. We were looking forward to sharing our thoughts with the staff, but there was no one available to talk to. Thank you for considering this fee

I paid nearly $10 for a burger that looked like it was chewed up and spit back out. The picture is large and beautiful, there was hardly anything on the burger. Extremely disappointed. Also why are you going to give me a table number when you re just going to tell out that the order is done? There weren t very many people in the building, just walk the order out. I can t imagine feeling the urge to go back anytime soon.

The woman at the register earlier today at 12:20 ish (PM) taking orders had such nasty behavior to my group of teenagers who were buying their food individually. I had to go supervise while they each ordered. It looks like the rest of the employees do not enjoy her company either. Not sure what we did to her but to provide a service you must be kind and she was everything but that. She refused to give me her name, the other younger employees didn t want to get involved and when I told her the service she was providing was not good she said, oh well - like WHAT?! I am so disappointed in this particular establishment and truly hate that we gave these kids that experience when we were looking forward to going to eat there all weekend. Just ridiculous. Manager on duty I hope you read this. Edited to add because I almost forgot that one of the boys returned a water bottle and she threw it on the floor.

They were sitting in the booths in the lobby on their phones and one of the tables had laptop computers and lots of charging cords on it where some of the employees were sitting. The place was dirty. I went awhile back, didn t have time to write a review then. I placed an online order 2-3 hours before the store opened. They cancelled my whole order simply because they didn t have the flavored lemonade I ordered. I was on lunch and didn t have much time to actually eat once they placed a new order for my food. At any point, they could ve called and stated they were out of the lemonade, or substituted it for a fountain drink. Seems like they deal with this often because the cashier was not phased at all. Once I did finally get my food it wasn t worth dealing with all of this nonsense for. I will not be back to this location, they don t value their customers. Very disappointed

I wanted a chili burger. They didn t sell chili burgers so I tried their Korean barbecue sauce. Boy was a big mistake tasted awful. Love the burgers but hate the packaging!!! I love eating burgers and normally go to Wendys or Sonic which have more affordable burgers. Come to Shake shake to eat pricey burgers only when there is a deal going on. I normally order through an app and pick up the order to take home. Not sure why it is so fashionable at Shake Shake to keep the burgers half-naked where only one half is covered in an under-size paper envelope while the other half is kept naked in an oversized top-open carry bag so that even if someone sneezes around the carry out shelf, you bring those virus home. When we pay top dollars for these burgers why cut corners in packaging. Probably the top-brass at Shake Shack who makes the decisions need to pay a visit to not so pricey places like Wendys and Sonic and learn a thing or two about their packaging. Those aluminum foil packaging keep my burger secured and hot even if I do not eat them right away. Also they nicely tape the carry out packaging that I do not have to make sure if they are sitting up right in my car. Last time when I grabbed Shake Shack burgers, they fell out of their skimpy low-rise pants style packaging even before I could eat them :)

My first time trying Shake Shack and the burger was okay. I ordered ahead and picked it up off the shelf and found the shake was nestled against a hot burger. Thankfully I got there in time to keep from getting a cold burger and a completely melted shake. I also said yes to the ketchup and napkins but they weren t included. The order was prepared very quickly but I m willing to wait an extra minute or two, to make sure the ketchup was included and a barrier of napkins placed between the burger and shake.

No unique taste. Chicken bites are very salty and just soaked with oil. Mushroom burger are not great and very bland. Shake shack sauce is very light and no punch to the taste. When you buy any chicken here, make sure to take lot of napkins so it can observe the soaked oil. Will rate chic fil a 10 out of 10 and this 2 out of 10.

Aesthetic Letdown, Decent Burger Rating: I couldnt help but be underwhelmed by Shake Shacks exterior; it resembles Planktons Chum Bucket, a bit too gray and dull. The interior, with its gloomy industrial vibe, allows a peek into the kitchen. Opting for a double cheeseburger with bacon, the presentation was appealing, but the taste didnt quite justify the cost. The thin bread soaked up patty grease, the bacon was disappointingly thin, and the minimal lettuce left me wanting. The patty lacked seasoning, and while the fries were simple, the overall value fell short compared to other burger joints in the same price range.

We asked the women working the register if she could please help us & the attitude we got was she did not want too. Then she told my Granddaughter who is only 5yrs.old when you get done with the crayons be sure & put them back before you leave. I asked another employee for the womens name & she asked me was there a problem & I explained how the lady at the register seemed bothered by us. This lady apologized & said she would speak to her. I believe she must have spoke to her cause when I went up to ask for a refill she stood in front of me & didnt say a word to me. So I said may I please get a refill on my Tea & she grabbed the cup filled it & set it on the counter & walked off without saying a word to me. We all have bad days but she needs to remember Hospitality is the line of work she is in. The burgers were good but for 3 adults & 1 child $62. For lunch was a bit pricey. Better luck next time.

My first Shake Shack experience! We had to try a few different things, so we went with: - Hot dog with cheese, peppers and crispy onions - Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich - Shake Stack (Cheeseburger + fried portobello mushroom) I dont often eat fast food, but I had to give it a try. The hot dog was loaded up with toppings and had a good crispy hot dog flavor. The Korean Chicken Sandwich definitely had some gochunjang or something classically Korean going on, it was very good and the piece of chicken was nice and juicy. The Shake Stack was like a mushroom burger on steroids, the whole fried portobello cap was super satisfying. It was pretty expensive ($40) to get these three items doordashed to my hotel, but the food was a tasty treat and Im glad I got to try it.

Ive been to multiple Shake Shacks and love their food. However, I am disappointed in this location. The food was unseasoned. The burgers had no flavor, like they had forgotten to season it. It was just meat with not even a hint of salt or pepper. Same with the fries, there was no salt on top at all. The lemonade we ordered was not sweet as well, so it was all very mediocre. I will continue to eat from Shake Shake, but will stay away from this location.

I stopped by here because my Fiancé heard Neil Degrasse Tyson talking about this place. We went in, very clean place and we were greeted promptly with smiles and hellos. I hadnt been here before and didnt notice the order here sign but the Man behind the counter didnt make me feel foolish. We placed our order and it came out to a little over 40 bucks. My Fiancé went to put his card in the reader and it was declined. He tried swiping, didnt work. Mind you, we wouldnt have stepped foot inside if we didnt have money to pay. My Fiancé was visibly nervous. We were far from home and starving. We reside in Denison but I had an appointment in Arlington and stopped in Las Colinas on the way home. He tried that card a couple more times. No good. At this point we apologized and said sorry, cancel, the card wont let us be great. We were on the way out, we were going to try the Shake Shack in Plano, maybe the card would work there. A Gentleman stopped us at the door and quietly asked us to stay, as they had already begun cooking the order and he said theyd take care of it. We were floored. We took a seat and he brought us a couple of the most delicious burgers I ever had. Crispy hot crinkle fries and lovely shakes. He even passed by and asked how the food was! I thought this was a fast food joint but I got restaurant service that was so kind. When Im back in the area I plan to stop in again with MY card! Thank you to all the fine folks at Shake Shack!!

Burger was delicious what is expected based on the reviews. Fries were soggy and tasteless. The Oreo Funnel Cake Shake not worth the hype, too sweet to taste the different ingredients. Good griddle-cooked burgers and tasty shakes, served in a fast casual restaurant. Chairs/benches are straight, hard surfaces and uncomfortable as heck--I think designed to keep you from loitering. Not as inexpensive as the environment would suggest.

1st time & it was better than I expected. I tried the vegetarian burger. It tasted delicious. Nothing special about the fries. I might go back to try a shake. The veg burger was enough for me. Service was slow to take our order, but good to bring the food to us at our table. My husband said a regular cheeseburger was nothing special. Super thin burgers, but big prices! 4 stars for the veg burger.

The spicy chicken sandwich was not worth the price and the chicken nuggets are too oily. Not worth the price - atleast for chicken.
