Clean facility and the interviewers are nice! But this place need improvement on having clear instructions on what to be expected at the lobby! Most staff was nice but there was one specific security female staff that was extremely rude and mean! A bunch of people with different appointment times gathered in the lobby without getting instructions. She came over and started YELLING Do you know what getting in line means? Youre not a kinder gartner! Do not let me hold your hands! .... Funny that it was NOT communicated to us in advance that check-in was first come first serve, we were all sitting to wait for names to be called by appointment time - not knowing we would be yelled at to be in line. (So basically if someone with 8am appointment comes in first, you with 7am appointment should wait for them to check in before you... Ridiculous!) Its not hard to be polite and kind so God bless that lady and hope her ethics get improved! She should know she is there to serve and not to yell or make fun of people. Horrible staff - wish I got her name down! Seriously!

Security people here treat you like animals. Very rude made my autistic son cry by yelling at him. They need signs or something posted that says family is not allowed. Otherwise its just their words and whos to say if its just because they dont want to have to do their jobs or have to scan everyone. Honestly seems like its just so they dont have tons of people to check and get thru. Its not because of covid . Theyre not concerned with spreading germs there.

The workers here are so rude, and the letter for the oath ceremony literally says to bring friends and family. Meanwhile, they didnt allow friends and family to enter, so we had to stand outside and wait in the cold, which isnt fun, particularly when youre pregnant. Just dishonest people who have no respect for others and are supposed to be setting a good example of the American people.

The best Federal employee experience I have ever had. From security to the immigration officers. You literally feel safe being here. Keep up the good work. Super impressed. Officer Allen K, you are so great. Edit. Someone gave a one star for not being able to see the ceremony online. THIS IS A FEDERAL BUILDING. NOT A HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATION. You arent even allowed to take pictures inside the building for security reasons. Come on people

He made me very comfortable in the entire interview session. I am so blessed to meet him today. We are so grateful to him for helping the whole process go well. They clearly have bots that give reviews. Theyre terrible. Ive been trying to help a friend who is a U.S. citizen bring their 9y.o. child into the U.S. You get turned away at the door. They choose when you get an appointment. You cant call their number to speak with anyone. It will hang up if you ask for an agent. Clearly run by racist people. America isnt America anymore. Were just another 3rd world country.

I phoned to ask if the doctors initials (thats what he put) are acceptable on the field for Licensed Medical Professional Signature on form N-648 as his signature. The automated voice program that answered would not transfer me to a person and could not understand the question, so it cut me off. Do I have to go back to the doctor a THIRD time to ask for his complete signature? The phone answering software is an impenetrable block to communication.
