And it was in the Media that they were adding a Frosty to their combos to up Mickey Ds but they denied it. Frazzled team members. Had two customers upset because the Wendys employees didnt know how to use App. Very disappointing. I ended up purchasing nuggets for Mom and child due to the app not working and they did very little too try to help. Its was a 7 year old boy that was hungry. Train your team on the app.... Ill be back to check in and only order through the app

I walked into this Wendys at 10:22 a.m. and stood patiently in line for 5 minutes while at least four employees behind the counter made eye contact with me but didnt say a word. At 10:27 am I was finally asked what I needed by Rosa the Manager on duty. I asked her politely if I was too late for breakfast, knowing that breakfast doesnt end until 10:30. She proceeded to look down at her watch and then tell me yes, Im too late. I informed her that I had been standing in line for at least 5 minutes and that they still had 3 minutes to serve breakfast. She still refused so I left the restaurant and went around the corner to the Chick-fil-A. I arrived in line at 10:29 a.m. and asked if I was too late for breakfast. I was told no, I was not too late, and I had my breakfast in my hand by 10:32. I drove back around to the Wendys with my Chick-fil-A bag in hand and walked back into the restaurant and showed them what customer service really looks like. The manager refused to give me her name after asking three times. All I wanted was some seasoned potatoes. This isnt the first time Ive had an issue with this particular location. If I could give this a zero out of five stars I would. Ill definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

If there is a standard for all other Wendys to be modeled after this is the place to watch. Upon walking in I was greeted right away. After my order was taken I received it quickly after. The food was cooked to perfection hot and fresh. The highlight of my entire meal is the drink station. I made myself a Pineapple Sprite.

2nd or 3rd visit. Most Wendys have better vibes for me. Store Needs more cleanliness. Dispensers were either not functional or too low to be used. Drink dispenser needed cleaning, and was not fully functional. Customer service was not as friendly as it could or should be. Burger was okay, but not as enjoyable as at other stores.

These people are Idiots!!!! I walked over from the hotel and all the doors were locked. At 3:30 pm on a Sunday!! So I walked through the drive thru and the employee is sitting on the prep counter. He answers the window and said I could come in. I made him aware that ALL the doors were locked. He handed me my order. I walk back to the hotel to eat and discover my Dr. Pepper is actually a Coke. The fries were cold and soggy and the single seemed old too. Not good at all. I should ve went to 7-11 and got my own food to make. I also hate the stickers Wendy s always puts on everything. No need to on a mobile order. Maybe on a door dash order or something, but on a mobile order?? You end up tearing the paper sack open and for drinks, you have to remove the lid or poke through the part of the sticker that didn t come off when peeled. It always sucks no matter what you try to do.

So its not the managers fault, but man. $0.01 Jr Bacon cheeseburger day was the worst day to have all new staff under training. The restaurant was closed on the inside, which the app doesnt tell you. So then my paid for order is inside and I wait in line for more than 20 min to pick up my lunch and a coworkers lunch. The manager kindly explained at the window and I get it, but hell. Just close for the day and train. Because after all of the waiting, despite the food being fresh. It was incorrect and missing an item. No way was I going back in that line. Nope. Just next time, close the dang restaurant if you cant handle the people.

Rosa has a very bad attitude she starts taking your order then she goes to the back to criticize the customers with another employee then she asks you again what you wanted in your order and she leaves again she leaves you standing waiting it is impossible to place an order it is super incompetent should not be taking orders as soon as we entered they started shouting looking for Rosa because they are not capable of taking an order and neither is Rosa because she is not in the establishment nor can she take orders she was saying that she would like to hit a customer to make him hurry up and He was talking about mangoes and coffee and I dont know who he was looking for outside. While he was trying to take our order, we had to repeat on multiple occasions what drink we wanted and what burger. We couldnt move forward because he was going to talk to his other friend. colleague without finishing taking our order in the end we had to go to whataburguer because here we couldnt buy anything, very bad service, terrible attitude and terrible employees, dont waste your time in this place

This 5 star review is not for Wendy s but to recognize the outstanding employee at this location. I did not catch her name. However, I overheard someone potentially say Monic? She was one of the most friendly and customer centric individuals I have encountered in a very long time. I travel for a living and live out of a hotel room I eat out 3 time a day 300 plus days a year. It is very uncommon for someone to stand out to me or go above and beyond like she did. She was not only extremely friendly but I could see her managing the kitchen. If she is not the manager already Wendy s pay attention. You have an excellent candidate for a position of that nature. I have seen her in 10 minutes manage employees, take orders, stock product, and then turn around and deliver excellent customer service. It is rare that you find and individual who can be a leader, contribute to the team, and doesn t lose themselves. (Wendy s): This information is for management or whoever reads this review and would like to give this lady the recognition she deserves. I was at this location Monday April 03 at around 8pm. I gave her a nice compliment which if asked about would most likely remember. Please do not let someone like this go unnoticed.

Worst Wendys in the area, super long wait times at the drive thru, orders wrong most of the time, system issues with online orders, location closes at random times hours before the posted closing time. The other two Wendys within a short drive of this one are way better. Update 3/30/23 I have given this location a few more chances since the first review 8 months ago. Still the worst Wendys I have been to in the DFW area. Orders are consistently wrong and missing items, staff rude and very slow. Wendys close this location or retrain the staff and management.

The girl in the drive thru didnt day anything for almost 5 minutes on the speaker and when she did she just asked what do you want to get? Then was talking super low and got mad because I couldnt hear her. At the end She never repeated the order and when I asked at the window she acted like she didnt hear me. Doors where closed at 8:30pm not first time. Went through drive-thru 10 minutes of being told to please hang on had to leave....no one was in line.

Had a mildly infuriating experience. Mediocre service, drive thru attendant got triggered over the phrase ...is fine and ketchup banshee copped a tude after she was asked for more ketchup. Do better afternoon shift.

Where should I start its negative stars for this location. The only good thing about it, it was the manager being polite & also the one worker he had. That happened when I was ask to pay for my order which it was already paid for (mobile app) & when I got my order. -2 strawberry lemonade that tasted really sour & not like -Missed extra order of fries -Missed one order of fries in 1 out 4 meals -Messed up one burger -I didnt get any sauces at all. I understand the shortage & stuff but not even one I was being patience & they took around 20-30mins to get my order done since I got to the drive thru. One of the workers was on his phone, while working, dressed code poorly Im really disappointed & my order was a mobile order by the way it had all the details. I can understand yall short on staff but the one yall have isnt probably trained. I worked in the food industry for 15yrs.. its not like before kids now dont really care about giving a good service, getting properly trained, caring for the job & list goes on. After covid started things got worse. I do truly appreciate the ones that really work hard let me make that clear.

I was too early for a burger. The lady on the microphone was so sweet she made me smile. She suggested a breakfast option, of course I had to say OK it was fantastic. Chicken and Bacon do mix wonderfully

Drive through was the only option opened and there was 10 cars in line. Although I placed a mobile order with the intention to pickup inside. Unfortunately I had to sit in the horrible line to receive cold food
