I attempted to use this Taco Bueno gift card at this location at 12:20pm on Sat, June 29, 2024. The short Hispanic lady at the register said the gift card was counterfeit because it didn t look like the newer card with a different graphic on the front. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. I shook my head and walked out.

Drive-thru experience... So, if Im going to pay $8 for 3 crispy tacos, Im going to go to a mom and pop shop from now on. The tacos were tiny. I wear Medium gloves and the tacos were smaller than my hand. They were also cold. They were half full of ingredients. See the photo. Mostly lettuce, almost no meat, 2 dices of tomato... and the shells were stale. This company is taking advantage of the hard workers, just like the rest of the government. The service was prompt. No complaints there.

Went in to have lunch and use the restroom between jobs. Found this location to have horrible customer service. The restroom was closed to the paying customer and locked so that no one could use it. The restaurant was practically empty. We were unable to get help ordering food from the staff. We decided to find food elsewhere. Dont waste your time trying to eat in here. They dont respect the customer. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that prove to be courteous and appreciate their customers. This shows why Taco Bueno has become a thing of the past. Torchys Tacos is right across the street. They want your business and offer excellent service.

The older hispanic man touched my tortilla without wearing globes, I asked for him to throw it away and do a new tortilla wearing globes, he did what i asked but he also gave me an attitude. He was also playing with his phone, very unprofessional. Regional managers, You need to coach your employees at this location. (This happened on Saturday March 23rd 2024 around 6 pm)

Great customer service. Minimum doesnt define it. Language may have been an issue, but the love was there. As an Indian myself me and my Indian roommate was greeted by a Bollywood music that sounded familiar. 3 Idiots soundtrack. Food was made with love like they have in the movie. Keep it up!

Had a great experience. Wednesday at 12:20pm. It was busy, but still fast and fresh. I ordered my combo and had the food before I could fill a salsa container. My order is not standard, so when I gets made correct, I m always happy. The food was hot and fresh. The service was fast and pleasant. Will eat here again.

Horrible.. horrible.. Horrible! The two Hispanic young men at the drive thru window seemed nice enough, took my order. And completely did the opposite of what i asked on my beef large nachos. Left out half the ingredients and threw it together and just have kicked it around on the floor before putting it in the bag to go with me. I should have untied the bag and checked it. Drive thru was empty at dinner time and this place is right next to the highway at rush time. No one was stopping there, that should have been my first clue. Taco Bell seems like a 3 Star restaurant compared to this place.

On my way to the airport didnt have time for breakfast so I was hungry and grabbed some lunch here ordered a party taco and chicken potato burrito my favorite and it was all cooked to perfection and taste was good and fresh the interior of this location is very clean and spacious many seating available and double fountain machines for the drinks which was cool and very clean and organized salsa bar 100% recommend here

Whomever the young lady is that y all have working drive thru tonight is the same young lady y all always have on the window in the evening and she s rude as heck. She s never nice or show any decent customer service ever!!!! I wish it was an understatement but she s literally always rude like she hate she s at work or hate she s having to take orders. Just took a youth group of about 17 people and the customer service was AMAZING! Not only were they fast and organized, but every employee was kind and helpful.
