Food is great. However, the cashier will be nice until you decline a tip. Then her attitude changes completely and then becomes rude. You re only charging me for the order. Why should I tip you for that when I got off to place my order and waited for it?! Maybe talk to your boss to pay you more. Tipping culture is out of control. I work just like you and have bills just like you and have to stretch my money just like you. Don t get mad and be rude because I didn t tip you. You re not a server. I did not sit down in your establishment. If I did, THEN and only then, would I tip.

This place will ALWAYS 5 stars across the board for me and my entire family. You will serve a family of 6 under $40. That should be enough but their food is amazing. Its always fresh and hot and tasty. I love mine extra crispy. And you will have tasty crunchy leftovers(reheat in oven or just under broiler for a sec). This place also appreciates their customers and treats them like family. Parking: Plenty of free parking. Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the food!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Today I decided to order in from this restaurant due to the high reviews, I ordered on DoorDash 04 piece tender combo that an egg roll the chicken tenders a side of fries, a side of fried rice and a drink, When I got my order, I had fried rice and no fries, but I realize after reading the description from DoorDash that even though the fries are in the picture, they are not included in the mail which wasn t a big deal. It was a little bit of false advertisement. Was delivered quite quickly the chicken tenders are good, but they were overcooked. The fried rice was hard and stale, and my eggroll was lukewarm. Maybe I would have had a different experience if I went into the restaurant itself, but even given the prompt delivery, I still don t feel like the food that was served to me should ve been served. Maybe I will try the restaurant again in the future.

Order number 125 at 408PM. So I decided to eat here today since I love it here. Well there was a woman at the register and I proceeded to say I wanted the 4pc meal and the 8pc. She started ringing me up and I asked her what about the drinks. She says you didn t tell me that. Which I clearly did and even pointed at the menu when I said it. At approximately 6:52pm - March 15, 2024, I watched a heavy set Hispanic with glasses with black hair laid to the back- walk outside shake his friends hand, with the apron still on & dig in his nose right before walking directly into the kitchen without washing his hands. I addressed the cashier and told her what I saw & he lied to her face and continued to cook. The cameras would back this claim. The food was really good. I ordered 300 chicken pieces with rice at 10 am for an 11:45 pick-up. This was for 70 employees to eat at 12:30. When I got there, they pulled my name right up, but the manager said that for some reason, the order did not go to the kitchen. I ended up leaving the store at 12:20. To their credit, they did 300 pieces in less than 30 minutes. On the website, they offer paper plates, but the manager said he wasnt supposed to give them out, but he would since they dropped the ball on the order. LoL, I was like, really.. you should be giving a discount and change your website.

I always come here. I always spend money with them. But today I ordered the chicken and rice combo (not spicy) for the first time because I assumed it was gonna be like the spicy rice but not with the cayenne pepper. I usually get it in the side FYI* it s two different things. I learned something new. Anyway I call back immediately and ask the difference and she tells me . I tell her that I thought it was going to be the same and not just plain white rice. I ask can I bring it back to switch it and she tells me since I took it out the store if return it I will still have to put in a brand new order. I originally ordered a 15 piece chicken wing dinner .. Got all the way home and found out it was all fingers .. After driving all the way back to get it corrected, I get home only to find 2 boxes of wings that were triple battered ..
