This place has one of the best fried chicken in town. I ve been buying from them for a long time now. However this time it was different. Earlier I was served by South Indian guys who worked there, who were super friendly with the service and even made me familiar with the on going combos and discounts. And the portions used to be super reasonable considering the price. However a couple of weeks back I ordered 2 separate takeout combos at the store and a blue eyed lady took my order. She overcharged me and got my order completely wrong and there was very little portion of chicken inside. I wasn t even given all the items that came in the combo. I even asked to make sure if she has given me everything and she agreed. Not to mention I was supposed to take it for a get together. Highly disappointed with the service this time. Going forward, will ask them to make the order right in front of me so they don t mess up!

I used to enjoy visiting this location. Over the last few years, management and the costs of food, condiments, and service have changed. I ordered chicken tenders, but they omit sauce. You must pay for it. Theyll nickel and dime everything. Sometimes, they close an hour or so before the advertised schedule online and what is confirmed by an employee (I have pictures on different days of the business closed). The service is horrible, and a female employee is rude! She lacks customer service.

This was my first time at this specific location and I am super upset with the way they served my food. It s been probably cooking under the heat over hours and hours because it looks very old, super salty, and it wasn t even KRISPY?! And let s not even talk about the mashed potato, maybe they had it made since yesterday because the taste of it was all gone and was a bit darker than usual. Anyway I love Krispy kruncy chicken but definitely not at this location. I ll stick to the one I usually go to. Please serve fresh food to your customers. Thanks.

Checked locations around me, and this place popped up. Figured I would give it a try. Its a little tricky to get to right now because of road construction. It is also attached to a pizza place. So you have a variety of items to choose from. I was very surprised how good it was!I got a 2 piece chicken meal that comes with a side. The chicken had great flavor. Tried the jambalaya and red beans and rice. The jambalaya had more flavor, and the red beans and rice had some heat to it. I will be back if in the area again for sure. Definitely some of the best fried chicken I have had from a fast food place in a while.

First time coming here. The guy working was very nice. Got chicken and fries instead . See reason below. Chicken was good. I wouldnt call it cajun flavored and def not spicy but its well seasoned. Fries were good. Not even able to put my finger on what kind of seasoning they put on these Fries but its good. The biscuit was very yum. Id describe it as a cross between the soft texture of a kfc biscuit and flavor of a sweet churches biscuit. The 2pc combo they have for six dollars doesnt come with a biscuit or drink so you have to get that separately. The chocolate chunk cookie was good too. Ill def return here. Wanted to try their pizza today but didnt have time to wait. I placed my order and was told 15min wait but once I learned there was only one worker there placing AND making orders for this place AND krispy chicken next door (theyre connected... no wall in between) I knew it would be longer than 15min because there were already a few orders before mine. Ill come back another day for the pizza but went and got chicken &Fries instead. Much quicker turn around time.

We ordered from this location on a Saturday during Ramadan for a family of 12. It was a very big order and I just want to shout out to the sweet Muslim sister who took care of it for us. The chicken tenders are the best thing on the menu.. I tried a few different things from the full menu this week that just didn t live up to expectations. Ordered a pizza and it was the tiniest frozen pizza that you could easily buy from Walmart or the dollar store.. it was smaller than my hand. Ordered a fish sandwich later on in the week and it was literally a frozen fish stick on a bun. Very disappointing and misleading from the pictures. 2 stars for the tenders and chicken, otherwise go elsewhere.

Good fried chicken for a reasonable price. Its chicken, so theyre not reinventing anything here. Just decent fried chicken that isnt cold. The fries have a distinct seasoning on them that is really good. Great beer fries for sure. A very small hole in the wall with a boba tea sister restaurant connected to it. So if you like boba, you can knock two birds with one stone. Maybe two or three 4 top tables to sit at. Friendly staff and quick service.

During my lunch break, I decided to check this place out. This place is across the street from a high school. I said if there are a lot of teens in here , the food will most likely will be good. I walked in and there were quite a few teens. I asked a group of boys if the chicken is good, they all immediately replied yes. The chicken, fries was seasoned very well and fresh. The place is a hangout place for non paying people. It was ealier release for the high schooler in Irving ISD and they were gathered in there. I had been craving some good fried chicken for a while, and we finally tried this place the other night after looking at a bunch of different chicken places online. We were so hungry, that we just ate all the food and I forgot to take a picture! We got the #2 family combo meal, the meal thats supposed to be for two people. It came with six pieces of dark meat, two chicken tendies, and one side. We got fries. It was only 20$, and we had two thighs leftover for the next day because we couldnt eat it all. The chicken was moist and flavorful and was clearly marinated in spices before breading. It wasnt dry or old. The fries were slightly above average for a fast food joint, since they were elevated by what I believe is cajun seasoning. All in all, I rate Krispy Krunchy Chicken a 7.9/10. Its not gourmet, its fast food-- but the price is right and the taste hits just right when youre craving fast food fried chicken.

I took the 8 pieces chicken tender deal for 13.99. The overall taste was good, but little salty. The size of the tenders was smaller than other similar restaurants I tried before, thats why I took off 1 star from my rating. I think the overall prices in the menu are very low, considering the fact that this restaurant serves halal chicken. There is a small seating arrangement inside the restaurant for dine in. I am a fried chicken connoisseur and have had fried chicken from places all over the US. This location single handedly served me the most delicious friend chicken my mouth ever graced. I was a hungry tourist and had driven all the way from Austin before heading home in Nebraska and was tired and hungry.
