Definitely has a Vegas atmosphere! The Rayleigh is a beautiful venue! Vegetarian options: Their menu has a Pacific Rim theme. They have several vegetarian options. Parking: There is a parking garage that takes your credit card to get in but the Rayleigh has a QR to validate parking for no charge.

Thai and Aya were the BEST bartenders!! We just happened upon this place while in the Toyota Mysic Factory,.... walking around, we heard the music from outside. Walked in and were in awe. From the live band to the excellent service, this place is amazing. A must-see and experience. Definitely recommend, especially for date night out or a special occasion!!!!

Very disappointing! Booked reservations for a birthday for eight people and as we were sitting there waiting at the bar, trying to wait for the birthday girl. I was told that they were having a private event so we had to move and sit at our table. It was an inconvenience and I wish they would have told me they were having a private event when we made the reservation. The happy hour food was a joke .just one item which was very disappointing and it was not flavorful, tough dry chicken that was breaded and fried and they call it Korean. not good at all. How do you serve something like that as a chef? The risotto scallops were not very good. The risotto was way too sweet. The steaks were not cooked correctly. My friend asked for a medium. It was well done. I had to go back-and-forth with the waiter to prove the steak was over cooked. when you can visually see no pink. And then in the middle of us bringing her cake and singing her birthday song, the private party decided to talk on microphone. Not a good idea to sit a large party next to them they had a whole section at the bottom that they could have sat us at. I was not impressed with the experience and I was very disappointed that they should ve closed the restaurant if they were going to have a private event. The waiter kept on telling us it was fine dining and it wasn t even close. The only thing that was good was the crab and seafood dip. That was very tasty. And the drinks are water down and don t have any alcohol. Priced $16-$24 a drink filed with ice. I feel like I was drinking juice. One thing about DFW, they ll open a new restaurant that looks really nice l, hype it up, and overcharged people and serve mediocre food and call it fine dining.

They surprised my party with an entry fee even though we made a reservation way in advance. The band played only a couple of songs then went backstage never to return. The food portions were too small and every steak we ordered was burnt. The do not even offer water for free; only imported Italian water that is probably bottles they refill with tap. They will not split checks even if the place is empty and there is no rush. They repeatedly brought the wrong items to our table. I paid in cash and the waiter never brought back my change after saying he would be right back. Overall terrible experience.

Went here with my husband for our Anniversary. It was on a Wednesday so not busy at all. Food was absolutely delicious! Had the KC strip steak and gnocchi au gratin and broccolini. Everything was seasoned great! Earnest was also a wonderful server who was able to give recommendations that were really good. Helpful and knew the menu well! Little on the pricy side but worth it. Atmosphere was great and will definitely be back!

we saw the Elvis show which was fabulous! The venue was beautiful! SHOCKING experience. We were so excited to go to the Rayleigh Underground. HIGH EXPECTATIONS. Aesthetics is A1. Tonight is the Saturday before Mothers Day. We were the only ones at the venue/restaurant. Shortly after 2 other tables were filled. Building empty which was a real sign of what was about to happen. Drinks ordered- Bad. 1st appetizer was shrimp and crab dip, it was good but everything ELSE was HORRIBLE. That totally killed the vibe. WE immediately left and didnt stay for the show that we had paid for. A total waste of $300. You must like Korean food. We did not know that the restaurant was 100% Korean. It was BAD. PRAYERFULLY management see the signs. DALLAS is ready for Vegas but not Korea. Change is quickly needed to save this beautiful VENUE.

A Disappointing Experience at Rayleigh After a long hiatus from dining out, my excitement was palpable as I ventured to a new spot in town called Rayleigh with my girlfriend. The establishments first impression was striking, boasting a fabulous environment spread across three levels, each pulsating with good music that set a promising scene for a Friday night out. ** Jolene our waitress was amazing!!! However, the initial charm quickly faded once the food and drinks were served. The night s special disappointment was the Pan-Seared Airline Chicken served with ginger rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables. Expectations clashed with reality when I was presented with a plate of dry chicken paired with plain white rice and broccoli far from the enticing description on the menu. This experience not only dampened the mood of our evening but also left us feeling let down by the gap between the menus promises and the kitchens execution. While Rayleigh scores high on ambiance and music, the culinary experience was a letdown. A night that was meant to be a joyful return to the social scene turned into a reminder that even the most promising places can sometimes miss the mark. Here s hoping Rayleigh can align its food quality with its stellar environment in the future.

Went for Easter - wasn t packed at all. The food was decent; the ambience was nice; however, we were not served. I called three people over for assistance over the course of 30 minutes and was ignored. I had to walk to the bar to get my own water. I finally was able to speak to someone who I believe was the owner then the same servers who ignored us earlier started coming over with apologies nothing to make up for their previous lack of concern. We had dinner for our anniversary. Our waitress was excellent, attentive and explained item selections when clarification was needed. The food was very good. We did experience multiple problems with the bartender. We asked for 2 Black Russians ( a classic drink and very simple to make- coffee liqueur and vodka) Our server brought back the drinks, but they were White Russians ( with cream). Our server had the bartender try again-same thing, White Russians. My wife went to bar to speak with the bartender and discovered the bartender took it upon herself to add her little , as she stated, Mexican twist. That was very unprofessional in my opinion. We also had a problem with a simple Whiskey Sour. It was supposed to be a double, but tasted just like a single. And back to the Black Russian, on the third attempt, she got the Black Russian correct although very watered down. For an establishment that charges the prices that it does, you would expect top shelf bartender service. The bartender would be better off working at Apple Bees or the like. The management response to our complaint about the drinks was so so. He offered a round of Jello Shots, but made no mention of adjusting our bill. And you would expect the manager to dress accordingly. I think our servers were dressed better than the manager. He wore khakis and a bland looking shirt...no jacket, no tie. Im not even sure he was the manager. Bottom line, there are probably better options in the area and probably at a better price. I would not recommend this place.

My wife decided to pre pay for the Easter brunch We got in music is nice the mood is jazzy they give us our table and we sat there for about 10 min waiters walking back and forth I had to get up and walk over to the bar to ask hey how does this work, waiter tells me you guys pre paid so just go ahead and enjoy the food ill bring water for the table My wife asked for the mimosa he mentioned there was a special for 3 mimosas ok we got it We go get the food come back no silverware no waters nothing sat there until again I got up and asked the bar for silverware bar tender pointed across the bar they had some Finally waiter comes just whit water and we got orange juice no mimosas its been like 30 35 min since we sat down I get up and go to the bar again to ask him he turns around and hands me the mimosa at the bar but its just Champiain he goes yea the juices are over there funny but ok Then same scenarion to get the 2nd and 3rd one which I guess he taught it was cool to bring me the check before my 3rd drink funny again And proceeds to tell me theres a 18% tip already on my ticket Wow great service they give you honestly I didnt argue or anything just paid and thats it If you want a tip learn to be a sever waiter and then force people to tip you for your horrible service on a family of 4 wow do better training on your staff because although he wasnt rude or anything service was just very poor and this isnt I hop where youd expect such a lack of attention just my 2 cents

Lets start from the beginning: Parking - $35 for valet or walk. HORRIBLE PARKING Service - our server was as sweet as she could be BUT as a server she left a lot to be desired. Even though the crowd was light she still seemed to be very overwhelmed... we had to ask for water, it took at least thirty minutes (or longer) before we were served our drinks etc. There were just long gaps between her coming to our table. Food - simply said.... HORRIBLE on EVERY level!!! OMG $200 wasted and my birthday ruined. Live Music - Sub Par Drinks - Sub Par Management - not engaging Overall.. the venue is BEAUTIFUL! Food horrible with EVERYTHING extremely overpriced for whats presented. This was my experience... but I do wish them well... Rayleigh Underground does have potential with some major improvements.

I celebrated my 27th birthday here and had an amazing time!!!! I tried to do my reservation online but could not book through open table. I went days before my bday and Izzy did a manual reservation for me. The day of my birthday it went very smooth and Izzy and the staff were really nice and helpful. What can I say??? This place is really nice. The service is top notch and as the kids say, its a vibe. The manager, Izzy, was amazing. I came to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and we were seated at a table that we didnt like. There was nothing wrong with it at all. We just wanted a booth for privacy. I asked Izzy if we could get a different table and she sat us at a very comfortable booth that was almost centered with the stage. She found out it was my girlfriends birthday and offered her a champagne toast which was really nice and surprising. She came and toasted with her which my gf found to be sweet and she really appreciated the personal touch. She checked on us so many times throughout the night. It was never an annoyance, either. The venue itself is beautiful and the sound system is on point!!! The food is pricey but let me just say, the Tomahawk steak was amazing and I am VERY picky about my steaks!! Great venue, but when you pre pay for a dinner with reservations, and told to stand outside in a very long line, in the cold, with everyone else for about 1 hour before being seated, NO. Thats never ok. Whats the point of making reservations if theyre not going to be honored? On top of that, we had to sit for quite sometime with our hot food on the table until they found available silverware. They literally ran out of silverware. After finally being able to cut into our food that was cold by then, it wasnt even cooked properly. We didnt get the correct food or drinks the first serving for this visit. We thought the service was just a one time miss the first time we visited until the night described in this post. This visit was even 10 x more terrible than the first. Gosh, such a shame for such a beautifully nostalgic venue.

Before making a reservation ask about the seating arrangement to ensure optimal seating!!! Ask for a booth or floor seating in your reservation. There are smaller tables located around the main floor but I would suggest asking for a booth as the smaller tables are really tight. There is valet parking available for a fee. There is a separate cover fee for the entertainment of $20 pp.+ (depending on the entertainment, packages with your dinner are available). This Vegas style club is a full sensory experience. The visuals and fabulous sound were excellent. I ordered a glass of wine and an Asian inspired vegetable roll that was very good. The appetizer was just right for enjoying an Eric Clapton tribute band called Bad Love perform. Their sound crew seemed to work cooperatively with the band. The food service was very attentive. JoeLyn kept track of what I needed. There is a large dance floor surrounded by tables and extra comfy booths. This new club located at Toyota Music Factory is a hidden gem. The simple exterior signage belies whats inside. $20 cover for this show and priced as you would expect for a classy nightclub. Impressive throughout and would be a great choice for date night. Valentine s day disappointment. We came with reservations and still had to stand outside in the cold. Waited in a long line to get in and the service was terrible. We paid for a premium menu but got a normal menu. They got the salad wrong and we had to continuously get up to find our waiter for simple things like a water refill. All the night, we kept getting offered food we didn t order because they didn t know who ordered what. When the entree finally arrived, the food was sooooooo salty. Our table was NEVER CLEANED! We had a table full of dirty plates when our entree arrived in which we thought they would pick up. But guess what?? When they brought the entree, the dirty dishes were scooted over and the entree was sat down with no room left on the table. We grabbed the dirty dishes to hand over but the guy had already dashed off without them. It was terrible and everyone around us seemed to be having some of the same issues.

I had high hopes for Valentines Day dinner at Rayleigh Underground, especially after making a reservation two weeks in advance and arriving a good 30 minutes early to ensure a smooth evening. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but romantic or pleasant. Despite our early arrival and having a reservation, my partner and I were greeted with a long line and an endless wait. We stood there for over an hour, hope dwindling, until frustration took over and we decided to leave. To make matters worse, the parking situation was atrocious, costing us $55 for a spot, with nothing to show for our time and money. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable, and Im disheartened to say that I will never be returning to Rayleigh Underground. It was a disappointing and costly experience that completely ruined our Valentines Day. Parking: Parking is HORRIBLE on a busy day! Go very early!

Great Location on Ambiance was everything. The place was immaculate and amazing. The service was lackluster we came for a birthday party. There was no entertainment. No music of any sort. Understandably , there was no live music until eight thirty. But the thought of just no music at all jaded our view of the facility. The food was amazing, a little overpriced. Their service was not up to par as it felt as if we were a nuisance to the staff.

The concept of the menu sounds amazing but none of the execution fell very short. All of the Desserts were disgusting. The filet was 2oz and low quality meat, the crab ragoon dip was fishy and uneven temperature. This place touts being fully immersive experience and that was a stretch. The one light wall was cool. The band I heard was pretty good but the sound system was stupidly loud for an empty room. My friends and I couldnt talk to each other at all. We had to text across the table to talk. Both my brother and I made a reservation for our birthday celebration scheduled for 1/27/24. Upon making the reservation, I was advised that tickets for the entertainment would be priced at $20 per person and would be added to our ticket at the time of check out. However, after speaking with your staff today 1/26/24 (who I had to call) it was revealed that the updated ticket price is $40 per person and needs to be paid prior to our reservation. This unexpected change in pricing has caught my party (of $20) off guard, as we were not prepared for this nor was it properly communicated. I emailed, and called to speak with a manager who I advised: Understanding that the restaurant is new, I can appreciate the challenges associated with establishing consistent practices and satisfying customers. However, it is crucial to maintain clear and transparent communication to build trust and satisfaction among patrons. Unfortunately, the information provided during the reservation process has not aligned with the current pricing, and this has caused a significant inconvenience. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that the restaurant considers accommodating my party in some way. Whether it be honoring the initially quoted price of $20 per person or providing an alternative solution, I believe finding an amicable resolution would contribute positively to the reputation of your establishment. The managers response was there s nothing I can do He was extremely unprofessional and showed zero compassion for the fact that we were celebrating our birthdays and it was too last minute for us to find another reservation for 20 people. I informed the manager I had a screenshot reflecting open table showing the entertainment cost at $20. He didnt ask to see it to verify. He was completely dismissive. As you can imagine I didnt feel comfortable springing this on my guest at the last min therefore after no resolve, apology, empathy, etc. We were forced to cancel our reservation. I have family and friends who traveled in from Atlanta GA, California and Houston. This is completely devastating. Starting off on a note of inconsistency will inadvertently impact the impression your restaurant makes on early patrons. I am confident that, as a responsible and customer-oriented establishment, you would want to address this matter promptly and ensure a positive experience for your guests. Treat patrons better, after all we are the reason you make money!

I m not sure if they are too new or they simply aren t up to par on DFW experiences but this place was soooooo bad!!! The service was mediocre, the food was awful, and the prices were unbelievably high!! The venue was grand, and quite beautiful but for a Thursday evening with a live band was pretty empty! They looked fully staffed and maybe there were like 5-6 tables with people and it took them over 25mins to take our drinks order only to wait another 15-20mins for them to bring out 4 large bottles of water that we didn t ask for sparkling, still, and tap! And not our drinks. There definitely was some miscommunication happening with the servers! When ordering food, they gave us 1 sheet of paper between 3 of us that had a limited menu with like only4 items to choose from with like 1 item that was vegetarian (that wasn t salad) !!! It took another 25mins for them to bring out 2 meals and the third meal too another 20mins- totally NOT acceptable. When we asked for a manager we were told that since December that have had 3 quit and that no one was available! We expressed our concerns and frustration and the server provided free dessert which was soooooooooooo disgusting!!!! When the bill came- it was all so wrong- we had wrong items, and everything was over priced and on top of all that they charged a $20cover per person. This place was really NOT WORTH it, it was empty, the food sucked, and it was overpriced!!

We went out for date night on Sat night. You walk in to this place and its like nothing else you have ever seen before in the DFW area. This is a Las Vegas style restaurant/entertainment venue. We got to meet the manager Johnalee who gave us a tour of the venue. He is such an amazing guy who checked in a few times to makes sure we were having an amazing experience. Hayden was our waiter and our food was amazing. He ordered Brussels Sprouts and both had Air Pan Chicken. The band playing was Party City and they were also very entertaining. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

I had the chance to attend the soft opening. This venue reminds me of the roaring 20 s movie scenes. Huge stage for entertainment. Surrounded by dinner tables. The staff was very attentive. Food menu was limited for the soft opening. However, it was tasty. The venue is huge and 2 floors to accommodate large crowds.
