I just moved to the area and Im looking for a dental office for me and my family. Walked in the office to ask a question and the manager, I think her name was Bridget or something like that was extremely rude and condescending. I asked about prices since I dont have insurance at the moment and she wouldnt even make eye contact with me. She just said I dont know. I asked for a ball park estimate and she said the same thing. Dont know if its because Im Hispanic but she was very rude. Needless to say I will be taking my family somewhere else.

I take my son for regular check up and they are awesome all staff and doctors a brilliant. They are very friendly, follows up timely on our appointments. Dr Vaswani and her assistant Jasmine are superb and excellent doctors they treated my son with his 7 teeths and i took my wife recently and they treated her very wel tol. My first time here today. I arrived on time at 10am, for a 10am and a 10:30am appointment. I STILL was not seen after 12:30pm. All they could say was they were waiting on a room to be available after they done let 10 people back there. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours, watching people be seen. Unprofessional.

I came to Rodeo Dental in Irving, TX since I had previously established care for myself and my son with another Rodeo Dental out of Houston, TX before we moved. I came in complaining of severe pain on one side for 3 days that was not being controlled by any OTC medicine. Dr. Anna de Leon was my provider. Unfortunately, my experience with her was horrible. I explained to her how/when the pain started, including its severity. She completed my X-ray did a basic exam and said your teeth are perfect , and kept telling me that my pain was due to teeth grinding/high crown or a sinus infection- & would need to follow up with a PCP. I explained to her that I truly felt like that neither response from her was the case at all due to nearly being able to pin-point the exact moment the issue arose. I left with having my mouth numbed, crown height reduced, and teeth cleaned, and told to monitor the pain over the next few days. Welp low and behold within 1-2 hrs as the numbing wears off the pain starts to trickle back in. With knowing how severe it could return to, I called the clinic back and asked if I could re-schedule an appointment. As a healthcare provider myself, I have a busy schedule and only wanted to schedule due to the pain nearly returning immediately (I understand monitoring it-but it was very severe, and didn t want to chance not being seen for a while). Dr de Leon refused my requests to schedule an appointment. When I get home later that evening the pain worsens. I decide to go to an after hours dental urgent care because I knew I couldn t make it through another night with the pain. They found ONE DEFINITIVE AND POSSIBLY TWO (2) TEETH INFECTIONS that needed urgent surgery with antibiotics. Had Dr de Leon actually listened to her patient, she could have easily found them the same way the other general dentist did in the SAME DAY. I wouldn t recommend this place or that provider to my worst enemy and I have NO enemies. But hey, the staff is kind. Edit: next day photo 8/22/24 with worsening swelling pain/infection. Headed to urgent oral surgery referred by my urgent care general dentist. Dr. Anna de Leon definitely failed this case.

Do not come; here is the worst. The employees are incompetent; they scheduled you, and then they called you to cancel but wont called back to reschedule you again, and you have figured out how you rescheduled yourself. Along this after you have paid for a a service that I have wait for three months I am still unable to get the the service on because they don t know how to schedule you or because is not there or is lost, three months after its been pay, you gone with them, the clinict does not respect your time and every time you wanna come they don t have space or a time for you and then the doctors be canceling appointments on you because they don t want to do it on your time, you are the one who is paying all on time. quick to take your money but doesn t respect your time for a service for a that has already been pay for yet has not even been done Extremely disappointed

Stumbled across, Rodeo Dental, and so thankful I did. Their customer service as amazing. Loved the dentist. But what made it a great experience, was the ladies in the front. From check in to checking out and everyone in between. Angie, the hygienist, was so good with my 5 year old grandson. We do not have dental insurance and the private pay rates were more than fair. Y all, give them a call. You will be glad you did.

I went with my husband for a crown, but although the service is good in general terms, it was a total scam. I was treated by a doctor of Indian origin who told me that I had 12 cavities, that I should remove my post-orthodontic retainers (a recommendation that would make my teeth move) and with great pity as she looked at me she told me that I had to decide because my case was urgent. I paid for an insurance promotion so that the treatment would not cost me much but it was of no use, in the end I decided not to return again, I went to 2 other dentists for another evaluation, they did x-rays and I barely had a cavity, both doctors without knowing each other They confirmed the same to me. What a lack of professionalism and moral ethics to deceive and mess with peoples health for the greed of money. Maybe there are excellent doctors there, but at least the one who treated me is not.

NOT JUST FOR KIDDOS! I love this place. And I have NEVER made that statement about a dentists office before. I am 40 years old and from past trauma at the Dentist when I was 5 years old - long story - I get panic attacks at even an exam at the dentist. I cant control it at this point. With all of that said - Dr Vaswani was sooooo patient and attentive and gentle with me! She understood my fears and anxiety and made my entire visit as painless and comfortable as she could. The staff at this location are TOP NOTCH. I cannot remember all of their names right now, but the ladies at the front - xrays - room prep - assisting - these ladies are wonderful and so sweet and kind!! To big babies like me!! **they have a mini movie theater in the lobby. Just sayin. GO HERE!!!!!! I am now EXCITED about returning to get my care plan taken care of after 20 years of panic attacks and missed dental appts!! Praise God for you guys at Rodeo Dental. <3

Everyone s reviews about the staff being nice are spot on, but my overall experience at my first appointment today was terrible. I knew this place caters mostly to kids; that s clear from the decor. While waiting in the lobby for my appointment, I heard several unattended children loudly playing the video games. I guess their parents were in the exam room. My appointment was for 4pm for a checkup and cleaning. I arrived early to check in and give them my insurance info. I didn t get called back for X-rays until 4:15 or so, and then the technician sent me back to the waiting room until an exam room became available. They called me to the exam room around 4:40. Two or three different people came by to check on me and apologize for the wait before the doctor finally arrived around 5. She looked at the X-rays and checked my teeth over a bit. Thankfully, I m cavity-free. She left and said someone would come in to do the cleaning. No one ever came in to do the cleaning. At 5:30, I finally got the attention of someone walking by and let them know I was leaving. She asked if she could reschedule me, and I said no thanks, I ll go somewhere else. And that s what I d recommend you to do go somewhere else.

UPDATE: 04/26/24 my daughter got braces today! Paula was AWESOME and so welcoming. Great crew and team members! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It was my kids first time here and I was relieved to have picked a great place. I was able to get both kids seen & teeth cleaned in a great time. These liars said my toddler had cavities on his two back molars and wanted to put him to sleep to apply silver crowns on the affected teeth. Their so called specialist took a look at my sons teeth without scrapping at the tooth to see if there was decay. Nope, he just took a second to look around and said it was definitely decay and he needed treatment asap. On top of everything they tried to charge me a fortune for the procedure when my insurance covered most of the treatment.. I searched for a second opinion and his NEW dentist said he didn t have cavities and it was staining from his iron vitamins. There was absolutely NO decay. The staining eventually went away with discontinued us of the vitamins. Problem solved! These people immediately jumped to a problem that never existed and wanted to scam me out of a large amount of money.. Shame on all of you.

This is my third visit at this location and with each visit the service has been really really really really pleasant and my technicians have been outstanding. Melissa worked on my temporary crown in record time. It was a little bit loose. I came back in and she got me squared away perfectly. Replaced and refitted in less than 10 minutes, outstanding work on both visits.

i really liked the veiw of the office but doubted the infermation the doc was giving about the cavities. She said i have 3 cavities, i didnt think that was true and to see if it was really true i went to another dentist and they said i only have 1 cavitie and showed me the x-rays for proof. The best place! Dentists normally give me a lot of anxiety but in Rodeo Dental I can literally fall asleep during my appointment, they treat you very nice and welcome! I feel like I m a child haha. 1000% recommended, you won t regret.

My kids loved this dentist office so much that my 3 year old son said the next morning mommy can we go back to the place that had the balloons lol. They were so good to my kids. We will definitely be back because my kids aren t scared to get their teeth cleaned or looked at. The very nice doctor was so patient with my daughter.

This dental office has very nice people at the front desk. Edger is the person that help me . He was with me every step of the way with my dental visits. He made sure I was good every time I came into the office even when he was working with other people. He came and checked on and when his patient left he came into my room and helped out in there. If ur looking for a new dentist and a nice Atmosphere this is a great place to go check out. Thank you Edger for being so nice and caring. see ya in a couple of months:) five stars for everyone that works there!! The dentist is a very sweet and caring person too

The dentist is awesome, staff is patient and friendly. The dentist listened to my concerns, worked with me to find comfortable solutions. They listened when I told them about MY child and respected my decisions. He wasnt treated like a number, they walked him through his procedure every step of the way and I am so happy with the care he received. A pediatric dentist that understands a successful patient doctor relationship comes with communication, patience, and respect. I will be switching all of my kids here for all dental needs. My boys loved it here and are excited to go back! The dentist and assistants were wonderful and worked so well with my children. My boys were hesitant about going to the dentist at first, but they were excited as soon as they saw the outside of the building and walked through the doors to see video games and a theatre. It all helped them to relax and enjoy the experience.

This place is clean, organized and the staff is super friendly, they have plenty of entertainment for the kids. I had an emergency today and they squeezed me in last minute I really appreciate that. I do wish they were more flexible with their ortho schedule as I work Monday through Friday and it makes it extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, even though when I originally started coming they were giving me Saturday appointments, overall I would recommend this place for your childrens regular dental work, but the ortho side is lacking.
