This visit was very disappointing. The food seemed old and Im not sure if it was chicken, too rubbery (like chewing bubble gum) and no flavor outside of the gravy. Maybe they changed vendors. Regardless, I dont think Ill come back. They used to be real consistent and flavorful.

worst manager and customer service. They gave me a dried drum stick asked for my money back, Csshirr asked what s wrong with it wasn t what I wanted , then the manger came along with a nasty attitude asked what was wrong? She didn t see the problem the hgoyarguememtibe she didn t know how to refund. Followed her ride managers lead. Manager was arguememtive and rude she didn t thin anything was wrong with serving it. the drive thru windowaaway. I waited for at least 20 to 25 minutes. She finally came zsje shut the window she and the cask Orr walked didn t come back until she heard me speaking to someone reporting after me calling another location to complain about the service and refusing refund,After her nasty behavior came to the window and stated I had the attitude!!! Nope I know when she refused to give me my money and said we don t have a cook!!! She did refund after all this drama ! If paying money for a product I want my moneys worth, the Manager needs to be fit! No one deserved to for grandy allowing this type of behavior to disrespect a customer, be prepared if your going to the Irving Tx location be prepared ! Hope the get a new manager!!!! All this for 3 dollars was about the principle!!!

I only need 1 word.. Nope! Good was hours old, improper temps and how do you get watery chicken? Chicken legs had dried up hours old skin, improper food temp. Long story short, brought it all back to the counter and refused any and all remakes and refunds. Eat here and suffer the consequences from your bowel. We came in the Manager Lucy was very polite, she welcomed us immediately. Yolanda took our order it was correct, and Casey assisted with making our plates. They were all professional with beautiful smiles on their faces. My daughter had the fried chicken which she stated has AMAZIN crest with a great crunch , and the macaroni was the BOMB. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn it was delicious. It was fairly empty which I dont mind, and the restaurant was clean.

Over 30 years I have enjoyed Grandy s breakfast and in one visit they destroyed all of that nostalgia. If the owner cannot see how lazy and incompetent their business is being run they are just as at fault. Have already emailed public health and sanitation about the extremely poor quality because I m fairly certain that this particular Grandy s takes advantage of only being inspected once per six months. You should hold a high standard every day. Not just when it will inconvenience you because you are inconveniencing your own customers with your below subpar standards. It s a shame really.

Ordered the chicken fried steak with cream gravy. First it was $7 for the meal with 2 sides. I thought maybe they were running a special. As I drove home it didnt smell right. Its 2022, the pandemic is done and we are STILL eating at Grandys!!!!! No dining in though, just drive thru. We used to love coming here, but this last time was a killer!!! The air conditioner was off and it was super hot! We were already burning up from being out in the heat all day and we were super hungry! So a bad experience and not going back! The worker by the name of Felix that was on my receipt is a special kind of worker. His hospitality makes this restaurant team look very courteous and very hospitable. Felix has patience and i think he shoud be moved up to management. Right now his salary should atleast be $17 per hour if he isnt already making that. What can I say... Its Grandys! Dearly missed in Houston TX. This was my first stop in Dallas for a meal from DFW. The animated gentleman working the cashier (hes originally from Houston) elevated this unappreciated food chain experience... Give that man a raise! THANK YOU GRANDYS for keeping the food, formula and prices mostly the same for 30+ years!

This place was horrible. Their tenders were not even close to tenders, they were more like thin chicken fingers. There was no flavor, their chicken leg was as small as the tender I would definitely not come back. Service was great, but the food was so disappointing.

Worst place to eat and rude and I do mean rude people that work there. What I dont understand that the customer pay their paychecks and they dont understand that. SMH

Please stay open and NEVER LEAVE!! My food is always hot and fresh, excellent customer service, clean and not a crowded atmosphere. I cant complain about nothing but sometimes a wait but not a long wait. My favorite go to when everyone else disappoints
