Went to Dallas Fibre Festival and had a good time. Building was kept at a comfortable temperature. Restrooms clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking in garage. Cafeteria overpriced for poor quality food.

Easy to get to loading dock. Easy to get to parking garage. Parking was $15 and you pay by card. I was a sponsor for the Ultimate Womens Expo and enjoyed being at the Irving Convention Center.

Huge place, filled with lots of vendors for city wide job fair. Parking was a pain because of construction and having to pay crazy pricing. If you were attending the job fair, you should have been validated. I can image the gains they made from parking proceeds, alone!

The convention center is nice BUT I was there for Texas Frightmare and the organization is HORRIBLE. My wife and I got to the event and stood in line for an hour and a half before the event just to be told right before entering we didn t have the needed wristbands. No empathy from the employee at the door. There should have been signs or people directing which line to be in. The disorganization continued inside as well.

Clean, felt safe even though it was a huge event attended by 1000s of people dressed in horror costumes. Celebrities were very accessible and the vendors were set up well to be successful. Large selection of beers and cocktails to spice up the event.

The location itself is fine. Texas Frightmare Weekend seems to have lost the plot some from my previous 3 times attending the event. The disorganization was obvious from just trying to get to the parking around the venue. It took over an hour to get thru a line that could have been avoided by just placing folks to direct traffic. After that just getting wristbands for our pre-purchased tickets for the weekend. Im not sure that Id make the trip again.

I just attended the Texas Frightmare 2024... it was very crowded, unorganized and absolutely not worth the money I wasted. The autographs were a huge issue and that whole thing with the virtual tickets needs to be fixed ASAP

Great experience outside of finding parking which FYI if its super packed just park at the hidden ridge dart line parking lot and take the transit line right to the convention center, its literally just a few blocks from the stop to the convention center.

went to a convention here on a saturday, plenty of free parking and it was all labeled visibly and everyone that worked at the convention or at the center was awesome with the customer service. the convention center was great- clean, organized and the outside seating to eat was a bonus to get some fresh air and check out the surroundings. this place is huge.

Irving Convention Center is a 4 story modern meeting venue. It has breakout rooms, session rooms, ballrooms, and more. It is well appointed and well lit. I would and am returning. Only issue was lack of nearby or internal food choices. Check it out.

Great location for an expo whether big or small. First-class accommodations and convenient parking. I have always had a great time attending events here. Easy access from the freeway and close to good restaurants. Cant miss location and architecture that is sure to leave an impression. My only complaint was there was no coffee available during my visit but you can grab some close by. Friendly staff, adequate climate control. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Cool place for events. Very large venue. Security staff is hit or miss. Ive worked other events here at 2 occasions. Both events - security gave me a hard time trying to enter the back dock area. Ive done dozens of events across the US and havent had nearly the amount hassle I got here. Some of the security are just on some sort of power trip. Not all of them are like that. A good amount of people Ive dealt with here are great. Needless to say, I will not be hosting any of my events here. Not worth the trouble.

Nice bridal show in the Irving Convention Center. The facility is great, including the huge meeting & event space, very clean and big restrooms, nice concession stand and friendly security crew members. However, the booth arrangement could be improved better, as the booths seemed crowded in only certain region of the huge event room; lots of space was wasted.

Modern design, very clean, good parking. Relatively easy in and out. Nice venue. There are plenty of concessions and restrooms. There is a small cafe at the top of the escalator with hot food and a Starbucks. There is a nice patio outside the café with a balcony and decent view of the area.
