Over the years, I have relied on Joseph Michael Dickerson to do a good bit of my legal work. It has always been timely, affordable, and well-done. Some of the more expensive (to me) work has been offered on a payment plan, which made it a lot more manageable given the economic conditions of late. Mike Dickerson has been at estate planning for a long time now. And this experience comes across in the quality of the documents he produces. Personally, facing this sort of planning is not a particularly comfortable subject. But getting it addressed in the most competent way is nevertheless required. So I chose Mike to ensure I got the results I was after. His breadth of knowledge from legal entities like LLCs, to wills and revocable trusts, to real estate Mike has you covered. I m a long-time satisfied client. I will continue to use his services and recommend them. (Updated 6/23/2023) Life is hard. It can get a lot harder if I leave myself exposed to the unexpected. So I mitigate the risk by working with the trustworthy and competent folks at the Joseph Michael Dickerson Law Office. I want to protect my businesses against unnecessary loss. Very disappointing customer service. My mom has been waiting for my grandpas will to be finalized since May 2022, apparently the usual timeline is 3-4 months. Im writing this in January 2023 because the lady had lost a critical document after insisting that my mom send in the original paper file, so theres not even a copy available for use. This mess-up has severely delayed the process. Last week, the lady told her itll be another couple months before the money comes in. My mom needs this money to help pay for my wedding thats happening in June, and anyone who has ever planned a wedding before knows that these expenses incur WAY ahead of time. My own needs aside - the process should not have taken this long in the first place.

We relocatedfrom California to Texas but don t own anything except for our retirement funds. We thought we needed to transfer our trust to Texas. But after discussing our situation with Mr. Dickerson he informed us we don t need one as long as our beneficiaries are in order.
