So disappointed in this chipotle. Half the time, the bowls are great good portions, ratio, etc.. The other half of the time they are tiny portions and messy. Their inconsistency makes me hesitate to spend any more money there.

This is the worst location ever! For the first time ever, I walked into a chipotle and was not greeted by the person making my meal. I approached the glass and she just stared at me like I had something strange on my face. I quickly concluded that she must be brand new and in training because she was also Unacceptably Slow, almost as if she was Trying to get the attention of coworkers to come help . But no one ever came. She also Gave double scoops of rice But half scoops of everything else. Clearly, the new directive for Chipotle, since they can t skip on portions anymore, Is to fill the entry with cheap rice; How annoying! But that s not even the worst part of my visit. I have been eating at chipotle for a very long time and never have I been charged extra for the Tortilla! I generally order a burrito, but like it placed in a bowl so that I can eat it with a fork. But on this occasion, I actually ordered a bowl and asked for tortilla to be inside. Huge mistake! I got to the counter and an uncomfortable spat occurred because I asked the cashier why I am being charged extra for a tortilla. Basically, I came to the conclusion that I ordered wrong and I should ve asked for a burrito inside of a bowl as opposed to a bowl with a tortilla inside. I left saying to the cashier, well I guess I ll ask for a burrito in a bowl next time, but then you guys will start Charging for empty bowls, right Another worker even came over and Exclaimed that he also Does not think that tortillas cost extra, but the cashier was so adamant about the charge as if the cost of tortilla would come out of his paycheck! It Was quite shocking to watch them, lose a customer over a tortilla that costs the company less than a penny. I was sure to pay myself back In dozens of free forks and napkins. I m so happy that CAVA and Chiloso exists!!

Terrible food! All 4 items were terrible portions, food wasnt fresh. I will never come back to this poorly run chipotle. When I complained on the app, they didnt offered me anything to pay for their mistakes. No one even acknowledged I was there. No one was in line and they were just cleaning and chatting in front of each other. When they finally came and asked me what I wanted, the warmed the tortilla and walked away because some in the back asked for a side of queso despite LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE being available to assist, the guy taking my order stops to do get the queso, comes back and forgot to what I wanted. He even took his time finding new lids for the cups. When my food was done he just walked away. No one was there to help cash me out. I could have picked up the burrito and walked out and no one would have cared. I finally had say loudly can someone check me out!? They just heard for someone named Michelle. They didn t ask me if I needed anything else. They just stuffed my cup in the bag with the burrito. Nothing made me angrier that not getting any sort out sorry, we ll be right with you. What is with that!??? Literally the WORST freaking experience at a chipotle. NO ONE WAS IN THE FREAKING LINE but me!

Chipotle needs to do better. I ordered a veggie bowl with sofritos online. What I got was a bowl of rice with a few veggies and some sofritos to garnish. I was STARVING so I ate it. But there was so much rice that I couldnt finish. Going through the line is the best way to ensure you get the right amounts. The rice isnt even seasoned either! No cilantro or anything...

Just went in with my family to order. There s no one in line. Everyone there is already sitting down and eating. We walked up to the order spot, where a girl was wiping off the counter. She says nothing to us, just continues to wipe the already clean counter and pretend we aren t standing there. I finally spoke up - hey, can we order some burritos? She looks up at me with disgust and tells me I ll help you in a minute. Back to wiping the counter. At which point a young man walks out from the food prep area to the order spot. I say - hey man, we d like to order some burritos? Again, disgust and I ll be with you in a minute. So, we left. We didn t have time to wait for whenever they felt was a good time to take our order. On our way out, there were 3 more people walking in to order. They walked right out as well. 7 potential customers out the door in 5 minutes. Nice job. Hope the wait was worth it to the servers. Hope they get voted for the cleanest counters of any Chipotle, ever.

Employee s were super helpful right as they opened, they started working on a massive to go order and still gave my friend and I incredible service. Employee s literally brought our meal out to us where we were sitting in the dining room. Great job!! Liked this chipotle which is near to the interstate. The location is open and has ample parking. The food portion was great and bowl was full. The meat portion is not enough though. The staff were great and courteous. The restaurant was clean and provides a welcoming environment. Restroom is clean and seating area is well organized.

One of the employees very munched disappointed me at this location. The way she was treating her coworkers was very unprofessional. Her coworker was busy and she couldn t go get the vinegar (which she could have )herself and kept screaming at her coworker and got very frustrated even tho her coworker was busy. she also had a very bad attitude towards others and even myself.

Sadly it was such a disrespected experience from Chipotle have not expected from you yesterday around 6:20 Pm april 15 24 have ordered Sofritas Bowl and as i started my meal with super hunger found a dead fly i walked to the serving staff immediately and showed the same , she pretended to not recoganize and confirmed with another staff that its a dead fly !!! she simply walked away without any response . I moved away silently and started eating the same bowl , after a while the fly in my bowl i could imagine and felt nausea but somehow i managed to finish the same. ### Such a poor maintenance and kitchen staff has not even responded to the mistake and not asked either to replace the bowl !! Chipotle if this is the way you behave with customers im sure u will have drop in the customers !!! I expect some explanation from the team on this .. tq

Worst chipotle I ve ever come to. I live closest to this location so I always get to go orders and out of the 20 so times I ve ordered, more than 75% of my orders have been completely messed up where I am given someone else s order or my order was not made properly. Also my most recent order was the smallest burrito I ve ever seen- it was a small square! For the price I pay that s not cool. Chipotle s headquarters customer service is also the worst. When I reported my order was made incorrectly and sent pictures of my food and receipt they didn t even provide a refund. If you don t live near and have another choice choose another franchise or if you love chipotle they have many other locations but this is not the one.

WORST Chipotle to come to!! Every single time I go there, they are always out of something, lines are really long because the service/staff is TERRIBLE! Never going there AGAIN! Took me about 20 min to get my food, and I was just the 2nd person in line. Service was so slow, only to get back to work and find out how old, stale, and super salty the chips were, and the lack of flavor the food had! I ve gone back a few times to this one giving it/them the benefit of the doubt, but they never fail to DISAPPOINT EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Very small dining area. Tall tables and backless stools are very uncomfortable. The normal tables were all taken, so I endured the discomfort. They were out of guacamole (!) and had no regular Coca-Cola. Food was decent, but if I had known it would be so uncomfortable and that they were out of items, I would have gone elsewhere. Not a great experience. Kid-friendliness: NOT kid-friendly. The chairs and backless stools are dangerous for kids. There are much better options.

Two months ago I m in the line ordering my food and I visit this store at least 1or 2 times a week. A hispanic guy is in front of me at the register he realize he had no money. He starts making calls trying to get someone to come bring money and I remember Susie she may be a manager or supervisor went to the back and got her personal card and paid for the guy meal. I thought how nice that was for her to do that. FAST FORWARD -> to about two weeks ago and I wasn t going to leave a review but it truly bothered me considering they know I come in here a lot. So I go for my usual get to the register, pay for my meal. As I m getting a drink one of the workers come over and say that I having a balance due of $3 and some change. I go back to the register and swipe my card again. He say thank you so I continue to get my drink. Sat down I only get 30 minutes for lunch, eating looking at my phone and 15 minutes into my meal Susie walks up, she say, excuse me, you have a balance owed of $1 and some change. I proceeded to apologize and ask her if it was ok for me to finish my food and I can go to the car. She advised me that I couldn t finish my food and I need to get up and bring $1 and some change. She stood there until I got up, So if anyone knows trying to put back on a chipotle top is very hard so I tried to hurry, everyone is staring at me. I m so embarrassed bc I don t want anyone to think I would intentionally steal a chipotle bowl I leave like she told me to do. I bring back $2 and I went up to register ask for Susie. She came to the register I then apologize again and gave her the $2. She smiled really big and said thank you. I didn t get to finish my food bc I was told to leave but I m glad I was able to bring the $2 bc she may would ve called the police on me. I say this to say maybe if I was white, Hispanic, or just some other race other than African American she would at least let me finish my food. Again I m sorry I made you guys wait for the $1.

UPDATE: 2 years from the original review. I have recently gone to this Chipotle and they have improved at least the last 2 times I went to this location they had all the ingredients available for our meals. Original review in 2021: This location needs immediate attention from a competent manager who knows how to manage inventory. We live nearby and go to this location about once a week. It has become a regular problem for them to be out of ingredients. Tonight it was chips, veggies, tea, and lemonade. Other times it s guacamole. As they were preparing my meals, the servers were talking that they were going to run out of something else. They had about 5 to go orders backed up on a board. They had metal containers stacked up right behind them and they needed to wipe the counter top. I think the young adults working there were doing their best but it really looked like they had no supervision and assistance from a competent manager. I will probably start going to the location by the university.

Let me start by saying I having always had a good experience with Chipotle. But the past couple of times I have noticed the lack of cleanliness and food quality. This is my first at this particular Chipotle s and my last at any Chipotle. Let s starting with this place was dirty. Food, napkins on floor and all tables were dirty. Thought ok, maybe they had a rush. But the place had average business. I cleaned off a table so I could sit and eat my Chicken pastor bowl. It came with a massive amount of rice, which was undercooked, and very little meat. The food station was dirty and I never once saw anyone wipe it down and the whole time I was here no one came out to clean the tables or sweep the floor.

I feel as many others do, that Chipotle has gone very very downhill. We went to this location just once and everything reminded me of Chipotle in its heyday. The employees were friendly and all working on something. We did a pickup order (burrito bowls) and it was on time, hot, correct, and loaded up! The restaurant itself had the industrial decor Chipotle s known for. I m really not looking forward to having to go back to my hometown Chipotle after coming here.

This place was awful, to start off with there was only one employee on the line who was actually kind, everyone else seemed like they were being forced to do their job. The chicken and rice was luke warm at best, they said they were out of guacamole but had over an hour before closing AND not to mention they had quac for the online orders but couldn t give any to customers dining in, and refused to make more even thought they clearly had a full staff. Waited over thirty minutes in line. manager walks out from the back. Looks at the line, starts joking with the Togo person, never even attempts to help. The guy making orders starts moving slower because the line is getting longer. And when I get to the window he stops let s the shift lead know it s time to go home and leaves. This is the worse chipotle I ve ever been to. I will never go back. This location needs to be shut down, they cannot even function properly. Orders are always messed up. It s ridiculous; so much so that it s laughable. I live 30 mins away so going back to get my order fixed isn t an option, and I shouldn t have to check my food before leaving. I ordered my food yesterday for lunch. It was about 11:30, when it was delivered 20 minutes later, fast is great, it s was shocking!!! The lettuce was ALL brown, the guacamole was brown and runny and the rice was cold adn clumpy. The entire thing was cold. I was and am so disappointed. It was awful. I didn t call them to complain but o tossed it right away and was just mad. Don t go here

Chipotle is great. One of our go to places to eat. However, this specific location is absolutely terrible. I ve given them multiple chances but at this point I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to a different location. I m not sure if management is the issue or the employees are. They are consistently slow. Almost always out of something, or multiple things. Almost always understaffed. I went in one time to order take out and was told I HAD to order on the app. I asked why, and they said because it s easier for us. Whole line full of food, one table occupied and nobody else in line. I just left all together and went elsewhere. Another time my family went in to eat and they were only doing take out orders, not allowing anyone to eat inside. I asked why, and they said we already cleaned the lobby. They close at 10pm and it was 8:45pm. Just all around unprofessional and unacceptable.

Sadly I hate to say it Chipotle has slowly become terrible. Ordered via the app only to get the food cold and the smallest portion I have ever received. Half of the bowl was missing??? Not worth $16 for not even a full order... Contacted the support team and they gave me a BOGO for my next order. Not a bad resolution but just wanted to show my experience here. Hopefully they improve I will update if they do soon.

We were 1st in line, but we werent waited on for 20 mins...they were catering to someone. Then when they finally did wait on us they were out of a few things because of the large order(by the way we got there at 10:45am when they 1st opened, 4 people behind us got tired of waiting and left) There were no chairs out, we not only got our own chairs but had to clean them as well. The fountain machine wasnt set up for use and was also completely out of ice. And to top things off our food was luke warm

I ve been to this location 3 times now and each time they legit don t have ANY protein ready to go while I wait in this long line and are then told there is no chicken or steak, I look to the left to see a pickup order being made in a separate line with what chicken and steak! Lol I asked if I could have steak from the other line and was told no. It s only for to go orders. I feel that this isn t the only chipotle going down the toilet they all seem wildly understaffed. Avoid this place go to CAVA, it s right next door.

I would eat chipotle an ungodly amount...until I moved to Denton. This Chipotle is the worst one I have ever been to, and its terrible on a consistent basis. This restaurant is always dirty with food crumbs sitting on the tables. On two separate occasions I visited and they were out of fajita veggies. As someone who eats a low carb diet, and cant have rice or beans, fajita veggies are very important to making a complete bowl. Chipotle isnt cheap and its ridiculous to expect me to go without a key ingredient. The staff is surly and not doing a good job of making sure that they have a clean restaurant and all of the ingredients ready. Dietary restrictions: If youre going in there with the intention of ordering something low in carbs, try someplace else.

Terrible customer experience, stop by because I thought it would be a safe bet, but I was wrong with this location. Trash cans overflowing with trash, tables not clean. When I got there the majority of the food was empty, there was a line because all 3 employees were arguing with a customer because they messed up and almost over charged her. After waiting once they talked to me they were very blunt and not even a thank you. Very disappointed and from reading the other reviews so is everyone else SMH. I don t usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. When I got to the front, they were out of all meat options. Apparently, there had been no communication to the rest of the team and the meat was not being cut up. I was in front of about 20 people and we all had to wait. Naturally, the person in the back starts cutting up the least popular meats first. When I asked for mixed veggies, which were also empty, the employee just stared at me. There is a separate food bar for online orders (which did had chicken) so I mentioned to the cashier that maybe they could use some of that to complete my order. The employee completing online orders responded by saying that was for paying customers . I would recommend driving down to the next Chipotle if you can, you ll still save time.

When I came in at 6, I was the 4th person in line. Took a real 15 minutes to get to me. Whoever was managing sent the second line worker to the back to do something. There was only one person working the line for the 40 minutes I was in the building and the line was backed to the door the entire time, but yet there were three people working to-go orders. The barbacoa was not shredded, it was giant beef stew sized chunks that were hard to eat. Place needs a tune-up

Choosing not to serve peppers or onions. Why am I paying full price for this? 10/21/21 6:38PM Heather the manager said she s deciding not to make peppers or onions basically because she doesn t feel like it. The employee serving me says they had them for about the first 30 mins the store was open but that s about it. So for the past 7 hours the manager has refused to make peppers and onions. Said they are busy, so they choose to incompletely serve customers. When I came in there was no one in line. This location sucks because manager willfully neglects standard services.

Sorry. No brown rice for all three on your orders and no barnacles beef. Not going to make anymore so basically take it if leave it and order already started. Still open for over an hour and tons of people coming in and out. Oh but we will still charge you $2.60 for each tiny scoop of guacamole and nothing off for the items they didn t have that I wanted. Back to Chick-fil-A. Went back 10/08/22 to try again. Nothings changed. This time no black beans, no cheese and no queso and not gonna be any sir. Huge line behind me gonna have the same issues. They don t seem to care or adjust processes. We really like their food but forced to go other places. Sad

EVERY time I go in there, something is off. Very slow moving line, waiting to restock beans or rice. A few days ago, I asked for steak and they said we dont have any. They offered their new garlic guajillo steak but all they had in there was a few pieces that had obviously been sitting there a while because the meat was all dried out. Said no thanks and left.
