We sat at a table and was served once the set of the time we were ignored a 1 hour went bye by the time we got a menu. The music was so loud we couldnt talk to each other. Our waitress was also grinding with girls that were dancing in the mold of the aisle. Very over priced add a tip into the ticket. We got a margarita, a crown and Coke, ultralight and a diet Coke. Our ticket came out to $55 with the tip they made for themselves was $10.80

Interesting hotel. The downstairs decor is definitely not something youd expect from a hotel right off the interstate, haha. The rooms admittedly did feel dated and could definitely use some renovating. However, the location was good for getting around different areas of the DFW, the service was just fine, and I didnt feel like the hotel was unsafe or dirty.

First time trying this place with my family thinking I would enjoy the food. As far as the presentation of the food it was nice very well plated. The taste of the food didnt not match how it looked nor did it match how the waitress explained to us. The Captain Jack Sparrow chicken biscuit (Capn crunch breaded chicken tenders, scrambled eggs w/ syrup on the biscuit), my wife had 2waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, & some sauce there was absolutely no flavor. The service could of been better we were greeted but took forever to place our order. For it to be slightly busy there seemed to be only 2 servers. Wife went to the restroom & said it reeked & smelled like a urinal.

Last night at Reservoir totally flipped the script from my last time there. The DJ was on fire had us all hooked from the first track to the last. The food? Spot on, tasty, and way better than I remembered. And the service was killer the waitresses were on their A-game, keeping the drinks flowing and the vibe just right. I typically have a good time here!!! Tonight we had a waitress that intentionally ignored us and we ordered drinks at the bar. When a yt couple walked in she was eager to help them. When addressed she told security we were aggressive and they asked us to leave without asking what happened they automatically took what she said and ran with it. We promptly disputed the charges because we were not allowed to simply finish our drinks. We come here often and the waiter we typically have in that particular section is always nice and attentive I wish I could remember her name.

Reservoir is a high-energy bar and a best bar in dallas for your late night outing, and when you want to chill out with your friends and love one. Reservoir opens till 2am and has great selection for both food and alcohol and tap beers. I have been with my friends and now we are going every weekend to enjoy our time. Its is located in Toyota Music Factory, and has great ambiance and music. Trust me at the weekend you will love this place, but dont forget to take your ID along with you, as they might want to check the same.

I have been here multiple times and its a chill bar/restaurant. Nothing crazy in terms of the food or the drinks, but out of all the bar/restaurants at the Toyota Music Factory complex its the one that feels the least corporate. Staff is friendly and they play decent music in the background. Good happy hour too. * Bonus on the weekends apparently they have djs and the place turns into something of a bar/nightclub

I d give it more. My bartender was very nice. I presented a card to a female bartender and said please leave it open then she happened to open and close me out under same time. Granted. Miscommunication. I ll put the ball in her court and blame on me. So then after I consumed my beverage. I politely asked to reopen my tab and order same thing I had and all that took place . So we know and I know sometimes nature calls and we need to use the restroom within so I go use the restroom and come back and my point of interest. Aka where I left my beverage so I could use the restroom. The female bartender gave my singular spot away. (Yes,one person) gave it away and then had the audacity to tell me well you left and first come first serve. Yeah not acceptable. She lost money and the business itself lost money with that dont give a F attitude. Y all are wild with y all s business practices. She had at least a blue bill easily on tip cause I was aware of her efforts but my goodness. Refrain from hiring pitbulls back there. She did me dirty. I treated her with respect. Didn t challenge her intelligence or anything. She bullied me out that bar and that s foul! Try again . Ps I had no food oh yet I seen the tip portion show up. Pull my tab. This is in a near area amongst other restaurants and a concert venue. In the middle of this yard connected to the restaurant is an open space to sit in the sun or play corn hole or connect four. It looks like there is a stage to see events when they have them. The food was disappointing. I had the paramsean chicken sandwich and it was bland. The table shared fries which were good but smaller than other places for an appetizer. Drinkers were eh. Nothing eye catching. Smaller glasses and no one at the table was pleasantly surprised. The environment is nice. There is outdoor seating with heaters. Lots of tvs around the bar, clean, cozy. Parking was terrible. Nothing free was available so you have to pay at a garage and get validated by the server with some QR.

I was going to let this go but I just cant do it. The more I thought about it the more it bothered me. The establishment itself was fantastic, the ambiance great, but our bartender Whitney left a lot to be desired. It started out with me walking up to the bar to order drinks and she wouldnt even acknowledge me until my girlfriend walked up. She would only take the order from her. I didnt like it but I let it slide. A little while later we order a pizza and go back and sit at our booth to drink and chat. After waiting for around 45 minutes or more and the bar not very busy at the time I went back up to check on our food. She goes oh, here you go and picks the pizza up off of the bar beside her. Needless to say it was not even room temperature anymore. If we had walked off that would be one thing, but we were in the booths next to the bar. Had our experience not been so amazing on our 1st visit on a Sunday night we probably would have not returned. Do yourself a favor if she is your bartender look for a server or another bartender.

Encountered this place on a slow day. Had a drink and went to the Cajun place across the way. We noticed one of the employees from Reservoir looked familiar there. He kept leaving going back and forth from Reservoir to the Cajun place across the way. No wonder service was slow while at Reservoir. He literally kept walking in and out lifting his shirt showing his nipples to the bartender at the Cajun place. Two ladies were sitting at the side of the bar and he was rude to one of them when she mentioned him keeping his shirt down. The whole experience was strange. Several patrons were discussing it and we agreed this behavior from employees was beyond NOT worth the money. The chicken was not great enough for that show. Where was management? We could not find one manager in either place.

First time with colleagues for a happy hour and was really impressed. Casual place, great service and good food. Plenty beer and cocktail options and finger food. We ordered a lot of appetizers and everything was really good. Even though the restaurant was crowded, the service was on point. Our server was very sweet and really took care of us. Drinks were available at a happy hour price but not food since It was a concert day. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and If it hadn t been this hot we d prefer to sit outside. Date night for my wife and I. We saw this restaurant on TV and decided to try it out. It was a little different from what we are use to, but we really enjoyed it. Our server Marshall was excellent. I m not a fan of seat yourself restaurants and waitress did not seem very knowledgeable about the menu. My husband and I frequent reservoir often and we are always impressed with the service and the quality of food. There are so many choices on the menu we love it s hard to decide what we want to eat! Highly recommend for a fun bar vibe with great food and plenty of tvs to catch the game. Never had a problem getting tvs switched to what game we wanted to watch. The bartenders were friendly. The music was good and had a good mix. I wasnt sure if they had a DJ or if they were using the digital jukebox. The bar had a fairly good selection of liquor, beer, and wine; but the bartenders were relatively slow and inattentive given how busy they werent. I ordered the following: Chicken and Waffles, Ultimate Ham & Cheese Sandwich, Garlic Parmesan Green Beans, and Cinnamon N Cream. The ultimate ham & cheese sandwich was delicious. The sandwich had just the right amount of cheese and the bread was toast correctly. The green beans I could not taste the parmesan at all. It tasted more like salt than parmesan. The chicken was cooked in old grease. It tasted like the grease had not been changed in weeks and that made the chicken dry. The cinnamon n cream dessert was similar to cinnamon sticks with icing. This was an unexpected find!! What a great place. Live music in the courtyard on Friday night. It was a little loud for conversation at the table. But the music was outstanding. The food was amazing. men user on a wooden plank - no walking off with them - lol! Started out with angry pigs in a blanket. Angry because they were spicy served with mustard. Severely disappointed in the overall experience. Overall atmosphere is great. Very cool vibe and outdoor seating. Shiner bock and blue moon were warm which is not something you want out of a draft beer. Wings were absolutely awful. Over cooked frozen drop in the fryer wings. Disappointing because when you walk in you get the feeling the food is going to be good but honestly pizza places make better wings. Highly recommend passing on that option especially if you enjoy getting wings when you go out for a beer. Service was meh and honestly felt like they could care less. It would take a lot to change my mind about this place and at the moment it won t make the rotation of somewhere to go and get out for a bit. Too many options in this area to be sub par.

Service was beyond horrible. The waitress didnt come over until 20-30 minutes never introduced herself. Kept walking off while the table was trying to give the order. They brought out a burnt hamburger, even after telling her the burger was burnt and horrible she still tried to charge us. She never came to check back in, she looked as of she was on drugs. Beyond the worse service I have ever seen, it was unreal. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. No one came and apologized for sending burnt food out, clearly no QA. When a whole burger is brunt and a manager never comes to apologize and no one even ask can I get you anything else... that was the last time I come here. Oh lets not forget water wasnt even brung out. This place is trash and doesnt belong in Las Colinas. Close this place asap replace it immediately!!!!
