I was attending Reunion event in SLPS community center Dallas Very neat and clean place ,friendly staff , quick service, one of the best indoor party hall in Dallas, big parking lot , I recommend this place for any kind of event , love it

Management is horrible when it comes to booking. I had booked my date for my reception and then was called and told my date was given to somebody else. I will not be be recommending this hall to anyone and will be taking my business else where.

Beautiful venue but terrible security. The security/ officers were threatening to TASER guests all because of miscommunication amongst themselves. They did a terrible job a deescalating any situation involving them and were very aggressive with guests who were giving them no reason to act that way. Please make sure that all your staff is familiar with the policys of the venue to avoid unnecessary confusion.

The police security and Hispanic man was wery racist and aggressive. We the Africa USA citizen were humiliated and mistreated by this Hispanic security man. I was trying brin extra chairs for the elderly and handicapped people from the storage place. Before he asks me politely he snatched the chain from my hand aggressively. I felt he treated me as a criminal and not worthy. After the the wedding party finished I asked he why he acted like that toward Us when we are paying so much money for asking a little bits extra service. Crazy people work in this place.. be careful people when you are colored.

Great experience, great place ,the only problem we have on on the wedding night on Saturday May 28 2022 was the manger who was a charge for the night, she was so hard to communicate with. She was so hard to even listen, and tacking cars of a customers, she totally forgot we pay almost 30,000 to have a great time. The same time the make sure that if evant or wedding is going ,lit the guest know they can not serve any kind of alcohol by the guest server. Thank you.

Big open spaces for big open gatherings. (Thats the only good thing that I noticed.) Hard to navigate. Hard to tell where the real front door is. No clearly recognizable signage. No noticable workers or security. Long, congested, far away parking. Good luck getting in and out of that place. Its a cluster-f@(¥.

It was a very clean place. What I didnt like was that they blocked off the handicapped parking to let the school staff park in front for a graduation. My mother is handicapped and needed that parking space. I asked if I could kove the cone and park there and the security guard said no. Isnt it against the law to block handicapped parking spaces?
