I ve been here twice and can t believe how good the combination nachos and the chicken tacos are here. I also love the condiment bar with the fresh cilantro, fresh pico de gallo, and the variety of salsas. It s always very clean in this place too. Get there early on Sunday or you will have to wait. Parking: There is a lot of parking here but when it gets full, which is always on Sunday, it can be hard to find parking. Especially if you drive a larger truck. Get there early or later and parking is fine. Kid-friendliness: People bring their kids here. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a level door entry and smooth parking lot and sidewalk.

First, I ll start by saying that I love Rosas Café and Tortilla Factory except for this location. I frequent these restaurants often but the one on Precinct Line does not live up to the other locations. The service is absolutely horrible. They get the order wrong at least 90% of the time in my experience. They do not listen when you ask them to correct it. They have one worker named Andrea who will argue with you and speak over you the entire time you try to explain what items were missing or incorrect. Not to mention they are very stingy. Portions seem smaller than other locations and if you ask for salsa they act like you have asked for their life savings. They are rude and bad tempered at the drive thru as well. On a more positive note the Rosas location in Euless near the shops of Glade Rd is completely different. The employees always seem happy. They are kind and make you feel welcome and never once have they gotten my order wrong. It is worth the time driving to the Euless location and avoiding the precinct line location all together.

Usually good. The chicken fajita taco os just seasoned chicken. Not a great value. Today, my chicken enchiladas contained numerous bits of inedible, rubbery fat chunks.. These ruined my appetite. In fairness to Rosas, I did not complain. I boxed the remaining meal up for my animals and left. The staff may have improved my experience by offering something different, but I did not bring the issue to their attention or give them a chance to help me. That is on me. Regardless, consider the quality of meats we are consuming. Most of it is not even food. Not all processed foods can be cleared of this fatty gristle, but one piece really puts an end to that little lunch treat for a little while into the foreseeable future anyway. Until I forget about it and do it all over again. I will return to Rosas for a margarita.

Had dinner there on a recent Sunday for the first time in a few months. Food is typically consistent for the most part, but the prices keep going up and up. Inflation is everywhere, but Rosas seems to be overly aggressive with the increases. Service is efficient but not hospitable. This day the place was a mess. Trash all over the floors and under tables. At the prices now being charged, the value in Rosas is gone. Better food can be found in cleaner restaurants for close to the same price.

I ordered 2 beef fajita burritos (5.60 each) they forgot the cheese I ordered, then the attendant was rood when I pulled back around, to top it off it hardly any meat in it. To get good service, authentic mexican food, at a great price, I would recommend going to Patzcuaro Cafe, at 914 Melbourne Rd, Hurst, TX 76053..
