Ive had better pizza at chuck e cheese. The pizza I received might be the worst I have ever had. The pizza was cooked but the jalapeños were cold and had been slapped on after the pizza bad been through the oven. The customer service was terrible as well. I will not be back.

First time having pizza from this place . I would have given it a 10/10 if the pizza wasnt doughy. This was definitely not brooklyn style pizza .the toppings were good but the pizza was way too doughy and soft. I like my pizza crispy. I had throw it in the oven and cook it more so I can eat it . I was disappointed because as you see in the photo it looks delicious but it wasnt. I cant eat doughy pizza .

I tried Cane Rosso pizza last weekend and this weekend I tried Brooklyn Pizzeria - without a shadow of doubt Brooklyn Pizzeria blew them out of the water, and honestly not just Rosso but Brooklyn Pizzeria makes a DANG good pie!! I had the New Yorker, cheese pizza with pesto - my GOODNESS it was amazing. Then we had a pepperoni, a calzone, and the homemade bread - and it was all freaking spot on. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are in the Mid-Cities area and you havent had Brooklyn Pizzeria. I called these guys Friday night just to tell them how good the pizza was - it was THAT good. Try them, now. Pick up the phone and place an order!!

I purchased the large Supreme pizza. It wasnt done and I had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it. My 3-year- old grandson but into a slice and got a bone. I always buy Monis pizza, but was in the area of Brooklyn Pizzeria and thought I would give it a try, but I will never order a pizza from them again.

I placed an order online for Chicken and added Shrimp for an additional $4.99. I got to pick up food and as soon as I get in the parking lot I get a text saying my order had been canceled. So I go in to ask what the issue was and the cashier tells me that the website did charge me the right amount, which was a lie because it specifically had a add on option for shrimp for extra cost of $4.99. But he was so much of tight azz he just completely canceled my order instead of giving me the option pay the difference when I get there or just taking the hit and gaining thankful customers. I hope this place is shut down for code violation. These are the kind of places I can t stand. Customers make the business, not the other way around. Do not support this POS establishment.

I did like Brooklyn Pizzeria until last night! I ordered the pasta trio through Grub Hub. Unfortunately what I received was just lasagna and half a roll. I reported to Grub Hub I didnt receive what I ordered and they refunded my money. No big deal, mistakes happen. THEN I receive a phone call from Brooklyn Pizzeria! This guy calls me yelling asking why I canceled my order. I tried explaining to him why. He just kept yelling, cut me off, wouldnt let me talk, and then hung-up on me! They have good food but TERRIBLE customer service!!! So rude!

Ive been reviewing this place and checking in on Yelp for months. Just realized I never did a Google review. I love this place. Legit our favorite pizza place now, and so close which is really lucky. Weve ordered so many things now, not a single bad one among them (although the chicken aristocrat was just fine). White pizza, alfredo chicken pizza (best white sauce pizza), Brooklyn special pizza (today, best red sauce pizza so far), chicken parmesan, ziti fra diablo (love the pink sauce!!), calzone, cheese garlic bread, chicken rossini (best pasta dish), chicken aristocrat, meat lovers pizza, special white pizza, new yorker pizza, tortellini shrimp alfredo. I list all of these to give an idea that I have actually tried a lot of things on the menu and Im here to say this is the place. Its solid, its delicious, and the people are nice as can be.

Pizza here is great but stay away from their eggplant dishes unless you like to eat tough and chewy eggplant. Tried their rollatini one day and parmigiana another time hoping it was just a fluke but no such luck. They clearly do not understand how to cook eggplant correctly. Had pasta trio and lasagna other times and they are just okay. Stuffed mushrooms are served sitting in a pool of oil.

I recently had the chance to try out Brooklyn Pizza in Hurst, and while the pizza itself was quite good, the same couldnt be said for their pasta and wings. Lets start with the pizza, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The crust had a perfect crispiness to it, and the amount of sauce was just right. Each bite was a delightful balance of flavors, leaving me wanting more. The pizza truly lived up to its reputation, and I can see why its a popular choice among locals. Unfortunately, the same level of satisfaction couldnt be found in the pasta dishes. I ordered a plate of pasta, expecting a burst of flavors, but it fell flat. The lack of seasoning left much to be desired, and I couldnt help but feel underwhelmed. The pasta felt like it was missing that extra touch to make it truly enjoyable. Moving on to the wings, I was left disappointed yet again. The wings seemed to be nothing more than your average frozen variety, reminiscent of Tysons wings. They lacked the unique flavors and crispiness that I had hoped for. It felt like an easy way out for the establishment, and it was a letdown considering the promising start with the pizza. Overall, my experience at Brooklyn Pizza in Hurst was a mixed bag. While the pizza was definitely the star of the show with its perfect sauce-to-crust ratio and crispiness, the pasta and wings failed to impress. If youre solely looking for a satisfying pizza experience, this place might be worth a visit.

Vacationing here and staying in Bedford. Our last night here we ordered in. Spent almost $200 and part of our order didnt make it. Called and the first guy was very unhelpful and rude. Only offering a refund. We wouldnt have ordered it if we wanted a refund. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone coming to this area. Food, otherwise, was good. We are really picky eaters. The tomato sauce is so delicious. The calzone was so good. The pizza was lovely and thin. The salad was so fresh I didnt even use salad dressing. For such a small kitchen, I was so impressed. I dont really do Google Reviews. We were up the road at the Taproom and decided to go pick up pizza here and will definitely go back. The food was good and the owner and staff work really hard and you can tell from the food. We did pick everything up and it was nice and hot! ANd the salad was so fresh.

My family loves Brooklyn Pizzeria ! Very affordable and consistent service . I have been ordering their pizza and wings here consistently for 2 years and the food is always amazing ! I love that the do not cook with pork products as my family and I do not eat it. Im only giving 2 stars because the lettuce on my side salad is fresh, even tho they literally sliced a tomatoes and put 2 little pieces on the salad. Other than that I ordered 2 lasagnas which came with cold bread. The lasagnas were salty, watery, and there was barely any of the actual pasta (noodle). Just a bunch of sauce and tiny pieces of meat. Im seriously disappointed. I spent $31.05 for something I couldve bought in the freezers section at a convenience store. Definitely will not be ordering again. Honestly wish I could get my money back. Not to mention the upset stomach that I have now. Also the delivery time was supposed to be 8:47p (I ordered at 7:58p) but it didnt arrive until 8:58. The bag that the salad was in was torn and my dressing almost fell out. Just awful.

We put in the order at 6 and it gave us a 6:20-6:40 delivery window. I was notified via order tracker that the delivery driver left at 6:18, and 10 minutes after our schedule delivery window, I call them to verify my order status, and the first time they hung up instantly. The second time I called, the guy I spoke with was hard to understand through the phone noise and said that the driver had just left the store at 6:50. It is now 7:30 and I still dont have my order. I doubt that my pizza and tiramisu will be enjoyable after over an hour and a half wait time.

Most of the places and reviews in Dallas that claim to have NY stlye pizza really dont. This is one of the few places I have been to that actually has good NY style pizza, at least for the cheese and pepperoni pizzas. I havent had any negative experiences but I must say the owners response to some of the reviews is very off-putting so I will be reluctant to continue and patronize this business.

The owner needs to understand that his advertising flag is misrepresentation. It clearly says Pizza By The Slice. My family and I walked 20 min from our home last Sunday afternoon to get a few slices. When we arrived, he say we dont do Pizza by the slice. That was upsetting. My guess is that he got a good deal on a used flag. I dont think he understands how misleading this is and once you upset someone they arent coming back and theyll share the negative experience with others. I hope he takes the flag down. I might give him another chance if I see this correction.

Been to this place a few times, not sure why it has such good reviews. Weve tried a few different things, the baked ziti tasted bland and like the sauce was from a jar. The meatball sub sandwich which was disgusting, soaked in the same jar tasting sauce with meat balls that tasted like hospital cafeteria food, completely unseasoned. The garlic cheese bread, again soaked in the sauce which we werent expecting shouldve called it cheese pizza. The lemon pepper wings were nothing special, needed more seasoning and sauce. Last, the ham and cheese sandwich, not hard to mess up on so they go that right but thats not enough for us to comeback.

Absolutely The Best Brooklyn style Pizza Around. Taste is great always perfect so far. only thing I would suggest to them is to teach the young man at the counter some manners Im all for encouraging new businesses but when the person gives you as an example 45.00 for a 41. dollar order and the client just takes pizza and motions his hand to keep the change , maybe you say thank you ?! and not just shrug without even look up and robotically say have a nice day. .....when you pick up pizza you are not obliged to give a tip, it was your gas and your time.

Business has dine in, but you wouldnt want to. Dining area is only about the size of a large closet. The food was excellent and the price wasnt bad. Staff was friendly, but not fully aquainted with the English language. I was a little disappointed when It didnt smell like an Italian restaurant when I walked in. It smelled like floor cleaner. If you are going to do delivery or takeout, I highly recommend this place.

Found on Doordash. The pizza was a blob of grease, cheese & burnt pepperoni. The toppings were slid to one side. The crust was so thin and soggy you couldnt pick up a slice. It just fell apart like a wet tortilla. Freezer burnt tiramysu still frozen it all went into the trash. never again

Great pizza, wonderful staff, and a fantastic experience! I found out about this pizzeria because a flyer was blowing around my apartments and Im glad it was. The options of pizza near me are mostly chains and the popular place with the pizzas ready when you walk in. While we like those places, having somewhere with a broader menu and higher quality pizza is always a plus. We went with a couple pizzas and a Greek salad to see what it was all about. My pizzas were done quickly and were still hot when I got home. The New Yorker and the Special White (both meat free) were wonderful and the salad didnt suffer the fate of many pizza place salads. It was cold, fresh, and definitely NOT over-sauced. I cant wait to work my way through more of the menu.
