The employees were so friendly and welcoming, and were all friendly with each other too. The burgers were good and looked good, but the fries felt like cardboard. Aesthetically the store looks very nice, and I would go here again if it was the closest one to me, but it isnt.

Brought my family to In-N-Out since they re visiting from Florida. Not really my go to place, but my brother likes it here. The burgers are pretty good. First time trying the Animal fries and it wasn t the greatest. The cheese wasn t fully melted, so all the fries pretty much got stuck together. My plain fries seemed over fried. Not the greatest experience. I guess if you re visiting from the east coast, at least try it once.

Th cashier Sophia was so friendly and welcoming. She smiled at everyone and greeted guests as they walked in and out. I asked if she could get someone to clean the table and she went straight to the back and got a rag to clean it herself. Super sweet! Orders came out fast and food was on point! Everyone behind the counter is working efficiently, the only thing I would add is have someone pay a little more attention to the lobby with wiping down tables.

Lady forgot to give me my snake. I approach the counter and tell her. She asks for my receipt. I told her that Im a psychopath and tear my receipt to pieces while waiting for my food. She says thats okay and proceeds to go and talk to each other worker who all look at me in a very confused manner. Finally one of the ladies looks at her assuredly and approaches me at the counter. Did I ring you up?l she asks. I tell her she did. She used that knowledge to go to the correct register and proceeds to print me off a new receipt. She hands it to me with a smile and says Have a good day. Im very confused and just stand there overthinking how to politely tell her. She raises an eyebrow. Is that... not what you wanted? I think maybe yall just forgot my shake maybe? Oh I thought you just wanted your receipt. 10/10

Personally, I think the negative sentiment towards In-N-Out in Texas is unwarranted. They have truly mastered the art of making delicious cheeseburgers. However, I must admit that their fries leave much to be desired. Despite that, its still hard for me to resist grabbing a burger whenever Im in the area. In-N-Outs tasty cheeseburgers are definitely a highlight that keeps me coming back for more.
