We had our sons high school graduation here for about 75 people and it was perfect. Tanya goes above and beyond to make your vision come to life. It is affordable, quaint and just the right size for a party of 100 or less. The best part is she does all the decorating and set up which makes it one less thing to worry about the day of. Thank you Tanya! We will have these wonderful memories forever!

Great event venue! We had a baby shower here and it was wonderful. The owner was super helpful and had plenty of chairs and even decorated for us.

We had our baby shower here and it was so beautiful and located in a lovely area. the space was so big and roomy the owner had great communication and was very nice. I 110% recommend this place to anyone having a party and the ac was working great perfect for a hot day

If you re looking for a venue that will destroy your wedding, this is the right one! AC didn t work, melted the cake, cause the reception to end early! Now they re lying saying they gave refunds to people whose wedding they ruined! Wow!

What a beautiful venue to have your special event. What makes it even more special is the Owner, she is genuine, honest, sweet and kind. So don t sleep on this venue that s right in the heart of the mid-cities, but very accessible to the whole DFW.

I recently had an event at this venue it was absolutely perfect. The venue was very clean, the venue owners were very nice and did an amazing job making sure I had all that I needed. My guests asked about using it for future events and I d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue!!!

This venue was beautiful! I attended an all white event Memorial day weekend and it was the perfect set up. We had a lovely dinner, dance floor with a dj and bartender. There was even a room for pictures. The space provided a nice size bathroom and a dressing area. I loved that there was plenty of parking outside as well. It was a great place for a fun night.

This event space is perfect for any occasion. Spacing is adequate and the owner has done a great job with the atmosphere. In addition to event space you have a cool photo lounge off the main space where guest can capture many memories! I would definitely recommend this space to others!

Excellent place to host an event. The location was great and camera protected. It was quite spacious with separate areas for dining, dancing, and VIP if you choose. It came complete with a full kitchen. If you re looking for a venue this is the place!!! It s quite nice. 10/10 recommend for sure

I absolutely loved this venue!!!! The owners were there to help every step of the way from the initial viewing of the venue till the end of the night of my event. All of my guests raved over the venue all night about how much they loved the building. The level of professionalism was incredible and the way they made sure I was completely satisfied with everything was absolutely astounding. If you re looking for an intimate space for your event, look no further. I promise your experience will be just like mine, magnificent!

Wow!! Where do I Start! What an amazing venue. Tanya made sure that our Event was Top Notch and it was Amazing! From the Decor to the Size it was Perfect! Not oversized and definitely not Small at all. We had plenty of Room to hang out and Even more more to dance! The Graduation was a Hit because of the Hayview and they re wonderful, kind, and very Welcoming and helpful owners We and my Family will definitely be booking events here in the Future!! Thank You Tanya and Fred for making our experience at the Hayview Extremely Memorable moment! We LOVED IT!!

Hands down! The best experience I had planning my husband s surprise birthday party! Everything went so smoothly! Can t be bothered to have AC fixed and running on a 95 degree day. Gave wedding guests heat exhaustion, ruined decorations, the wedding cake. Couldn t even bother to open a window!

This was definitely a 5 star experience from consultation to booking .the owner was very knowledgeable on design and decor of parties It was a really at home and comfortable vibe. And the event space itself is awesome the staff was very helpful and the location was perfect easily the best mid size venue space on this side of town
